Keep the homeless off front of property, especially since you shooed them off the night before. Clean property, good breakfast, sourly person at breakfast area.

Nice quiet place for a business meeting. Good internet connection for multiple computers. Have been to many meeting rooms that can t seem to hold a good temperature. This room was perfect for the entire meeting/training.

The staff was friendly, the AC in the room was not consistent and it would either be freezing or hot. The pillows were horrible, I'm not even sure they could be considered in the soft category. The shuttle driver (Low? ) was amazing, he was friendly and full of info about the area. Overall, I'm not sure I'd stay here again as first choice.

Nice! It was a last minute walk in type of deal and I was helped even though I look like a hobo! The entire place is very very nice modern and stylish.

Friendly staff. Clean room. Temperature controlled. Acceptable breakfast. Close enough to everything, you can walk downtown if your ambitious. Tall showers, above my 6'2" head.

Everything was beautiful, and up to date. It was modern but it kept it's roots and that's what I love. They built around their roots and combined it with a very modern theme. The one thing that just got to me was the stench in the elevators, (a little Febreze and it'll be fine. ) An overall amazing experience!

Comfortable room, bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was amazing, everything you could ask for. Would stay there again, recommend to anyone needing to stay overnight.

Our stay was great. I had requested a pack and play and a roll-out bed and extra towels. They already had them in my room before I checked in. Breakfast was fabulous! And the pool was a lot of fun. I definitely would recommend staying here my kids enjoyed it and so did we. Will state again.

Very nice hotel with a fantastic breakfast buffet. Hotel seems brand new and the rooms are immaculate. I only gave four stars because there were some communication issues at the front desk. They scheduled a ride for me to get to a job interview in the morning, and the person who was supposed to take me was 15 minutes late. That added some stress to my morning. I had scheduled a late checkout for 1:30 PM the night before my departure. The man working at the front desk left me a voicemail around 12 and said that they would be charging me for another night if I did not clear my stuff out of the room by 1 o'clock. Again, not a miserable experience by any means, but I still had to deal with calling him and explaining that I had a late checkout. Overall, it was a good experience. For $99 a night you can't beat it.

Very nice, new, clean hotel. Some have commented about the proximity to train tracks — which is true, but unless you are super sensitive to noise, it was not a problem. Definitely recommend to people traveling through on I-80.

This place is a really great value — new construction, clean, good-sized rooms and newer equipment in the fitness center. Super nice staff. Note — this hotel is right along the Union Pacific rail line into town. This doesn't bother me as I grew up near trains and am somewhat accustomed to the noise, but I know if my husband were with me he'd be frustrated with the 2AM train horn (a la My Cousin Vinny). Maybe ask for a room on the side farther from the train tracks if you think this might bother you.

Super clean and welcoming. The Room was super nice, quiet, but and comfortable. The pool area was clean and perfect for our crazy toddlers… bonus that it is a salt water pool! Wished more hotels were this good in this price range.

My stay at Fairfield Inn & Suites in Cheyenne, Washington exceeded my expectations. Customer service was top notch. Exterior and interior of hotel was extremely well kept and modern. Very affordable for the aesthetic of the hotel and the wonderful customer service. 100% would stay here again.

Fairfield Inn and Suites Cheyenne, WY was a great place to stay. Our room was beautiful, very modern. The beds were very comfortable. The only issue we had during our stay was the lack of good soundproofing from other guests.

We booked online and failed to notice the "no pets" policy. My husband checked us in and after we had unloaded everything and 3 exhausted kids — we were told our pets were not allowed. Our fault for not checking first. But they refused to refund a penny of our money. We were charged over $200 for a room They know we never set foot in. We were directed to another Marriott property next door. Where we were charged almost $200 more. Aimee told us she could not do anything for us. Apparently taking our money for nothing is Marriott policy.

Great stay, probably the nicest place in Cheyenne. It still smells new in the stairways. Breakfast was good and the rooms were comfy and modern. Housekeeping smoking right in front of the door on the side entrance was very annoying. I don't think I should have to go through a cloud of smoke to get to my room. Gym was small but clean.

This is a great hotel! The rooms were clean, it was quiet, and the breakfast was delicious! This is how all hotels should operate, we will be staying here again.

Great location right off the highway, clean room with ample space, excellent service! I forgot my razor and they gave me a complimentary one with shaving cream! I had a very positive stay and would go back again.

This is my new favorite place to stay when I'm in Cheyenne. The hotel is modern, clean and has an exceptional friendly and accommodating staff. The hotel is also very open to receiving suggestions to make their guests experience even better. Whoever is managing this place is doing it right!

Very nice place! Super friendly staff, rooms are always very clean and comfortable, and a perfect breakfast (though I wish Biscuits and Gravy were there more often! ). Pool and a gym to keep me fit! Easy to get to, close to parks. Comfortable lobby area for working, also. Highly recommended!

This hotel was great. Amazing experience. Everything was wonderful. Staff was great and the bed was super comfortable. I've never felt so at home in a hotel before as we did here. The staff treated us like we had known each other for years and just like we were family. If you're in the area, I recommend that you give this hotel a go. You won't regret it for sure. Safe travels. :)
