The room were very nice and the staff was very nice. We stayed a couple weeks ago and they charged us the amout for our and then 50 dollar for damge, but we got it back then the next more we woke up and they charged us another 50 and could not explain to me why, so they chancle both 50 dollars charges…

The front desk was super friendly and helpful. The pool was open from 6 am to 10 pm and that was a huge plus for my kids. I love that I can get a room with a stove top and dishes.

We stayed here on our way home from a family reunion. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. There were enough plugins for our sleep masks.
Breakfast was good, the self serve pancakes a treat.

Easy check in. Room was clean and spacious. Pool and hot tub were good.

First Alex in Casper Wyoming helped us check in. She was very helpful and informative. She got us extra coffee and cups for our room. The room was one of the roomiest and nicest rooms I've stayed in and the price was great! They're pool was closed but Holiday Express was gracious enough to let us use they're pool.

Bed is absolutely atrocious. Didn’t sleep a wink. The pullout couch is so horribly uncomfortable you can feel the springs and bars under the cushions when you sit down. There is 1 elevator and it’s way on the very opposite end of the hotel that we are staying. There are 2 wings a left and a right. And 4 floors. So we check in at the center. Lug all our luggage all the way to the end of the right wing to the elevator then up to the top and lug our luggage all the way down to the complete opposite end of the building as our room is the very last one on the left wing. Very poor design! I don’t even want to consider what would happen if there were a fire, Ive not even seen a stair well anywhere. Why wouldn’t you put the elevator off of the lobby in the center? Equal distance for everyone? Breakfast was pretty standard but it only serves until 9am. Very limited selection of channels. Not much in the way of amenities. We haven’t tried the pool yet as it’s almost a 4 block walk from our room and I just don’t have the energy to bother. We won’t be staying here again. Just totally unimpressed and uncomfortable.

I really enjoyed my stay. Staff was very friendly, and our kitchenette room was amazing. The facility is very pet-friendly as well, and my dog enjoyed her very first stay away from home. We appreciated the complimentary breakfast.

Awesome visit. Friendly staff beautiful lobby. Room was a little small but with a single queen and a pull out couch and kitchenette that is to be expected. Comfortable bed. And pool looked awesome (didn't have time to check it out) would stay again for sure.

We got a queen suite on the 4th floor. Very nice hotel, great room, hotel staff were helpful, breakfast wasn't the normal hotel breakfast but way better. We used the pool & spa, no complaints. Pillows need some help but definitely would stay again, in fact we decided to stay 2 nights after we booked the first night.

Everything was great! They were so friendly and helpful I was impressed. Room was clean and we had plenty of room for our family of 4 and our dog. I would definitely stay there again.

Good size rooms at an excellent price. Conveniently located just off I25, for easy on and off access. Plus, it is close to numerous places to eat and pick up supplies. Breakfast is the usual fare for a hotel self serve, everything was clean and well stocked. If you forget anything, they probably have it for a fair price by the front desk. Pool was nice, we didn't go in but it was indoor, warm, and clean.

Nice place to stay nice little continental breakfast set up decent service with the people the lady that the breakfast are real nice and helpful very professional worth staying at more than once repeat visits and they have handicap accessibility beautiful it was a wonderful stay out there and ladies on the front desk the ladies at the breakfast and even room service or even nice very professional and very pleasant to speak with I would stay there again.

Great place liked the service, but the toilet had issues, other then that would not recommend this place go else where, they give rooms out even if you make reservations.

These reviews were clearly writing by the owner or friends, what a joke! breakfast, only when they feel like taking the out of order signs of and fix them. Juice machine out of order, how hard would it be to then put out a pitcher of juice instead but instead they just figure screw it lets do nothing. And the ants in the rooms r everywhere, I wish I could do less than a star!

The staff is friendly, kind and courteous. They made me feel welcome as soon as I walked in the door. Our room is very nice and we love the indoor pool.

I recently stayed at the Casper Wyoming location. It exceeded all my expections! I wanted a hotel that was clean, pet/kid friendly, comfortable, indoor pool, had kitchens, accessible to shopping but not congested, and had friendly staff. Wow, this location was all that and more! The staff literally treats you like family and is very accommodating! You could also tell that they, as a staff, work well together and have good relationships among themselves, which help in the way they treat you. My kids are 4 and 6 and they fell in love with the staff and hotel as well. We all felt safe and refreshed staying here. We personally delt with Sally, Heather, Miriam and Pat the most, and what a team! Thoughtful, kind, and very helpful! I highly recommend this hotel and we definitely will be staying there again! The hotel was just what I was looking for. The room was well appointed and clean with plenty of towels. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The pool was in repair and was not available but I wasn't going to use it. Continental breakfast was provided and was adequate. I will be staying there the next time I am in Casper.

Very friendly employees! Had a lot of kitchen items, very impressive. However, it would have been nice to have been informed that the pool was in maintenance BEFORE I payed for the room. The bathroom outlet didnt work, and the curtains were see through and the ones that should have covered them and kept the light out were just for decoration.

4 times our reservations as diamond elite members have been messed up and having to spend hours on the phone with corporate to fix it. Thus, taking away family time and we only get to come up once a year! They even threatened to call the cops on our teenage daughters cause they were in the pool after 10pm quietly on a weekend, which most hotels usually expand the time! Especially for the 2hr mess up we dealt with that day because of Cindy's lack of doing her job the night before we got back late and the girls just wanted to go into the hot tub for a few minutes.

We stayed here for the 2017 Total Solar Eclipse. The staff did such a fantastic job making our experience great that I had to share. The staff was so well planned for the event, had the Continental breakfast well stocked despite a full hotel of people, and was so incredibly friendly. The staff was so hospitable and the rooms were very clean and accommodating. We also enjoyed the pool and the hot tub. The staff even joined us out in the parking lot to watch the big event! I am grateful that this hotel was a part of our Eclipse experience. Thank you for making it memorable and great!

The nicest people you could ever hope to find work here. The rooms are very comfortable and spacious. The continental breakfast had variety with friendly service. I highly recommend staying here.

Very accommodating. Clean rooms and friendly staff. Continental breakfast wasn't fancy, but had a good variety. The hotel offers rooms that accommodate larger families with 2 beds and a pull out sofa, which is awesome! Beds are firm, but comfortable. Overall everything was clean, comfy, and we were pleased with our stay.

Very accommodating! I made my reservation through Expedia and accidentally put in the wrong date, the front desk staff was so helpful and made the adjustment so we could stay when we needed to without penalty fees. We're a family of 6 and usually have a hard time finding a room that will fit all of us. Thankfully, this place has rooms with two beds and a fold out sofa… perfect! There's not much walking room once the sofa folds out, but it was fine. Rooms and hotel are very clean, beds are firm but comfortable, there were plenty of blankets & pillows (yes, that matters), staff was friendly (especially the sweet woman who oversees the breakfast), continental breakfast had plenty of choices and was maintained well. Overall, we were very pleased and would stay here again.

Stayed over night at the Mainstay hotel during a roadtrip. Located in Casper, it's near a cluster of other hotels. It's fairly new — our room was also equipped with a microwave, medium sized fridge and freezer, dish washer, and a stove. Has a medium sized pool and a hot tub. Breakfast is included, although it is cold so everything can be eaten or microwaved. It was a pleasant stay.

All the staff are very polite and my room was very clean. I love that they have a swimming pool and jacuzzi. They also have a workout room.

Wonderful staff, the laundry costs money which sucks because I'm here for 10 days. Overall though, my stay is nice.

We had the pleasure of staying at the MainStay Suites in Casper, WY for two nights. Located on the east side of Casper, the hotel is located quite close to restaurants and shopping and a quick drive to down town Casper. The staff at the property are outstanding. Everyone was courteous, professional, and very friendly. I mistakenly had booked a single room, when I actually needed a double. The woman at the front desk cheerful updated my reservations and fixed my mistake. Additionally, the GM of the property was wonderful. We saw her on site quite often, and she always checked to make sure we were satisfied and to see if we needed anything. We felt very well taken care of. The room was very clean and comfortable. Plenty of storage space, and a nice work area. This was really appreciated as the MainStay Suites offers free and very reliable Wi-Fi. We even had a corner room, which meant we had a balcony. It was a nice perk; the weather was gorgeous during our stay. Even if the weather wasn’t so great, the property offers a great indoor pool area, which we made point to enjoy. There’s also a fitness room, laundry, and free breakfast in the morning. Yes, yes, yes! We look forward to returning to the MainStay Suites in Casper. It was a great choice! Highly recommended!

The rooms felt new and fresh, but we had a nasty high pitched whistling noise to deal with that seemed to be coming from the bathroom. We were also notified that the water main was going to be shut off at 9am the next morning… not ideal. The front desk couldn't do anything about the noise other than tell maintenance. The breakfast choices seemed limited, but weren't too bad; pancakes, cereal, muffins, juice etc. The staff were very friendly and otherwise helpful. The kitchen could have used more plates and utensils. Seemed to be an ok location.

Leann was wonderfully helpful with our unusual reservation situation. Throughout the week-long process she was pleasant and cheerful, and came up with a fabulous solution — thank you! :-)

We had ants in our room when we asked the front desk they acted as if it was our fault after one night in the room. Bed was hard as a rock.

Excellent, clean hotel. Very friendly. Comfy beds. My kids were happy we arrived at 10pm, which is when the pool closes but the front desk guy let us go ahead and swim! We will definitely be back in the future.

Very nice but VERY pricey. I would have given it 5 stars except for the price. It really is a nice hotel and other than paying $162 a night after taxes I would give a 5 star review. In their defense the whole Casper area is the same as far as pricing. I stayed in San Diego a short time ago, on the beach and payed $90 a night LESS for a very comparable room and while I liked Casper it is a DISTANT 2nd to San Diego. I can only assume that with all of the oil workers in the area that need rooms they feel like they can jack up the price on them which is a shame if true.

I booked a two room suite, when we got to our room, it was a one suite: ( The room was nice, but not what I wanted. Then the pool was closed. I was looking for a nice break in our trip instead I left disappointed. The breakfast was meager as well. Very nice rooms though and there kitchenettes are very nice, I wad just to lazy to bring in my food to cook. Good price for a suite with a kitchenette.
