Hotel

The hotel was great. Super 8 has really classed up over the years. The location in general was pretty terrible. The whole area seems to be undergoing a transition, so some of the local establishments were bustling and some were inexplicably closed. We ended up here because there are apparently no hotels in Casper, and driving through looking for them eventually takes you to the cluster of hotels in Evansville.

It was decent. I've been to much worst.

It is a cozy place. It is also off of i-25 making it easy to access from the main highway. I believe it is undergoing reconstruction due to it was formerly a private motel, which has been purchased by a chain. The rooms were spacious, clean and quiet. I too believe they are working on their own restaurant. Currently there are many eating facilities within walking and driving distance There is also a mall within 5 minutes of driving. You can also see any other stores within 10 minutes driving distance which includes, Wal-Mart, home depot, and many other amenities.

Was told by night desk clerk per management " We don't rent rooms to people who live locally"

Super friendly hotel service, really made me feel at home, although, the hotel was over sized, undercleaned, and grossly understaffed. There was a strict no pets policy, but when I walked through the halls there was barking on the second floor, as if there was a room with multiple dogs in the room not sure how that was even possible.

The rooms were great, But the outside was horrible snow in handicap parking, whiskey bottle laying around. Trash cans were over flowing out side. And not much for breakfast, waffles and cereal.

Rooms are warm and cozy parking lot no snow removal.

The Hotel Room was okay, but We shouldn’t have to worry whether our car and moving truck were still going to be there in the morning. Kind of a bad area, especially at night.

Do not show up here if you are handicap the crackwhore manager at the desk will make you move your car then she will ask you to shovel out the handicap ramp this is a awful place to stay 4 channels and bed bugs the mgr has track marks on her arms and he maintenance personel will go through your car. Never again!

Loving it since they updated the rooms best beds around staff is great too.

Not fancy but my room was very comfortable and the price was very reasonable. Stayed there twice and second time there I signed up for the week rate which was only $35 per night.

Great hospitality, the service is really good. I love the breakfast they have in the morning.

It was very nice inside. Everyone was very nice and professional. The rooms were clean and well kept and a decent sized.

I visit there frequently at the Wyoming Downs. Definitely enjoy it and give it 5 stars all the way around!

Ok, not best location, pool and hot tub closed (for a long time without date to reopen) impression was that no one particularly cared and would be just as happy if it never did. Wifi didn't work in my room. When I brought it to the attn of front desk the response was… mine does. That's it. Mine does, as if that was a solution… stayed a week. Never fixed or concern expressed. 1st day of week stay I reported a toilet bolts VERY loose and I thot it was a safety issue. No concern, no one checked it. Glad my 250lb fat butt didn't end up on the floor in a mess. Did wake up my partner each time used a night, tho.

Hotel is not secure! They don't even lock the side doors. The door says "for your safety doors are locked please use your room key". There isn't even a thing to swipe your room key. Hotel is right off interstate and boasts that their family amenity is a pool. Meanwhile any random person could waltz right in and has access to the entire building…

Made reservations because the website says it has a pool. Rolled in after a 9 hour drive with my 4 & 5 year old daughter's who talked about swimming in the pool the whole drive. Only to find out that the pool was out of order. I told the front desk attendant, that I may not honor my reservation because I understood that they had an operable pool for the kids to swim in and that I was going to talk to my girlfriend about whether or not we should still stay. He told me that I would be charged anyway because it was nine o'clock and that it's my responsibility to make sure that the pool is operable before booking the reservation. While I was talking with the gf, he cancelled my reservation and charged my card.
