Even though Baymont isn't truly a five star motel, it was in my judgement because of the courteous staff, cleanliness, comfortable beds and quality of furniture and fixtures. After paying twice the amount for another hotel (brand new) on my trip to East Coast the Baymont was a blessing. It is worth the stay. The breakfast omelette, waffle and coffee were very good.

Clean hotel with comfy beds and great excellent customer service. I would definitely stay again if ever in the area. Highly recommend.

It's a nice place, and it has a pool and fitness center. Free breakfast with plenty of options. Somewhat affordable, but lacking in service for the price. They need to address some infrastructure issues and for the love of dog, update your sign, they probably lose business due to poor street-side advertisement.

This is literally the WORST hotel I've ever stayed at. They have absolutely DISGUSTING rooms, to HORRIBLE customer service and downright RUDE and TRASHY staff, this is not a place for anyone to stay! From bugs crawling on the beds, stained furniture, things falling off the wall, ransid smells from the carpeting and ac, and a million more things, I wouldn't even use the bathroom here. The "manager" telling us to leave when bringing up these issues goes to show, this happens a lot and they don't want to deal with anything! Don't waste your money or time by even stepping foot in this dump!

I stayed/Lived at this fine establishment for 3-4 months for work. The stay was much different then many other hotels as it became my home and The Manager Michael made it feel as home Throughout my stay. He’s a great host and once you get to know him he’s a pretty funny guy too so if your staying for a while make sure you give him a little bit of a hard time from his buddy up north, Ryan. Im sure you could get a story or two from our stay haha. Very fair extended stay prices. Awesome stay, thanks Michael, KEEP IT UP!

Stayed here a year ago and told the manager if we were back in the area we would spend the night again. We followed through on that promise. Stayed again and will continue to if we are in the area. Very clean, friendly, and close to restaurants and shopping. Highly recommend.

We had a GREAT stay last night! Clean rooms. Comfortable beds. Really friendly staff who were exceptionally helpful! We are definitely going to stay here in our way back though!

Clean and comfy. Was running late upon checking out, friendly staff accommodated me and my family with a late check-out, breakfast was hot and plentiful… I would stay again. I wanna swim.

Super cheap, but very clean and good quality for the price. Didn't get a chance to use the pool but it looked nice. Would stay again.

I have been stay here for about 10 years now. Every time I come up to Ohio to see my son. I have never had a bad experience with them. I highly recommend state at the Baymont Inn and Suites in Cambridge Ohio!

Fairly basic, but clean hotel with some nice benefits. The inside pool and hot tub are a plus. The included breakfast is better than most every other low cost hotel chain. They just make sure they stand out from the rest. We have stayed here for years and it seems like they are always updating something. The carpets are changed out fairly often it seems. Service has always been wonderful at this location. Like any hotel, they have a rare mishap, but they work to keep you happy. I suggest you book all your stays anywhere through a hotel provider who will ensure your enjoyment.

So far this has been the best hotel that I have slept in or stayed at great breakfast good atmosphere polite people indoor pool I can have friends and family over without it causing so much of a problem my other hotels are on security and only allowed one or two people LOL definitely had a good time staying here I could live in this place.

Had to ask ror towels. 2 out of 4days the room wasn't swept. On the upside breakfast was good.

Last Minute decision to get a head start and be able to relax after Christmas before a youth wrestling tournament the day after in Cambridge. Myself and my kids decided to look for a room near Cambridge and found a Baymont for a very affordable price. Baymont is usually one of 3 places we stay while traveling for wrestling. I was skeptic, but was completely satisfied with our stay. Well definitely stay again and will continue to use Baymont.

Very nice people. The building is very new and so it is still very clean. The space is what you expect from a hotel at that price point. Easy access the the highway. Very few amenities in the area so a restaurant will be an adventure to find.

This is probably one of the best hotels in town. Low rates, have a pool and safes in the room and housekeeping is really nice and was able to comply to our requests. Next time I'm in town, I'll look into staying here. The only other thing I can think is they really need to update their decor.

Pleasantly surprised. All we wanted was clean sheets and a clean bathroom because we were just passing through. We got it plus a breakfast that was adequate. Staff was very friendly too.

The rooms were nice, a bit out dated but lovely and cozy. The workers were all super nice, and the pool was always clean and warm. Cutest small hotel I've ever had the pleasure staying in.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The staff was really friendly when I checked in and throughout my stay. The man at the desk even told me he would keep the pool open an hour later for us since we arrived pretty late. Our room was really nice. Very modern and nicely decorated. The towels were even SOFT! The pool area was amazing and the hot tub was really hot like it should be. I would choose this hotel over all others in the area. I look forward to staying there again.

Perfect location. Less than 1 minute off I-70. Easy check-in. Comfortable rooms. Good continental breakfast. Friendly helpful staff.

Our room was clean and nice. The person who checked us in was helpful with local area knowledge. Pool and hot tub area looked good. Breakfast was normal. I have only 2 things negative. 1. Even though h they have a cdl rate. The parking isnt truck friendly. 2. The tiles in the hot tub are falling off. Simple fix really.

Have been going to this hotel for years and has been nice to stay at. However the new management is going to run this place under quick. Enough nice hotels in area so try to avoid this place. Had an issue that was easy fix and was told they don't need my money so we left and went elsewhere. Wow couldn't believe my ears.

Decent hotel — relatively cheap compared to some of the alternatives for us driving through. We did drive past the entrance in the dark, it's not super well marked. Room was fairly standard fare — decent bed. Served us well as a place to crash when we couldn't drive any further.

Ever heard the phrase, "no news is good news"? Well, similarly, I have not much to day because everything lived up to expectation.

Rooms was nice. The only issue I had was when we went to go swimming in the morning, a sign said to get towels at the front desk. I stood at the desk for over 10 minutes occasionally sticking my head into the breakfast area without seeing anyone to ask for towels. There were two other people in the pool who said they gave up waiting for towels. It turns out that the person at the front desk was in the kitchen preparing breakfast items. They need to put up a sign when the front desk is unattended at least or have a button to page someone.

It was clean enough and served the purpose of a responsibly priced stay on our road trip. Staff was very nice and helpful.

The rooms are cozy and clean, and the hotel is located next to a ton of restaraunts, shops and gas stations. Overall my experience is great.

This is the second time I've arrived early to the hotel with multiple days of reservation. The first time they charged me for an extra half day for arriving 3 hours early. This time they refused me a room because I got there at 9:30 instead of 3. I travel for a living. I'm very tired. It's especially hot out today, and I had to walk from half mile away, which makes it even more frustrating. Here's a tip, if there's two of you in the building when a traveler comes in, who is obviously becoming a regular because the front desk clerk Mary Ellen recognized me, one of them can watch the desk while the other one goes and cleans the room. You actually don't have to be a member of the custodial team to provide good customer service, take charge of the situation, and give a guest a positive experience.

Great hotel, clean. Bed bugs comment is most likely a competitor. Nice staff. Breakfast was okay.
