Extremely friendly staff and nice clean rooms. The included breakfast was good but lacked space due to lots of people just sitting around after they ate (but not the hotels fault). Would definitely book here again.

Room was clean. Pool was clean just needs a coat of paint, Jacuzzi was way too hot (pool gets packed in the night). The eggs and sausage in breakfast were cold and dry but everything else was good (also gets packed). Wanted to stay another night but we had to book two nights for 150 each day. Overall was a good stay. But it was a bummer that they were only booking for two nights and more.

I spent a long weekend there. The staff was/is excellent! My grandson and all my granddaughters stayed with me 2 nights but with me. The breakfast buffet is fantastic. The children adored making their own waffles. The coffee is great! We spent a lot of time swimming in the indoor pool. I recommend it to anyone.

This place is perfect for families with young kids. It's a great value close for what you get. The complimentary breakfast is awesome. The pool is very clean. In general it needs a little updating and small maintenance/repairs but it's still a fine place to stay at a great price. The staff there is beyond great. They literally treat you like you're a guest in their own home and really try to go above and beyond. For that alone, I'm giving five stars.

The staff was nice, the hotel was pretty clean. Our room smelled a little funky. We had to wait on towels, but that was fine. Breakfast was pretty good. I would recommend this hotel.

So I just want to give a little shout out to the ladies at the Whitehall Comfort Inn. I went to go find Reagan's baithing suit today, and it was nowhere to be found… So I thought back to the last time she wore it, and figured I'd give the hotel a call because we were there last weekend swimming… The lady that answered told me it was there, and they've been waiting for someone to call and claim it. So they offered to ups it to me since my car is like nearly broken, and it would of costed me $17… The baiting suit was like $10… So I told her nevermind. I'd cut my losses and get her a new one. She offered to drop it off to me! && She did! She showed up to my house, and they washed it too! So thankful I went there for her party! They seriously are so nice.

The first impression was great. The front desk person was sweet and welcoming. Then came the room. The. Bed was the only clean thing in the room. There was hairs and grim everywhere. Big clump of hair The the whirlpool tub. The room looked like it had not been deep cleaned in a long time. The carpet was pulling up and apart on part of the floor. Should have left when we saw the room. Will not be going back.

The Shining Star in an otherwise miserable trip! Our trip began on Saturday the 14th of April. We booked a room for 2 nights and the breakfast area for 3 hours on Sunday the 15th for my daughter's baby shower. I'm from Montague, our family still lives in the Montague/Whitehall area. So it made sense to have the shower back home. After having to cancel the party because of an unpredictable ice/snow/ sleet storm (in mid April) the staff went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our stay. From The Amazing front desk help, who I lovingly called a Majestic Beast, rescheduled my party to a later date in May at no extra cost. The kind cleaning staff and the sweet woman in the breakfast area who at 10:30 (breakfast is over at 10) got the waffle maker going and brought everything out for me to make my daughter's breakfast in bed. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!

This hotel is nice to stay at. The staff is very helpful to whatever needs you may have. The pool is a bit on the small side but fairly nice. Average priced for stay. It could use a little updating, but over all… comfortable.

A very clean & comfortable place! The clerk up front, Ryan Barber was so nice, efficient & exceptionally nice-even brought warm cookies for a snack at 5pm. Soup is at 7 he said!

This Comfort Inn is conveniently located near US 31 and a new Wal Mart built in the last year. The staff are really friendly and accommodating as they can be to the hotels guests. They have multiple types of rooms including one with 2 queen and 1 king bed in one room. There is a swimming pool and hot tub. They have open swim that ww\%

Great place to stay! Jacuzzi sweet is the best room to stay with the one you love! Staff is nice, and also a great breakfast! Would recommend, and we will stay there again! Thank you for a nice 2 day vacation! Back to Vegas!

I appreciate how much they clean the hotel. The breakfast area was very neat too. Pool was a little cool and too many kids were in it, but no fault of the owners, just a little hard to relax in the hot tub.

The hotel is your basic no frills Comfort Inn. It's conveniently located to Michigan Adventures and Lewis Farms which is why we chose it. The staff was polite and pleasant at all times. The room was comfortable and cozy. My only issue was the breakfast. Eggs, sausage and home fried potatoes daily. I would have loved some bacon during our stay or some add-ons to liven up the home fried potatoes.

We had a two 2-queen-bed rooms. The rooms are well-appointed. The pool and hot tub were enjoyable and relaxing. Not the best soundproofing as you can hear everything but if you do have rotten neighbors, you know the kind that let their kids scream and jump around and run amok til midnight, management will assist you.

Pluses: Good continental breakfast with lots of options and a friendly hostess. It saved this family money and was very convenient. Close to Michigan's Adventure with several restaurants and stores nearby. Negatives: Hotel door would not lock unless you performed a special manuver on it. No other room available. Third floor hallway was filthy and in bad need of vacuuming.

Nice hotel. Good breakfast in the morning. Staff was friendly. Didn't have coffee all day in the lobby but there was a one cup coffee pot in the room. Would stay here again.

I would not recommend this hotel to ANYONE! We blocked off rooms for our wedding here and it's been nothing but a DISASTER! I've had multiple guests not be able to make reservations because they "couldn't find" the block, others have called and been told all the rooms were full when there were still over 10 rooms left. They've messed up the pricing. Every time you call you get told something different, even by the same person. Thankfully I took good notes from the beginning but this has literally been my only headache of the whole wedding experience and it was a BIG one. Even if this is the nicest, cleanest hotel when we get there, it would not be worth the hassle. I'm worried we have guests that aren't staying because they thought they were booked or who are paying much more to stay somewhere else because they couldn't get into block. Absolutely ridiculous.

The staff were very kind and friendly. Our room was very nice. However the amount of chemicals and chlorine in there pool gave my two little girls my niece and her friends chemical burns all over there faces and bodies. I truly hope they get this taken care of immediately. I informed one of the staff members last night, she assured me that it would be.

The rooms are super clean. Beds are comfortable. The staff is awesome! I would never hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone!

The staff are wonderful, and welcoming. Housekeeping worked with us to refresh our room each day, but could have been a bit more thorough in cleaning between guests. They made it all good, and to our satisfaction. Will stay again.

A good hotel experience. The room was somewhat small, but the bed was very comfy. Has a great selection for breakfast and had a pool. Very strict on no partys and quite time is 10. Friendly staff and they allow you to leave early if your plans change.

This hotel was great! Great service, room, and breakfast. Conveniently located off the highway and easy to find. I am impressed with the cleanliness compared to other comfort inn's we have stayed at.

The room was modern and clean. I was surprised that we had a jacuzzi in the room, even though I had not requested one & was paying the lowest rate. I also had a tub & shower (not *just* the jacuzzi). The tub in the restroom has extra tall sides, so if you are of shorter stature pick your feet up high to avoid stubbing your toe. Breakfast was decent, varied, & plentiful, though seating was not. If you go to breakfast at 8 you may end up eating in your room. Overall, good stay at a good price.

Housekeepers were rude. And sheets were dirty.
