I want to give 5 stars to Tara for great customer service and handling business. When in Morris I suggest the Comfort Inn.

Very friendly, beds were comfortable, and they raised the shower head. The room did smell like smoke, but they gave us odor spray and it worked great. Fyi it was a no smoking room.

Staff is very friendly. On the few nights of our stay when we went to check in, there was a lot of sites open but not so many regular rooms open so they changed our room up to a suite at the price of the original room we booked. This just happened to be luck thing for us but I was pretty happy with my stay. Good location with a few restaurants nearby within walking distant and the movie theater also down the road.

Nice motel for about a hundred. Nice room. Moderate dizef pool. But like most motel pools too cold for me to want to swim in. Good jacuzzi but unclear how to turn it on. When I thought I was turning off the weak water flow it turned it on. One of the better "free breakfasts". A different waffle maker. It makes four little ones rather than one big one.

Very nice and comfortable stay, would stay again. Breakfast was good, coffee was good. Staff very friendly. Pool was nice had a jacuzzi too. Beds are very soft if you need a firm bed out of luck. 4 out of 5 because at night staff seems very preoccupied and it was chaos in the hallways not their fault but still bad atmosphere.

Room was clean, but the bathroom is on the small side. They don't have guest laundry. The front desk staff is kind of weird as they looked at me strangly during check in and check out. I'm not sure if they welcome non whites at their hotel or they are just weird. If I'm ever in the area, I don't think I'll be staying at this hotel, I'll try the quality inn.

They allow dogs in and to bark all night. Hear the employees talkimg about not being able to get the dog smell out of the room. No gym. The fridge does not have a freezer.

Rooms are refurbished… The same as the holiday inn express… So why pay 70bucks more at the holiday inn express… People are nice… Bfast included… Perfect place…

It was a decent stay. Staff at the time was really nice. Beds could've used an update though as they were unsupportive and dipped in the middle pretty bad. For the price we paid it seemed like a ripoff and most likely will try to avoid this hotel unless we have to in the future.

Rooms are very clean and well decorated. Staff very friendly and polite.

Our home away from home. Everything is clean the breakfast is amazing in the morning and the staff is always with a big smile. That's why it's our place when we go to Morris every time.

This was a great inexpensive overnight for us en route to a hunting trip to Iowa — Labrador-friendly, with a full hot breakfast.

Standard rooms. Clean. Pet friendly as I brought my Jack Russell with me. Reasonable price.

Beds are great and rooms are nice. Bathrooms are small. Instead of pictures in bathroom a towel bar would be nice. Plus they have a common area and pool but no public restroom by lobby.

Nice and clean staff was friendly breakfast was good upstairs was noisy there's not enough soundproofing between the floors.

I stayed here for a week while on business near Morris. Bed was extremely uncomfortable, the office chair was flimsy, the chair with the ottoman was uncomfortable to sit in and breakfast was a bit worse than normal hotel breakfast. Not a very relaxing experience. If you're over 5' tall you will need to do some creative stretching to get your head under the shower head. The elevator is located all the way at the far end of the hotel. Hotel is rather outdated with just a fresh coat of paint but you can clearly see wear and tear and leaks. I only stayed here because the Holiday Inn was booked full but won't make that mistake again. I will travel the extra 20 miles each way to get a good night's rest.

Amazing stay, staff was extremely nice during the stay and felt very comfortable as well as welcomed.

The staff were very friendly but the bathrooms were tiny. Overall first impression from outside was less than impressive but the lobby and rooms were quite nice and updated. The continental breakfast was okay but eggs and sausage were cold by 8am. Not a bad place to stay but I'm sure other places nearby may be a bit nicer. Plenty of places to eat and get gas nearby, though!

Stayed in Maison Illinois (forgive my spelling) and had a good experience. Room was clean. Shower was nice. There was a decent breakfast setup and am indoor pool. I can't think of anything that I would complain about other than some chewy bacon. They let us check out late because we were staying for a 5k on town as well, so it was a plus to not be charged for two nights. Good experience.

Comfort Inn has always been one of my "go to" places when I am doing unexpected traveling and HAVE to stay someplace over night. Its not a 5 star hotel, so you know not to expect much, but over all they are nice enough in general. This particular location, I called in advance because I had a baby and needed a crib. They gave it to me, but didnt bother to set it up for me so when I got there my baby woke up while I was trying to put the thing together. Boo!

Customer service was fantastic. The employee Rhonda was so very nice and accommodating to our needs and questions. Rooms were clean and so was the pool area.

Arrived for same day stay, reception was more than accommodating regardless of the hotel being nearly fully booked, set up a room within minutes of walk in, and signed us up for choice privileges rewards program, getting us a discount. The room is clean, AC was on, indoor pool and hot tub are great. We were provided with info on the local area, where to eat, sights to see. Given the schedules and details on site services and included breakfast. This group of hotel brands is always a good choice, will certainly book again.

Room was clean, bed was comfy. Bathroom was super small. Bathroom cleanliness could be improved. Receptionist was nice. However, we paid cash for a pet stay which was duplicate charged on my credit card. Took two days for it to be fixed. Breakfast was okay. Expected the usual biscuits and gravy that most Comfort Inns offer and was disappointed that it was not offered.

Checked in around 11pm without booking ahead. Room available was a fair price. I enjoyed the high cellings and updated look. Overall, very clean room. Breakfast was the usual bacon, eggs, waffles, and coffee. All tasted great.

So far so good. This hotel actually has pretty quick Internet compared to the Hilton standard internet speed. Breakfast is good. Overall a good hotel to stay at.

Excellent value and location. It was right off the highway and had a good rate (even better with my AAA membership). Rooms were clean and breakfast was good. Staff was very friendly. No issues that come to mind.

We stopped here for an unscheduled stay because of an ice storm making travel unsafe. The staff was friendly and helpful in helping me get a good room and in pointing out walkable locations near the hotel. The room was clean and had a good working refrigerator and microwave. The morning breakfast wasn't up to the Hampton/Holiday Inn standard, but had a few hot options along with normal hotel continental breakfast items.

Wonderful hotel. Staff is pleasant, beds are comfy and warm, and it's in a great location.

Place has been totally renovated with really nice rooms. Still has the new carpet smell. Pool and jacuzzi were awesome to relax in from driving all day.
