This place is great! Nice room, plenty of amenities, friendly staff (Heidi) an awesome view of the lake and dunes. Excellent!

Great small hotel! Friendly service and beautiful view from the balcony (Balcony view does cost more). Convenient location to restaurants and shopping! They also have a small beach with a playground and swing sets for the kids. Have been to Mears many times but first time staying at this hotel and was very pleased!
