We were passing through to Teton Village and so happy we stopped here to stay. The entire staff was beyond polite and helpful! We received a call from front desk to see if our stay was going well. Room service delivered our food even though delivery was closed for the evening. They have a great menu with many options! The kids enjoyed the pool as well. The room was clean, modern and comfortable. We had been traveling for several days before this stay and I was happy to find they also have a washer and dryer for guest. 5 stars!

Nice rooms which are courtyard facing and have sitouts. No breakfast but a resturant in hotel. They wont allow you to eat your own food anywhere in the hotel including lobby and swimming area picnic benches. Front desk person told us that we can take our food outside hotel premises if want to eat outside room. Quite unfriendly gesture. Its nearby walmart walgreen dollar tree gas station.

Attended a graduation party here, did not get preserved room, but they did accommodate us in their restaurant.

A nice hotel on the North side of town, during check in they try to up-sell you on a rewards type program, and want all your information address, phone, email, so they can bombard you with marketing after you leave. They also charge your card for extra money then reimburse you when you don't use it by the time you leave… Annoying. No free breakfast either. Rooms are nice though, clean, and quiet.

The Bar is absolutely gorgeous now that is has been remodeled… The bartender who works there is very nice… Prices are very competitive with other places in town… Over all a good place to stop at while passing through town…

There are very friendly staff who work in the restaurant here. I love the atmosphere and the food was delicious. (Especially the red skin mashed potatoes. ) I don't know why more people are not eating here! I highly recommend it!

When you Google dog friendly hotels, this place is one of the results. They are not dog friendly or friendly in general. Very rude for the misunderstanding and charge me a ridiculous amount.

The new lounge is nice, food took forever, rooms are decent.

Rafael is the best cooker I love his food so much I can't wait to go back and try his new meals…

My experience: This hotel messed up my rooms, said they couldn't find the reservations in their system, then couldn't give me all the room types I had specifically reserved, then took points out of my IHG account 4 months after the stay. Makes you wonder what's going on with their systems and management.

Five stars across the board. Staff, food and accommodations were excellent. Would return in a "New York" minute… well maybe a "Montana" minute.

Excellent bedding; friendly staff. Normally I don't sleep well away from home, but slept like a rock with the luxurious bed & linens here.

Very friendly staff, well appointed front desk, clean, good size rooms, desk, fridge, and microwave. Would have given it 5 stars, but my wife saw the scale in the bathroom and that just wasn't what she wanted to see on vacation. ;-p.

The service was rather slow but the manager made up for it in full. The bar is really nice after the remodel and the food was excellent when it came.

The biggest complaint is there's no continental breakfast. You have to go the restaurant and order stuff. Otherwise, it's very nice. Beds are comfy, rooms are big.

It's a nice inn, very clean and well-kept. Staff is friendly and accommodating. Small pool is available, small courtyard for activities is also available, plenty of places to sit and hang out. Beds are smaller so two people would be quite close but no problems with anything.

Quiet. Decent rooms. Open courtyard.

Very nice looking hotel. Food is pretty good and I love the free coffee at anytime of day or night.

Clean room, cozy bed, nice shower and towels. Watched TV. Convenient location. A bartender or waitress in the restaurant loaned me a spoon so I could devour Haagen Dazs in my room. We joked about breaking fragile dishes and shouting "mazel tov! " Didn't catch her name, nice girl.

I jst love that place because I used to work there, their room are nice and clean, comfortable place to stay.

Not that I stay at a lot of Hotels, but Holiday Inn at Riverton, Wyoming was the best I had ever stayed at! Very clean, curtious, so comfortable while I stayed there. I will from here on out base my stays at other hotels on the Holiday Inn at Riverton, Wyoming. You guys are awesome! Good Job, No, Great Job! Art.

I had a terrible expriance at this place, prior arrangments were made through Hot-wire for a room last nigth. Was told I would not need a credit card for getting room. When I arrived I was denied, They would not make an exception! Was not another room in the town, ended up riding the harley back to Casper 120 miles at ten p. M.! Terrible!
