The sheets looked dirty with hair… there were no house keepers just one person going back and forth. It smelled liked straight smoke in our room when we asked for a non smoking room. Management said it was “musk”, it was clearly smoke. Then we found a dang quarter in our sheets — _-. I wish I made this up but nope… proof that these sheets are dirty and were not changed.

Just called to make a reservation, talked to the rudest woman! she treated me like I was the dumbest human on Earth! wow, won't be calling them again!

The service was very friendly and it is in a central location making it easy to get to anything in washington.

Stayed here for 2 nights. Nothing happened worthy of a great review nor a bad one. Beds were comfortable, rooms were quiet. First floor smelled like cigarette smoke. Even though I stayed on the second floor, the smell still hit you as you walked into the hotel. Thankfully it did not affect the rooms upstairs. Bathtub had a crack in it that someone attempted to fix with epoxy but it didn't work. Hope nothing leaked to the first floor as I showered.

We booked a room last minute, on a Saturday, in July. Washington summer rates are always a bit higher, but the very pleasant desk personnel offered various discount programs unsolicited. We were pleasantly surprised here. It's CLEAN and well-kept. The staff is very friendly, it's clean and right on the main road so you can walk to many of the restaurants.

Staff was nice, but my little sister spotted a tick on the bed we slept in the night before as we were walking out of the door. We got spooked and left, leaving our food in the fridge. Staff already got our refund so they are very good.

1 of the beds wasn't clean but overall satisfied with my stay. Customer service good.

Good bargain but front of hotel needs a upgrade. Maybe some fresh paint and clean windows with better view in the back. Clean rooms but I ask for a queen bed and instead got 2 beds.

Good price, chair in room was very discusting, lots of stains from who knows what. Hair dryer didn't work, wouldn't turn on. Carpet needs replaced.

Poorly maintained, poorly lit, and the entire hotel smells vaguely of tobacco. The breakfast selection was pretty sparse. Overall pretty sketchy — didn't even ask to see my ID when I checked in. The price is pretty low, but I'd still say you're getting slightly less than what you're paying for.

Room not cleaned. Someone's hair grease left all over mirror and fawcett. Someone else's towel on back of the door. Raw wires exposed from a bent cord on a power strip… mold on the ceiling in bathroom. Picture on TV wasn't full, it was a small box in the middle of the screen… In a word… filth… second room, had to go buy Lysol just feel semi safe. View is of construction pipes… heat very loud and stinky like burnt dust… table cloth like bedspreads would just slide of the bed so you had no blanket… will not recommend or return.

I checked in on October 18th to a clean room but the fridge didn't work so they were going to replace it instead moved me to another room. I didn't notice at the time but after I settled in, the room was dirty. There were cob webs in all the lights. The bathroom was disgusting. In the morning I went to use the microwave only to find a cup of chocolate filled with mold. When leaving in the morning I asked them to clean the room. When I returned the cob webs were still in the lights. The microwave was cleaned finally. I checked the coffee pot only to find molded filter left in it. I asked them again to clean the room but finally gave up. I needed to print my boarding passes but the printer was out of ink and the front desk did not know how to install a cartridge. I left on October 21st and will never return to this site. I feel bad because I have never had to write a poor review but this place is not a place to stay.

Slightly overpriced for what you get. The door keys rarely worked, so it was always best to leave one person in the room to make sure you could get back in If you left. The hot handle on the bathroom sink (which was in the front room) kept falling off. The window was broke and wouldn't open. The bed wasn't super comfortable, but the pillows were nice.

You get what you pay for. The blanket was dirty with something dried to it. When I told the front desk and said it comes off easily so it obviously wasn't washed. He handed me one out of the supply closet and told me to put the dirty one on the floor and housekeeping would get it in the morning. Why do I need to change the bedding? Aren't I paying for a clean MADE bed? He wasn't embarrassed at all and didn't apologize either.

Clean rooms, Staff very helpful and friendly. Excellent price for room, pet friendly.

Overall nice place, internet is good, we have a queen size bed, our room is very well cleaned! Except when we first got here I always check our mattresses, and our covers LOL (I'm always picky) I spotted blood on our mattress and they gave us a new bed! Which was awesome of them! We had our Do Not Disturb sign on the door, due to my husband working midnights, and sleeping during the day well obviously they don't know what that means I had to literally walk to door as they were opening the door to come on in! So they need to work on that especially since we are checked in for a week! But clean NO BUGS, that I have seen it's clean! Breakfast is horrible too my husband said the cereal tasted like cardboard.

Although the entrance and surroundings are not attractive, the room was well-maintained with large beautiful photos above each bed. Having a fridge and microwave was great for a several night stay. The breakfast would be much better with some scrambled eggs and meat. A good value for the budget traveler.

Hotel staff was helpful and knowledgeable about the area. The breakfast was typical continental. The internet was good. The room was comfortable and the bed slept well. Good stay overall!

Bed linens appeared slept in, dirty with obvious buildup of something nasty on BOTH beds/sheets, floors unclean, and a mildew smell throughout building, large boxes littered throughout halls. Worst mistake of my life choosing to downgrade from our normal hotel chain. This is a poorly kept, poorly ran facility.

The proprietor was very friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and spacious. Had a mini fridge and a microwave. Offers a military discount. Would stay there again.

I stayed there for two nights, the rooms were really clean and bed was pretty comfortable. Also the staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was also good, the best part is Tacobell is very next to it. Overall the stay was really good.

Terrible hotel. Not worth the low price. Pay an extra $10-$20 and stay somewhere nicer. Filthy, nasty, and unfriendly are a few adjectives that accurately describe this hotel.

Don't ever stay here. I accidentally made a reservation here, instead of the one in Washington, IA. When I called, the manager told me there was nothing he could do — no refund, no transfer, no credit. I was just out of luck. Horrible way to treat a PAYING customer.

Room was clean, as was the lobby area. Clerk was very efficient, check in was quick. The free breakfast was not elaborate but was good. The areas I saw of the hotel were in good condition. Our room was next to the elevator and we were not able to notice it running. I will stay there again as long as the price does not go up (+/ — $65 for a king bed).
