Pleasantly surprised by the nice rooms and casino. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The casino wasn't over crowded for a Sat night which made it that much more enjoyable getting on card tables, finding drinks, etc. We ate at the steak house for dinner and we all enjoyed our meals very much. The Steaks and burgers, while pricey, were delicious. The Breakfast buffet was decent as well; lots of options but nothing overly spectacular. I would definitely consider staying here again.

Nice and spacious. Valet parking. Lots of different slots to choose from. If you join there club you can get free gifts or buffet vouchers. Even reduced rates on the rooms, which I hear are quite nice.

Stayed one night after attending a ball game in the area. The room was recently updated and faced the lake. The room was really nice, didn't hear anything from the hall or rooms next door. Had the breakfast buffet in the morning. They had plenty of food options to satisfy most people. Definitely will stay here again.

Slots don't pay out in the high limit room. By far the worst yet. Been there 2 times lost 1000$ both times in the high limit room. 25$ a spin. Absolutely nothing hit.

Games are fun. Payouts are rare. Cocktail waitresses are few and far between. Slot & Floor personnel are much more interested in talking to each other than talking or mingling with the customers. Smoke free facility is a BIG plus.

Bunch of NONSENSE a room attendant knocked on our door 2 times when I was out of the room. The DO NOT DISTURB sign was on there since the night before and that's what it meant our entire stay. My son is almost 10 and we have stayed there 3 other times with NO ISSUE until today. This room attendant reported my son in the room while I was in the casino so we packed up and left. I find this RIDICULOUS! He was fine and always is. I couldn't even enjoy the VIP band/food after already spending $300 in this casino the first day/night there. I was told over the phone my child would be welcome. To the man (employee of Jumer's) that offered free golf for my son while I finished my meal that was waiting outside thank you but I was very upset so needed to leave. Guess you had better tell people checking in with children the rules! I turned in my membership to the hotel desk with my room keys. Take me off the list. We won't be back and will go places that do not unnecessarily bother us. This room attendant was just mad because we tried looking inside the suite at the end of the hall. She gave me a dirty look and she must have gotten even because she heard a comment I made about her not having a sense of humor! This was a 2.5 hour drive anyway and other places are closer.

Food at the steakhouse was spectacular. The Beatles vs the Stones was entertaining. (The Stones killed it), and the room was clean and more than comfortable. Loved the lakeside view. And of course, loved the casino environment.

The atmosphere here at Jumer's Casino & Hotel is exciting. The staff is always friendly and willing to help you with any questions or concerns. The buffet is just wonderful. There are many types of food and vegetables. Don't forget the salad bar with many different types of items to make your salad top notch. The casino has many varieties of gaming machines. They have a large Poker Room with different card games, but Poker is usually the name of the game eJumer'There are also other ta le games such as 21, raps a d roulette. I had a very enjoyable night with slots and the buffet. Also Jumer's had a gift give-away and to top off my night with an outdoor concert with the Beatles vs Stones showdown. (Tribute Bands) They were very good. I would make Jumer's Casino & Hotel a definite go to for a fantastic meal, and a fun, enjoyable night out.

Worst hotel stay ever. The pool was out of order. The shower Drain was clogged. Decided to check out after only an hour and it took longer for them to refund me my Deposit then I spent in the room. For as much money as they make off of ripping people off in there casino, you would think they would have better service in there hotel. I give them zero stars.

Stopped in for the Players buffet for "surf and turf". Found out at the register that they didn't have crab legs to my disappointment. Figured, well I waited this long might as well eat. Man was that a bad decision! Prime rib was tough, fish that was fried was either cold or soaked in grease, got the catfish, which had next to no meat on it and the fried shrimp were either too crispy and dry or soaked in grease and cold. On top if all that they raised their prices! I've been going here on and off for a couple years but I don't think I'll be going back again.

Used to play at this casino exclusively until about a year ago. I don't expect to win but lately you may as well just leave your money at the door. I would at least like to win more than 20 cents on 10 'free' games. The rooms were redone and are nice but they took out the coffee makers. Odd when most hotels have added them. With the competition of the other casinos in the area they should try to attract business by letting you play a little like the other casinos and not just eating your money.

Or favorite local casino. Reason? 100 % smoke free! Beautiful clean casino. We don't win there any more or less than anywhere else but prefer this to any other local casino. Live music often. Nice bar area. Love the buffet. Always adding new machines and fun giveaways. We used to get more freebies/gifts/coupons which was nice. The only thing I wish were different is they serve Pepsi products and not Coke. Isle has Coke products but I don't care for the smoke and that casino seems cramped.

I have been staying in this hotel from almost a week and this was the second time my card key stopped working. The first time was no problem, let the guy know at the desk and he gave me a key no issue. The second time I was being helped by Lillian at the front desk check in. I let her know the problem and provided my ID. She said my name isn't on the list and that she won't give me a key. I said it's my mom's name (we share the same last name) and even had my mom on the phone and she refused to talk to her. I had to get her to call the hotel herself even though I already had her on the phone. Lilian was extremely rude through the whole process even going as far as whispering to the next desk agent about me and laughing with a coworker while I'm trying to get the hell back in my room. Absolute blatant display of discourteous disrespect. She does not need to be anywhere near a customer service position. This is a good hotel otherwise but this experience made me never want to come back here.

Great variety of slots and a Wonderful Buffet but I'd have to say their drinks leave me extremely lacking. They seem weak and actually tastes funny I know the taste of vodkas and I can almost guarantee that they weren't using the ones they said they were. Even though it's a lower payout I seem to be very lucky here in fact my entire party could have been up if they didn't keep gambling LOL but I did walk away up. Overall an enjoyable time.

Great casino compared to those on the Iowa side, clean and smoke free. It would be nice if it was bigger, since it is smoke free the extra time being able to breath you could use the extra energy and cover more ground with more machines. As far as the other places in Iowa, read below +++++++IOWA CASINO'S RIGHT ACROSS THE RIVER++++++ Bring in your own oxygen, or at lease stick a filter on your mouth because the second hand smoke will leave you feeling like you had smoked a carton of cigarettes. And bring fresh clothing to change into once your out of the cloud. Smoke was so thick you have a hard time locating the gambling machines. And goggles would be good as well.

Quality facility with a very friendly staff the hotel rooms have recently been updated and are very nice. The selection if food options is great Tuesday through Saturday the steak house is to die for. The buffet does not allow children because it is on the gaming floor. The Cafe has some great burger options. Again I can not stress how great the staff is here.

Always clean, fun & action packed! Buffet has a nice variety of food with promotions that include lobster tails, holiday foods and lots of good desserts. Nice promotional give aways, slot tournaments, special events, etc. Rooms have just been remodeled so they are very nice too! Only complaint is that not much won on the slots & if I do win it takes it all back!

Visited the buffet. Food was good. Service was better than it had been the last few times we had been. Will be back. Wish they had an entrance that you could bring kids in but it is a nice date night place to go.

This was a nice hotel. My family had a great time. There is no microwave anywhere. Also no coffee machines in rooms, but they have cafe where you can buy a cup for $2. Or go up to guest services and ask if they have any vouchers. Casino: Horrible experience! They took my I'd and sent me a free room and $100 in free play but would not let me go on the casino floor with a valid "plastic" Id. Would not take a state issued paper Id. Will return, but not spend a single dollar on the casino floor. Thanks but no thanks. I will gladly take all of your money but I will refuse to put a single dollar of my own money into your machine. My wife on the other hand was allowed to gamble and she said that it was an ok gambling experience. She didn't win big but also didn't lose big.

Love this place! I come here often mainly to gamble but also stay the night. The one thing I would change is that there is no continental breakfast. Sometimes you just want a quick cup of coffee and a banana! ☕

The overall experience was good. All the facilities were clean, the staff was welcoming and inviting, and the amenities were also good. The stand out was the Buffett however. The food selection and variation was very delicious plus the variety of food was perfect. The only negative was the "Chinese selection. " It seemed out of place and was not very appetizing. It looked as if no one had eaten anything out of this section for at least an hour. It just seems that space could be better utilized to complete the food selection.

I've only been to a couple of casinos so I can't compare to others when it comes to payouts on the slots. What did impress me was the cleanliness of both the room and the facility over all. All of the staff I encountered were friendly and courteous. The waitress that took care of us at the buffet early Sunday morning did take a while to get us our coffee but that might have been due to being understaffed. It appeared as if she might have been covering more than one area. The food at both the dinner and breakfast was not bad but was a bit of a let down after hearing some of my friends talk about how good it was. This was the reason for me not giving them 5 stars. On the plus side the room was clean, neat, and the bed comfortable. Had one of the best pillows I've ever had at a hotel. Wonder if they would have missed one? LOL.

Overall it was a nice stay. The staff was very friendly including the lady at the front desk who let me borrow her cell phone charger. The room was clean and had very soft carpets. Really my only issue was the fact that the shower didn't drain well so there was standing water at the end. Overall a great stay though and would recommend.

Went for the buffet and to gamble a bit. Was very clean with clean facilities. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. We were new to a casino and everyone was very helpful in getting us started. The buffet was good, a little pricey for what you get. Not enough 'staples' but a lot of more unique items for a buffet, like jalapeno cornbread mac and cheese. Huge variety of slot machines and a lot of tables for other games. We went on a Saturday night but it wasn't to busy to not have options for playing. All around a very enjoyable time.

Good price. Nice rooms. Good food in the cafe. A little disappointed that the buffet wasn't available for kids. Overall nice place.

I went to Jumer's with a friend for a few hours of casino gaming (Jacks or Better poker). The gaming area is quite large, but thoughtfully arranged so that even when crowded, it wasn't overwhelming. The staff were all friendly, professional, and inconspicuous. We also had the buffet lunch. There was a large selection of foods, healthy, ethnic, and traditional American. My friend has stayed at the hotel numerous times while on gaming outtings with his brothers. He told me that the hotel is quite nice and they enjoy staying there.

I generally go for the buffet. It's clean, and the price isn't bad for what you're getting. Food's pretty good and there's decent variety. Only reason it misses a star is the wait staff can often be slow in clearing dishes and bringing drinks. Otherwise, great. Probably my favorite buffet in the area.

Overall, this is a nice casino with an attached hotel. The entire staff, managers to wait staff were very friendly and did whatever necessary to make our stay a pleasant one. We rented several meeting rooms, had additional after hours cocktails and it all went off without a hitch. The casino was well run and the dealers were very friendly and welcoming questions. I was surprised to find $5 tables almost all day. Huge difference to the casinos closer to the City.

Worst casino ever… Crazy off-putting person at door. Carding people! … seriously?. Why? We stopped here at 9:20pm on a Monday night and even though there are 3 restaurants. None of them were open at that time… this place sits off the I-80highway and looks like it would be a nice place to stop for a late dinner… NOT! Don't go here, don't waste your time or money here… FAILED… You are now branded Worst Casino Ever!

This is the first smoke-free Casino I have been too, which isn't necessarily bad… Just something I'm not use too. It is a very nice clean place, but the big downfall of the place is it closes and fairly early. People that gamble usually go at night time and if your one of those late night gamblers… Look for another casino to go too.

My wife and I loved the buffet, the food was fantastic. We even made a lil money, the second time we come here and do good. We have yet to stay the night but so far we like what they have done with the new place.

The buffet was fine! but if was filled loaded with nasty trashy looking and dressing people. Greedy people that were food crazy! servers don't get a break! it's horrible to watch! I talked to a few! one server told me he walked away for a few and when he returned they had his serving utensils serving themselves!? demanding piles of cut's of meat!? dress code desperately needed! horrible!

Stopped by to do some gambling on my way through the quad cities. Great casino with tons of table games and slots. Smoke free in the entire casino is also a huge plus. Beverage stations were nice with large cups and the entire place looked really clean.

The buffet is better than pretty much all other buffets I've been to. The food is better than most similar places, but still some foods are lackluster due to sitting under heating lamps. However, they always refill the food very quickly and a the employees were always pretty quick to ask me if I needed something refilled or a specific cut of meat. Some of the desserts were sort of dry, too. Drinks were always refilled quickly and dirty plates were taken away fast.

Stopped by on a Sunday evening during a road trip. Was mostly interested in the dining options. The buffet unfortunately was closed (around 8pm) but the blue square cafe was open. Lots of food for the money although options are limited. The ribs were surprisingly good.

It was easy to find right off I-280. Rooms were under construction. There was rolls of old carpeting laying all down the hallways that made it difficult to navigate in some areas. The slot machines didn't seem to payout anything with quite a few 20 dollar bills gone without hitting on a single Pauline. Ate at the buffet, while the food was good, the cashier very rudely denied a half off voucher even though there was no apparent reason why and refused to explain why it was denied.

Stayed one night. Check in was fast and easy. Room was clean and spacious. Limited TV but Wi-Fi was a strong signal. Pool was clean and well stocked. Fridge stayed cool but no Microwave? Bathroom was my favorite by far. Awesome shower. Put in a wake up call that did not happen sadly. All in all a great place but just a few flaws.

Machines are tighter than a ducks butt on a frozen pond. Very few table games open and they couldn't or wouldn't open the game I play. They claimed they were short staffed because a bunch of people called in sick. Both bartenders I had interaction with were extremely nice and friendly. I like the fact it's non smoking. The deli is ok, buffet sucks. Probably won't be back anytime soon but I would play here again.

I came to the casino with my mother for her birthday. I lost it all but I found a Pikachu in the Pokémon GO, so the trip was worth it in the end.
