My wife, infant, pooch and I stayed here on July 1, 2018. We were greeted with a warm smile by office staff at check-in and offered many tips on where to eat nearby. We unloaded our car and were pleasantly surprised by the renovated rooms — they are beautiful and very homey. There are USB chargers available as well as standard plugs. The 2-story motel is on a fairly busy street near the freeway, but we slept well without hearing any outside noise. The cleaning staff was so sweet the next morning, and checkout was a breeze. We highly recommend this charming little motel in Laramie. Thanks again!

Clean, comfortable rooms. Friendly staff. Felt like the pricing was a bit off. Was listed at $113 per night, but that was for a room that was not renovated. The price for a newer room was more, but the cost was not listed. Still was a comfortable rest though.

Nice motel. Our room was large, clean, and newly renovated. The staff were very friendly. Great being able to have our two large dogs with us.

With a gracious, stunning staff, spacious, comfortable, refurbished rooms and rates that undercut all else, it reminds me of the glory days of the motel industry. No snobbery, no up and down elevators, no sneaky parking or “resort fees. ” I truly didn’t want to leave. On the day the ice machine bit the dust, the maintenance man went to the store and delivered me a bag of ice. Take THAT Four Seasons! This is not the average motel. My sincere compliments and thanks to Manager, Ashley, to Jessica, Peggy, Colleen, Brittany, Jeremy, little Thomas and anyone I inadvertently left out. You all saved me and helped my back to heal. Fast online check-in. Nice rate. Clean comfortable beds and room. Even though right on main street it was quiet. Upstairs neighbors a little loud but think they were moving furniture.

Clean, hypoallergenic rooms! Good experience checking in late at night with a courteous employee. Great hotel if you don't expect all the bells and whistles of more expensive hotels.

The rooms are nice in the updated one, Cleanliness id prefer spending the extra cast, I wiped off an old stain off the shower wall I noticed and a bit grossed out. Although the front desk is nice and friendly. But be sure to keep track of the nights! Not days you spend. If your a germ phob, not for your. I'd rather go motel 6.

Not bad for a motel! Bed was comfortable and everything looked pretty clean. For a one night stay not bad at all!

Well first they were nice. But for extended stay, it's a different story. We have a job that's gonna be awhile maybe months. We were ready to pay another week, however the payments aren't making sense. When we looked the receipts, we paid for two nights extra. But we paid that last week. So we now have a "balance" and we are told price is gonna go up next week. Not worth it. I'm not wasting my money here.

Staff were friendly and room was decent, however I woke up with bee bug bites. I informed the lady at the fromf desk and she said she would talk to her manager. When I returned to check out, after going through all of my things and bagging up some and throwing away others, the manager had left a card for 15% off but I had to call and talk to the site I booked through. Given the price of my room, that would have been in the neighborhood of $6, which I told them was not worth the hassle of calling for. I'm not very impressed by the paltry sum offered nor am I impressed that the manager avoided interacting with me directly. Likely she knew any reasonable person would not be satisfied with the offer and wanted to avoid dealing with my lack of satisfaction. I feel that in such situations, at least half a night's stay of not a full would be reasonable.

Laid back, super friendly and cat-friendly non-corporate place. A quick walk to rustic downtown Laramie for some good local food, coffee or drinks. Downtown Laramie is almost all local businesses and not been decimated (at least yet) by too many ugly food and other chains—like most of the rest of the country. Great basic budget choice with clean rooms to rest your bones.

If folks need a hotel room while driving through Wyoming stop at the Laramie Valley Inn in Laramie. Nothing fancy. But a good clean room for a good price. Great staff very friendly and helpful. If we ever Come back through Laramie again we'll stay there for sure.

The remodeled rooms are great! Bar across the street is very friendly as well.

We picked this place because of the Google ratings, and other places were sold out. Room was fine. Door was a little rough to close, there was a potentially previously used towel hanging on the back of the bathroom door and a little surprise left in the drawer next to the bible.
Decent room for a decent price, just check the drawers a little better between guest stays.

Clean rooms and nicely decorated just a few blocks from the Interstate with many restaurants just down the street.

Bery nice clean older motel. Newly remodeled rooms great deal.

This place is perfect for snowmobile trips, easy in right by a bar great experience.

My family stayed here on our Christmas Trip. The hotel lacks "curb appeal", but this is because the (new) owners have put effort and money into the rooms themselves — — remodeled INSIDE instead of OUT. The room was spacious, comfortable, clean, and pleasant, as was the desk service. GREAT value for the price!

It's definitely not a fancy place by any means. It's a good place to sleep for a night. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. I wish the room was a bit cleaner. The floor needs a good mopping and the baseboards need a good dusting. I'd probably stay here again because of the reasonable price.

No outlets anywhere near the bed. Borrowed extension cord and still too short. Basic accommodations but adequate and clean/safe. Front desk staff were helpful.

In January my wife and I were forced to stop in Laramie on our way to Colorado when the worst snowstorm of the season hit. I searched for hotels on my phone and Laramie Valley Inn popped up and said $50 a night. This was the best deal we could find so we stopped by. We ended up paying a total of $54 including tax and the staff was so kind to us. They put us in a beautiful remodeled room that had 2 queen size beds, a big tv, a new bathroom, and nice heater that kept us warm in the below freezing temperatures. When we left the next morning, I accidentally left my expensive pillow and luckily the staff kept it safe for me until we drove back past Laramie a few days later. I can't say enough good things about this hotel and the staff. Our stay here did not disappoint and we'll be back here the next time we pass through Laramie!

The interior of our room was nice. The outside appears a little sketchy. The bathroom floor was not very clean. We stayed here because frontier days in Cheyenne had all the hotel prices through the roof and this one was still reasonable. The Wi-Fi didn't work. The bed was nice and the overall appearance of the inside of the room was nice. It doesn't deserve two stars, but it definitely doesn't deserve 4 either. It's a middle of the road kind of place. I'm not going to make an effort to stay here again, but under the same circumstances, I'd consider staying here.

Friendly staff. It was just seconds from I-80. It was close to many restaurants and bars. The room contained a microwave and mini fridge. The room was a little dated but clean and comfy. The price was great for what you get!

Took us in when we had nowhere else to go. We were on our motorcycles and it snowed put of the blue. We weren't properly prepared to ride through it and they took great care of us and let us park in their covered area. Charged our phones and warmed us up and we made it through town safely because of them. Best Hospitality ever. Love them.

What a gem in Laramie. So glad we found this after the night from hell — you can read about it in another post. This hotel, however, was amazing. First they let us check in early as I had a conference call to take. The room was beautiful, exactly what I needed. Restful decor, comfortable beds and pillows. The staff were great. Helpful and courteous. This was one we will come back to the next time we are in Laramie!

The TV was nice beds were soft. We checked in early due to bad weather. Price was great for what you got.

Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Looks scary from the outside, but rooms were well maintained… except the floors were dirty — — when I stepped in the shower in the morning, my feet were black. When it comes down to it, let's call it how it is: this hotel is in Laramie, Wyoming just off the interstate for about $50 a night. It isn't the Plaza, but it is a very respectable hotel, and I would recommend it to anyone who wasn't snobby and I would stay here again.

Nothing matters more than cleanliness. The Laramie Valley Inn is clean and nice. I had one of the retro rooms that has not been remodeled and it was spotless. I saw one of the new rooms as I was walking by and they look great, I will definitely try to get one of them next time. If you're looking for a clean, comfortable place with great access to all of Laramie this is the spot.

The rooms are not well maintained. They are passably clean, but there was some hair in the bathtub. It was really not a great experience especially for the price.

So happy we found this place at the last minute kind courteous clean no complaints at an excellent price! Could not be happier.

I spend 30+ nights a year in motels. That being said this motel is the best value I have been in years. I was there for 4 nights in Feb 2015 I had a recently remodeled room it is easy to see that the new owners are making a big differance in this business, every day I was there there was a crew working on differant rooms. The owners Kim and Ken are personable and want to make your stay as pleasant as possible. One thing that stood out to me was the quality of the flooring in the room and the very nice tile work in the bathroom. I would hve to look at my records but I think room and tax total was less that 55 a night. This is the place I will be stating every time I visit Laramie.
