I was impressed by the cleaniness of the place. The staff was very helpful with my inquiries. Great was the fact that there is a play room so my kids made lots of friends. We'll be back for sure. ❤

This has been a great relaxing experience. Very nice full breakfast included that would easily cost $40 for a family of 4. Really nice pool and indoor and outdoor jacuzzis. The on-site restaurant is awesome as well. All around a perfect weekend.

We really enjoyed our stay. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The pool area was way better than we expected with a large clean indoor pool, an indoor and outdoor hot tub and lots of activities for kids. Dinner at the hotel bar after a long day was great and the complimentary breakfast was also nice. We'll be back!

Staff very friendly, continental breakfast is plentiful, entire facility is very clean. Located near many attractions we wanted to visit. Really enjoyed a chair with small ottoman to prop up legs/feet after a ver busy day!

Awesome hotel! Pool area is great with a game area, too. The kids had fun playing ping-pong, pool, and air hockey.

The staff went out of their way to ensure that we had an amazing wedding weekend. They were able to accommodate any request we made and they were such genuine people. The hotel is great and has plenty to offer. Great for families or couples. Also in a great location with lots of stores and restaurants around the hotel.

Good place to stay. Had both an indoor and outdoor hot tub. Plenty of seating inside and outside near the pool. Nice bar area with a good staff. Front office desk was nice to check in via text every day and made everything correct if there were any problems. Nice place and would definitely recommend to visit again.

Nice, clean hotel. The suite I stayed in was nice, and I enjoyed the jetted tub. Complimentary breakfast was good, but nothing extraordinary, with typical bacon, scrambled eggs, pancakes, make your own waffles, yogurt, juice, coffee, etc. TV channels were somewhat limited. Located near a lot of restaurants, and less than 30 minutes from the beach.

The hotel was fine. The arcade area was a little beat up but the kids had fun with table tennis and pool. The complimentary breakfast was what you'd expect from a complementary breakfast. Not great but not bad. Room was clean. The AC unit leaked a bit on the carpet so there was a wet spot in front of it which was a bummer for your socks but we didn't complain about it. I did let the front desk know on the way out. Overall it was fine.

Nice hotel not too far from downtown Holland. I really like the public spaces like the restaurant, bar, game area and pool. Their breakfast is quite nice and insanely busy. I'd rate this higher but our alarm went off at 4am. You'd think staff would ensure all alarms are reset.

We stayed here a couple days to explore the area. This hotel is great! It’s clean, staff is helpful and pool/game room was perfect. Gotta love free breakfast right!? Our room was just a few steps away from all the hotel amenities. Was concerned at first cause it was the only room left to book and there was scheduled remodeling during our stay. To tell the truth, we ended up with a great room and never once encountered the remodel crew or hear any of the outside construction. We had dinner takeout from Sharkee’s, the in-hotel restaurant. The Ruben I ordered was good. The chicken fingers for the kids were good. The fries were a little dry. Food was generally good and the price is what you would expect from a restaurant in a hotel. I would definitely recommend this specific hotel to other vacationers, travelers or business people.

It’s 4:44pm. Room is still not ready. I was told 10 minutes probably 20 minutes ago. Still waiting. Guy can’t give me a time now of when the room will be ready cause they STILL have to clean it. Seriously?! Ya free dinners for 6. But we’ve been wasting many hours in this town waiting for our room to be ready. We are from over 3 hours away. Ridiculous! Never again!

Hotel is nice. Restaurant ok. They have a game area for the kids which is nice but the games are beat up so some are in need of repair. Overall nice and I would stay here again.

Good hotel in a fairly central location. Rooms were OK, thoigh I've been in nicer facilities. Breakfast is great. Primary down side was the workout facility has very few pieces of equipment.

Rooms are spacious and clean. We loved having a kitchenette in our room. Very nice breakfast and dinner at the bar and grill. The service was a little slow at dinner but it was still delicious. The pool is spacious and warm. The hot tub is nice too! In a nice area close to many things and the river and landscaping added to the experience. Overall great experience!

Second time here in a month, and we love it, from now on when there is Hilton where i'm traveling, it will be my first choice. First of all is the friendly staff, the clean comfortable rooms, nice breakfast and lounge/restaurant with many tvs. I'm on oxygen and need a mobility scooter and had no trouble here. Staff made sure of it, even helping my sis to lift it into van. Thank you very much, we will be back soon!

Wonderful hotel with friendly service! A great place to get away with the kids as this place has a very big swimming pool with an indoor recreation area with ping pong, pool table, table tennis, and video games. Decent size workout area for those who wish to do so. A bar/restaurant overlooks so the!

Stayed there for 5 nights on a business trip in late March 2018. I'd heard that this location has recently been renovated… and it shows! The lobby is beautiful and the rooms were clean and lovely. The staff was very friendly and attentive. There "included hot breakfast" was outstanding… a different delish main entree every morning, served in a spacious dining area that doubles as the on-site bar/grill at night. 2Q room was well worth the $116/night — we've stayed at many so-so hotels (for weekend travel softball tournaments) that cost more and were much worse. Highly recommended.

Beautiful room, well taken care of, love the jacuzzi in our suite. They also left us an Anniversary card, roses and a card for a free dessert in our room… That personal touch is so appreciated! Highly recommend this hotel, it's worth every penny!

Great hotel. Staff is extremely friendly. Very clean. The restaurant on site is quite good. I would recommend to anyone who is passing through.

The hotel and room itself were fine (though the blackout curtains didn't close completely and fell a few inches short of the bottom of the window). However we were there for two nights at the same time as a bunch of kids hockey teams. They were running and yelling in the halls at all hours and the parents were drinking alcohol in the open in the hallways. We had to call and complain to the front desk at least three times a night. They said "Tell us is there's too much running". There should be NO running. We literally had to open our door and look both ways before stepping out into the hall. The staff were not very interested in enforcing appropriate behavior. We won't be returning.

This is one of my favorite Hamptons. It has a restaurant/bar that makes dinner easy. Used the Fitness center and business center too. Both are clean and in great order as we would expect.

The Hampton in Holland did an excellent job. I stayed a week and the staff were always friendly. My room was very clean, the breakfast bar was different almost every morning and had eggs, meat, waffles, pastries and hot water for me — a tea drinker. They have a beautiful indoor pool which was great and mostly private during the week. This location was also very convenient for me.

Staff was very nice and considerate. I was staying on business. I was given a complimentary bottle of water and a drink coupon for the restaurant, even though the room was paid for by my company. It was nice to be treated like regular customer. minutes after my checkout I realized I left a small bag of groceries and monster energy drinks in the room. The nice lady at the counter let me run back up there to retrieve it with zero hassle. It was excellent. The hotel room was nice generally. There was a fair amount of dust on the bottom shelf of the night stand. The bathroom fan sounded like an angry blender after it ran for a couple minutes. (I did let them know about it and they said they would have someone look at it) The bathroom wallpaper had some strangeness and peeling as well as the drywall on the ceiling was starting to pop. I was disappointed that it snowed every day I was there, but the lot seemed to only be plowed once. What's with businesses avoiding plowing their parking lots? I fear for anyone elderly, infirm, or pregnant who may need to walk across a parking lot in the winter.

We could not have been more pleased with our 2 night Christmas stay at Hampton of Holland. Room was spacious for our family of 4, teens each had their own bed and mom & dad shared a bed. Facility was quiet, didn't hear a peep from other rooms or hall. Pool was nice, large enough to not feel crowded even with a lot of us there on Christmas night. Teens and husband enjoyed venturing to the outdoor hot tub (single digit air temp! ), I stuck to the indoor hot tub. Lots of folks playing ping pong, billiards, air hockey, video games — but not so many that you couldn't have a turn. Beds were comfy with soft sheets. Complimentary breakfast was FABULOUS and breakfast area (at night Sharkey's Bar) is spacious and clean. Staff were friendly, helpful, all-around great.

Great rooms and staff. This hotel is a lot of fun and a great place to bring kids. It has a game room and and decent restaurant. There is an indoor pool and hot tub. There is also an outdoor hot tub.

I was very happy with the holiday inn. The hotel staff waa great and the room was clean and wonderful to stay in. Lots of things to do in the hotel as well.

Went to Sharkies and their pickle fries were amazing! Service was great and a good selection of drinks as well. Want happy that the fried shrimp appetizer want served with a cocktail dip, had to pay extra to get that, but otherwise great experience.

We were here for a hockey tournament. It was perfect with a nice game room and pool area for the kids. Check in was a little rough, but they let us have a late check out and I'm thinking they must do that for everyone. It was hard to get a room at 4:30 even with reservations.

Our first stay at the Hampton. I really loved it. We celebrated our daughter's birthday there. Enjoyed the pool, the hot tub, the Sharkees bar and food. The kids loved and enjoyed the awesome breakfast buffet. Very comfortable. The staff was Excellent!

Awesome hotel. The rooms were amazing and the staff we so nice! The dining room/bar the people that work in there are beyond amazing and so much fun! We will most curtainly be returning! Breakfast was awesome so much to pick from! Only thing I con is there isn't any lights by the outside hot tub but one super light green one. Couldn't see the stairs and busted the back of my fiancée foot open! Other than that amazing place!

Stayed there over Labor Day weekend. Was very busy but it wasn't too crowded. It was a nice place. Breakfast was good.

We love our Hampton Inns! And this location was no exception. We had a great stay. The beds are so comfortable that we ordered the exact same pillows for our home. Breakfast is of course included and they have a larger than normal area to eat, as that location is a bar at night. Lots of TVs on the wall, and it's adjacent to the pool. Elevators are a bit slow for only 4 floors, but parking is easy, the staff is wonderful, and if you've been to Hampton Inn before, you know why they are so popular. We stayed next door at the Holiday Inn last year, and that's nice too, but the Hampton takes the crown.

Our first room smelled like smoke but they immediately switched our room with no charge. The complementary Wi-Fi was good. Upon arrival we also received coupons to the restaurant in the lobby for drinks. The breakfast was decent. I liked the juice despencer and the quality of the food.

The hotel was great. All the staff we dealt with was very friendly and helpful. The beds are very comfortable and the rooms are nice and clean. My only complain would be the shower. There was no pressure and the spray was terrible.

We booked our wedding block through the Hampton Inn of Holland and it was great, we had amazing front desk people helping us give our gift bags to the guests, as well as accommodating people that decided to stay that night. Jodi Ledesma was extremely easy to contact through the booking process, and everything turned out great. The rooms were nice and clean the pool and game area was fun for families.

Room was nice, clean. Missing a garbage can and filter for coffee maker, while the room was clean housekeping. Forgot to check the mini fridge and we had to deal with someone's leftovers. I gave it 4* because despite the fridge and. Milling necessities the rest was clean, the beverage bar was well stocked and the complimentary breakfast was ok. The eggs were rubbery and the bacon was limp though.

Great place, with beautiful rooms and wonderful pool/bar. Bar doesn't take vertical IDs though, regardless of age.

Great clean hotel. Beds comfortable, shower great — liked the hand rail for safety, huge pool and hot tub and games for kids. I was here on business, but Grandkids would have loved it! Staff was very courteous and helpful. Restaurant was pretty good for a bar/grill type of place. Very convenient if don't feel like getting out. Would definitely stay here again. Fridge in room was nice and cold to keep water and drinks cold. Nicest hotel I have stayed at for awhile. Furnishing all the way from the fire place in the lobby to the room were very nice and updated. Only down fall was elevator a little slow, but there were also easy steps I noticed a lot of people used.

Associates were very hospitable upon arriving at the hotel. The associate at the front desk was very friendly, warm and accommodating. She was able to upgrade my room to a king jacuzzi suite, and offered me a complimentary gourmet cookie, bottle of water, and hot cup of coffee. She also provided me a complimentary voucher for a free beverage at the bar and grill located inside the hotel. The lay out of the hotel was magnificent. To add, the interior decor was extremely warm and inviting. They had a rich color scheme of soft caramel, chocolate brown, golden yellow, and dark granite. Very classy and comfortable. To add, the amenities were alsi breathe taking, specially the bar and grill and swimming pool area. 4 star quality. The pool itself looked like a huge oasis at a fancy resort. One of the most spacious and biggest pools I've ever seen at a hotel. In terms of the king juccuzi suite, it was also very nice and comfortable. The bathroom was also nicely done, though slighty small. And the flat screen TV in the room could have been bigger, I believe it was a 32". Other wise, no complaints. Again, one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in, especially at this price!

Breakfast is terrible. Skip it and go out. Paper plates and plastic utensils.

The hotel itself was nice but beware of their fitness center. The lights turn on by a sensor and while I was working out at 5:15AM 15 minutes into my run on the treadmill the lights went out and the room went dark. I had to jump off the treadmill in the dark and find the door so that the lights would come back on. While jumping off the treadmill, I strained my back and knee. I advised the staff of this situation and the comment was wow that’s strange with all that running you would have thought the light would have stayed on. WOW! The sensor is above the door and on a timer which is extremely dangerous! Said they would make a note of it.

Payed cash for our tab at the bar. They pocketed the cash and wanted me to pay it again. I asked to see the video tape they stated shows that no one paid and they refuse to show me the tape.

The breakfast was really very unhealthy, processed food only.

This place was a lot better when they had karaoke on friday nights. Since then it's not as fun.

This is among the best Hampton's I have stayed at. The property was nearly sold out each night I was here; however, it was still reasonably quiet. The staff was very friendly. This hampton features both an indoor and outdoor hot tub as well as an indoor pool, gameroom, and restaurant/bar.

They have really cleaned this place and made it a very nice hotel. Rooms are super nice and the pool area is well kept. Worth the stop if you happen to be in the area. I was here during peak tulip season 2012 and rate was about 119 a night. Here on company business. Will repeat if in the area again.
