Very clean GREAT Staff! The BEST in Roseville. Had a house fire and the STAFF IS THE BEST by far. Just got move to Extend Stay. Let me tell you this place is GROSS trying like Hell to get BACK to Holiday inn Express like I said This is the BEST Place in Roseville. Thanks for Everything Guy's had the best time.

Not a bad place to spend night overall. It's just next to the 94 and there's a few amenities around and many other hotels are nearby. It looks like they recently remodeled with some updates to furnishings and shrimps new colors that sort of thing. So the hotel overall has a more updated look than other hotels in the area. I didn't like that you couldn't close the vines all the way to blackout the room but that's a small detail. Being close to the expressway, you can hear the traffic on the highway all throughout the night. It makes it a little difficult to sleep here however not overly difficult.

Didnt even make it past reserving a room because the lady I was speaking to was being extremely rude and short with me. One would assume a hospitality employee would treat customers with respect amd manners…

Good breakfast, Wi-Fi, fitness center, clean rooms.

I was willing to overlook the ants at the pool dead by the door that leads outside. At night there was 12 kid’s in the pool that had no adult watching them. Garbage all around & in the pool. It was like the staff here had no control. The room was decent. I was unable to sleep though. Doors slamming. People were loud. Music was loud. Tv’s from other room’s were loud. In general I would suggest staying somewhere else.

I came to this hotel out of the many options that were available in the city and all I can say is that I am blown away by the exceptional customer service that was provided by Toni during my stay. Having traveled often to many hotels over the years I can honestly say that I have never had a experience like I did during my stay. I was always greated with a smile and Toni went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. I was here for work and Toni made me feel like I was on a mini vacation while away from home. Toni is amazing and presents the personification of professionalism while creating a memorable experience. I will be back in the area again in the future and based on my experience I will not have to spend anytime deciding where to stay. Toni is a valuable asset to the company and I hope that any future stays I have at other locations in the US have customer service representatives that are half as good as she was.

Toni helped us during check in/out, and I can honestly say, BEST experience I have had yet at a hotel. I travel frequently, and being able to have an easy Check in and out with a hospitable and friendly Customer Service rep as herself makes the process go that much smother. Having that makes the process that much simpler and easy to deal with. Toni was ready to assist with every issue and concern I had and was fast to resolve all of our issues. I totally recommend this hotel (as long as Toni is working) to anyone ready to have a no-stress experience.

Friendly staff, clean room. The breakfast had a lot of options. The only down side was the temperature of the pool and hot tub. It was to cold to enjoy.

We were in town for a funeral… reception staff was top notch when we checked in. Management went out of their way to make us feel welcome and handle our special room requests. Kids enjoyed the pool and rooms were clean. Overall our hotel experience made a difficult time easier.

Toni works evenings there making the place feel like a real family style class act hotel. However recently new owner ship with the worst new management has left the place with a cold vibe. The rooms are messy so I assume the staff at housekeeping feel the too. To bad. It was a super cool place.

Room was nice and clean. Bed was comfortable with clean sheets. Staff was very nice and helpful. Walls are thin could hear TV in next room.

I was greeted by Toni at the front desk as soon as I walked in. She had such a warm demeanor it really helped because we had been on the road for so long she put us in a good mood from the start. The room smelled clean and the morning coffee was the best way I could have chosen to start my day without so much as leaving my room.

Convenient location, nice staff however the room smelled of cigarettes. Nice breakfast and lots of restaurants near by.

I don't know how anyone sleeps here, it's so loud! I can hear my neighbors cough, their tv, when they flush the toilet, opening drawers, and don't get me started on when they walk above me. I made a video to show staff. It was all night long! My toilet has a red stain at the bottom and my room smelled like cigarettes. When I come through for business again I won't be back.

Rooms where clean but front desk lady wasn't very welcoming. Also pool was closed for some reason. I wouldn't stay there again first time we had a bad experience at a holiday inn.

Hot breakfast was great, except for the sausage gravy. Room was nice and clean.

I stay here quite often for work. Some of the beds appear to be wearing out. All the bathrooms need attention around the tub area. Other than that it's the perfect option when staying in Roseville.

I’ve stayed at this hotel several times for work. I don’t find the rooms to be very well maintained. All of the rooms I’ve stayed in need a deep cleaning. For example the room I’m in now I stayed in probably a month ago and while doing my normal bed bug check I noticed there was a large stain on the bed skirt under the mattress… looked like coffee, I think. Anyway, a month later same dirty bed skirt… what’s up with that? I don’t think it should be my job to let hotel staff know that the bed skirt is dirty. Also breakfast is ready early every day which is nice but it’s always the exact same thing. A little variety would go a long way. I’ve also noticed that almost every room I’ve stayed in needs the shower re-caulked it’s all mildewy and gross looking. The front desk staff are always polite and helpful and the little shop with snacks by the desk is pretty handy if you need a cold drink or a little snack. Parking lot is small so don’t plan to stay here hauling a trailer or something.

Staff was great. Pool area could have been cleaner and maintained better. The light in the pool was dangling and looked a little dangerous.

The hotel is nice, we did not experience any issues. The location doesn't offer much and we had a window overlooking a cemetery, but I would stay again at the right price.

Shower was perfect. Bed was very comfortable. Lots of pillows. Breakfast was good. Can't ask for much more! And… they give a military discount… keeps us coming back!

It was beautiful inside. But the halls smelled of marijuana. They had a nice breakfast setup, with coffee and juice and other goodies. The lobby was big and welcoming. The night desk clerk was a tad rude but understandable. Overall it was a good experience.

Service here can be good or bad. It depends on who is behind the front desk. The rest of the staff is rather pleasant especially at breakfast. The rooms are clean and comfortable. I took off one star because usually we are upgraded to one of the suites (approx 9 out of 10 times), the one time that we weren't the room was dirty, things were broken in the room and the scent of pot kept wafting into the room. We had to ask for another, which we were then upgraded. So, maybe we only know the good rooms?

The rooms were clean and the hotel was inot great condition overal. Our family enjoyed the complimentary breakfast, they provided us with a good variety of choices.

Good location, Good price, Nice clean rooms and I felt safe about staying the area. The breakfest was awesome and a great selection! I would stay here again.

Great hotel. Feels clean, modern, and had it at a great rate. Nice big breakfast selection, great pool and hot tub. All staff was friendly and happy. Bathrooms are big and nice. Overall pleased with this hotel. Only complaint was hearing neighboring room's TV in the early hours of the morning, so walls aren't particularly thick. Overall, though, I highly recommend this place.

Its was great the building was beautiful and the service was amazing.

Contains the most inhospitable futons you've ever slept on. I'm here, writing this review, because after sleeping for a full 90 minutes—thanks to drugging myself up with the largest batch of sleeping pills I've ever taken—in spite of being unbelievably tired, I can no longer bear laying on it. Pain radiating up and down my spine and neck. The futon has completely flattened through use. The springs are practically nothing. They've given the ghost long ago. The only thing one can feel are the thick steel metal bars propping the bed up. I'm a 20 something — young and fit. Can sleep almost anywhere, even the floor better than this. I can't believe it, but I find myself longing for my coach seat on the flight I took here … I got a much better rest there. I'm now sitting here typing this in the lobby at 5am, long given up on resting, with pain everywhere. Just so horribly upset. If you buy a room and express delight in the fact that the futon lets you fit an extra guest, it won't. It might as well not even be listed in the room features.

This place is so disgusting! Real dirty room, there is an old sock, moldy pizza crust (looks like pizza crust), cobwebs on the walls, stains on the carpet. I decided to sleep in my car for the night. Never come here!

Rooms aren't updated like some of the Holiday Inns I've been in lately but the price is the same. Not enough seating at the breakfast bar, didn't even bother. Last thing I want is to be elbow to elbow with a bunch of random strangers at a hotel breakfast bar.
