Terrible in almost every way! I requested a handicapped room on the first floor due to s broken foot, and I was given a second floor room, and the hotel has no elevator! So, I had to go without my knee scooter and hobble up the stairs on my own. The room was filthy and run down. I almost fell in the grimy shower and had no bars to grab for because of the whole handicapped room situation. The pool was freezing (NOT heated, as advertised) and disgustingly filthy… visible dirt in the pool. I would never consider staying here again!

Clean rooms, friendly staff. The pool was nice and warm. Decent breakfast choices, but nothing fancy.

Clean. Would have been nice to know about Breakfast. Were in rush to clean room hours before check out. Would definitely stay at another Super 8

The check in process was quick and simple. The room was comfortable. The pool was warm. Breakfast was great.

One word: HORRIBLE. We checked in after a very long day and there's a snow storm that time. We had a room with a clogged toilet so I informed the front desk guy but to my dismay, he was rude and said, "I give you plunger, you unclog it" What? We just got in so I immediately started packing while looking for another hotel. For $79, I would rather go somewhere else and have a good rest, instead of unclogging a toilet. What a joke.

Dryer has been out of service for entire stay with makes it difficult for those staying for any extended period. Heater in room doesn't work. Owners kids run up and down halls screaming at all hours of the day and into the night. House keeping is below average at best. Don't even get me started on the breakfast might as well just go to the gas station down the road. Do your self a favor and stay in a different town or use air bnb.

Extremely clean! Great location! Great breakfast! Polite, professional, very hospitable and accomodating supervisor and staff. Crystal and the staff members will make you feel so welcome. I will always stay at this location when in the area.

Always a great place… we stay here every time we visit that motel. Spent the night here, beds were totally fine, the breakfast was absolutely delicious! Lots of great choices to choose from, everything hit the spot. Overall a great stay.

Great place. Super nice employees. She helped us find a place to park because it was full and very nice all around. The room was super clean and comfortable.

I would rate higher, but I'm not a fan of the police having to be here to search through cars, or the onslaught of drunken idiots that wanna start stuff in the lot.

Don't speak English found rat traps in my room. Can hear everything ever, pool closes at 7pm, best thing is my ac unit is half way in the wall so I can see daylight threw the gap. Best thing about this place is when you turn it down the American inn. Is across the street.

Fist time back to this Super 8 with the new owners, Horrible experience! Place has fallen down hill standard wise, and employee wise. I shouldn't have to beg or be berated for asking for an extra blanket for my room. Ice machine not working, pool very dirty, and ice cold for indoor pool. I get it's just a cheap motel, but choices are limited here, and under old owners ran a lot better.

Breakfast was good. Room was frigid when we checked in but was much better later that evening. Shower had hot water. Tv worked. The pillows could have been a bit more firm but other than that it was a decent stay.

Do not book at this rat hole. This is the most disgusting, run down hotel I have ever seen. After checking in And going to my room, it was not clean, bug traps everywhere with kids with me it was right in children's reach with poison in it. The smell of the rooms would make you throw up. I suggest you RUN from this place and get your money back and go elsewhere.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Dirty room, broken back of toilet (as in fell on the floor, but put back like puzzle pieces on the tank), holes patched in wall but unpainted, batteries taped into remote, mold and hair all over the bathroom, poor welcome by family running the hotel, folding the laundry straight off the floor… Stay ANYWHERE else but here! Also, a week later they are closed to treat bed bugs. Just great.

I wish there were a way to rate this dump with negative stars. Let's begin with security. Both access doors were unlocked and motel access was open to anyone. There are signs on these doors which read that, "These doors are locked for your protection. Please use card for access. " What a joke! Then there was the chain lock inside the room. It was inoperable. How about the internet service? There was none. And, if you're a fan of cigarette butts outside the "security doors, " you'll love it at this rathole. Did I mention the broken and dilapidated fence around the garbage bin? The door was hanging by a thread and had to be secured by a stick to keep from flopping open. When I brought these items to the attention of the desk clerk, she made one excuse after the other. And then, to top it off, the MANAGER of the place walked out of his cubby hole in his bare feet and wandered around the lobby. "No shoes, no shirt, no service" does not apply here. When I challenged the manager on his unsanitary behavior, he just looked at me with a blank stare. Really? Wyndham Group, you people should be ashamed of yourselves.

Shabby motel with security problems! Exterior door lock, disabled. Room window lock, broken. Chain lock on door, broken. Guy at front desk, absent most of the time. I'm not a clean-freak and I actually appreciate dive motels… but I paid $125 for a run-down room with matted carpet, broken fixtures and a lumpy mattress. The curry in the hallway smelled nice, though.

Decent place. Needs some work. Carpet worn. Someone needs to learn how to paint or at least put down a drop cloth. Room door needed some work. Had to make them bring the price down to my confirmation price. Breakfast not bad but they need to heat the biscuits and the gravy. Large comfortable room.

My family and I came to this hotel just a couple of days ago, and let me just say the service has been less than spectacular. First thing we noticed (or more accurately heard) was children constantly running up and down the hall (I just recently learned that those children were the owner's kids nonetheless! ), second the cleaning crew feels the need to come in at any time while we were still in the room (about 9:30 in the morning), and then after we come back after a day out the room is not clean! They claimed the cleaning crew does not understand good english and thought that we had turned them away, whatever! There are many more things that bothered me about this place but for the sake of not turning this review into a book I'll not get into all of that. I will conclude by saying that my family and I will not be bringing our services back in the future.

Nice and accommodating establishment with Clean (clean, not just "hotel" clean too) rooms! They have a small pool that we never see anyone in… but us (score! ). The breakfast is modest but reasonable. We enjoy staying at this hotel, and it's PET FRIENDLY!

Horrible. I stayed here 3/11/2017 for my birthday weekend. I wish I could give this place 0 stars. The door locks kept giving us problems, the room smelled weird and worst of all there were ants crawling all over the room. The first night there were a few ants in the bathroom only. House keeping came in and sprayed the bathroom. The second night they were everywhere. I will never stay there again. When we checked out, management acted as if they knew nothing about the ant problem. I hate bugs!

Rooms were clean and very comfortable. Plenty of pillows, friendly and extremely helpful staff. The complimentary breakfast included a waffle bar that had all the extras you could ask for and more. At 1 am after checking in the front desk ran into the breakfast room that was locked down and gave me a milk. The stay was perfect for myou business trip. Helpful?

We stayed in January 2017 and had a wonderful stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms are nicely renovated and the bed was very comfortable. Great view and the fireworks were an added bonus. Breakfast was delicious with a good variety. We would definitely stay here again.

Alright and half assed clean for super 8.

We recently stayed for two nights for the College commencement. Our room was clean and comfortable. The manager was always friendly and helpful as were all of the staff! best place with best price.

The hotel charged us for steeling a chair and we didn't even take one! Never going there again!

Needs flatscreen TV to connect hd cable for xbox.

Room wasn't cleaned from previous guest. Front desk clerk did not apologize or offer to correct the situation. Bathroom was dirty. It was so bad I couldn't / didn't even use the shower! This place is really gross. Stay somewhere else — ANYWHERE else.
