It’s decor is very pretty. The breakfast was really good. Rooms are nice size and clean. Beds were comfortable. We would definitely stay there again!

The pool was great. The room was decent. The kids requested more pillows blankets and towels and they accompanied quickly, without hesitation and they were very polite! Would definitely recommend!

The room was clean and the staff was respectful. I enjoyed my stay and had no issues.

The pool was freezing. The ice machine on our floor was broke. Cleaning people woke us up and tried to come clean the room at 8am even though the do not disturb sign was on.

Donna was so helpful. She loved her job and it showed. Nice pool. Everything about the hotel was above average except for breakfast. (I wouldn't call the breakfast a full breakfast) but when there are friendly people working there it makes a big difference. A short stay becomes a sweet stay. Loads of other food choices close by. There are lots of farms out there still in Oswego.

The best hospitality ever. My husband and I and my 3 grandkids and dog were in an accident on interstate 39. We were at a car dealer in aurora Illinois tired, hungry, cold and wet. No rental cars in a 20 mile radius of aurora ill. And no available hotel rooms that would accept a pet. I called Americinn lodge and suites. They didn't have room available but offered to let us spend several hours in their lobby and our dog Bob until family came to pick us up. Offered us coffee and food. The best hospitality ever from an employee on evening shift. She kept us out of the rain and cold. I dont know what we would have done without her. Thank you for the hospitality. I know we were unable to get a room here. But we will be back, making a reservation ahead of time. This is what good service is all about.

Loved this hotel. We stayed here last night and I was very impressed. The hotel was very nice and cozy and the staff were very sweet. We loved the beds. They were comfortable. The pool and hot tub we're very nice. We definitely will be staying here again.

Double queen room was nice, beds were good and hotel was clean. Staff friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the elevator was broken, but stairs were easily accessible. Breakfast was delicious. We did not get a chance to try the pool.

We brought our kids for some swimming fun and an overnight stay during spring break. The room was nice and comfortable. The service was pretty bad. We asked for towels at the pool and the front desk worker was irritated when I asked for four towels like that was unusual to need one for each person. The breakfast food would have been great but it was mostly empty. Again, when I inquired about getting more, I had to convince them that stuff was gone. There’s not much they would have to do to make this a much better experience.

This place is amazing they treat u like family staff are so nice rooms r so clean Breakfast is awesome, This is my 1st time here and I wood Recommend this place. Swimming pool hot tub sauna. Just a real nce place to stay. Close to stores gas stations, Restaurants. Just a real down to earth place.

I have been here 2 times. It is beautiful. The breakfast was great, the rooms are very nice, and the hot tub, sauna and swimming pool are amazing. Along with the staff, they treat you like family and make your stay very nice. Love this place!

Beds are clean and comfortable. There is a full breakfast available with many options between hot and cold. Pets (dogs) are only on 1 floor which is nice. Indoor pool and spa are quite nice. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

This is my 3rd month staying here and I absolutely love it here. I'm traveling for work and they set me up at Americinn. I have never stayed at one and I don't care to stay anywhere else. The staff are the best. They are all so nice, they always great me everyday with a smile. The hotel is so clean and relaxing.

Cozy place with comfortable beds, friendly and accomodating staff. Breakfast was adequate and my teenagers enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Nice and inviting common area that allowed us to visit with family.

A great hotel especially for the business traveler. Spent two nights here and all my expectations were met. The service is excellent, clean rooms, and good breakfast, and friendly staff.

Free hot breakfast with every stay. Coffee station is available 24/7 and their coffee is very good. Large indoor pool. Located near major intersection with access to many restaurants and stores.

We stayed here during my sister in laws wedding. The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was excellent! Biscuits and gravy y’all!

Other than the TV remote not working, my stay was nice. The staff accommodated me with an early entry for a wedding I needed to attend. It was appreciated.

Very good stay so far! Rooms are clean and comfortable, and have a mini fridge and microwave. The lobby is adorable and unique. Looks like a logged cabin with wooden furniture and stuffed bears. Hotel has an indoor pool and hot tub. Breakfast is delicious with hot food like sausage and eggs, but also oatmeal, toast, waffles, etc. Haven't had any issues with Wi-Fi or television reception. Only downside is the price is a little high, but it seems like a well-run place, so it's worth it.

I was visiting guest in the sitting area of the hotel foyer. It was a great experience except the game area is literally right on top of you in the sitting area. The teens were so obnoxiously loud that you could not talk to the guest in sitting area. The games are less than three feet from the couch in the sitting area. I wish it was in the other side if the room. We ended up leaving the hotel to continue our conversation with the guest at the hotel. Other than that it was a nice visit. It was very clean and welcoming inside.

I absolutely loved our stay the Americinn Lodge & Suites. Our room was extremely nice and affordable. I love the decor of the lobby. The hotel in itself was a vacation. It felt so warm and inviting. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a hotel in the area.

Nice hotel, clean and updated room, friendly, helpful front desk. Good breakfast (although minimal if "usual for hotels") selections.

So disappointed with this hotel. Made reservations in advance for my friends wedding. They had a block of rooms. When I placed the reservation the girl on the phone asked me when we would be checking in, I let her know I was not sure but it would probably be late as we are attending a wedding. She assured me that was just fine. I did not have my phone on me, no pockets in the dress I wore. At 8:40 I checked my phone had a missed call at 6:30 from the hotel with a voice mail asking if we were still coming. I called back immediately and said yes my husband and I are still coming in. By then it was to late room gone and they are booked! All I got was sorry nothing I can do why don't you call the Holiday Inn. If someone would have told me I need to check-in by 6 or your screwed I would have done so. Nothing on any email stating this NOTHING. I finally spoke with a manager 2 days later and I get sorry we followed protocol but we will look into changing our policy. No compensation all we got was I'm sorry that stinks that happened to you. So glad we did not have our two children with us. If you are planning on staying here I suggest you get there with in the magical hours of 3pm and 6pm. And hope you have a place to sleep.

I stayed in the king jacuzzi suite, and it was very spacious. The room (and the hotel) were very nice, and such a great value!

Facility's amenities are nice but the rooms are a little lack luster and the pillows and beds are like concrete. Plus the prices are a little high for the area.

I had to cancel my reservation and the staff was very friendly and helpful about it. Even though I didn't stay, that alone will earn my business the next time I'm in town.

Everything about this hotel was great!

Won't be staying at this location again. It was highly recommended but even before I got there customer service was the worst. Just a particular person but won't mentioned their name because I don't want them to lose their job. Getting there I brace myself, I feel at home with decor, love the fireplace. Went out for a couple hours my room wasn't cleaned. Went to the front desk then I realize this was the person on the phone. I was fanned off when I reminded him of his behavior on the phone. I came to the conclusion that this person wasn't trained you think he would try not to make the same mistake twice assuming I'm there he would apologize, nothing of the sort but even more unpleasant. After all that I asked for late check out and was charged $25 Wow! Customer service was terrible by this one person, I asked for 3pm check out and left at 1pm. Won't be staying there again!

Got a single room, hotel is a stones throw from scoreboards. Breakfast in the morning was decent. Pool and hottub were nice.

Room and staff were great. Pool was closed for renovations and no mention of it was on the reservation site.
