Exceptionally clean room, great front desk service, pool area was clean and well cared for. Only downside was that while there was good quality on the breakfast buffet (one of the main reasons we choose Hampton), many of the items had run out and were not being replenished. Only one kind of juice of three, no baked goods or bread, and no fresh scrambled eggs. The staff was working hard, but I think could have used another staff member for the busy holiday weekend crowd.
Beautiful place! We stayed 2 nights in a room with a king-sized bed that was very comfortable and a very clean feel. Desk staff were top-notch, very inviting and helpful with restaurant recommendations (Ciao Bella! ) and also a small issue with cleanliness in the room that was addressed quickly. This is a beautiful, modern hotel and we will definitely stay next time we go to Minneapolis!
It was a good hotel for the price paid. When there was a misunderstanding on our rooms not being cleaned, or if we needed anything in a hurry, the service was fast.
