This is one of the most disgusting hotels I've been in. My daughter got a room for my grandson to be able to swim for his birthday. Had a jacuzzi tub in room, it was disgusting when they turned it on algae came out of jets. My one grandson broke out in hives immediately. Old food in the fridge from previous guests, dirty wash cloth hanging on shower rod. Ants and other bugs in the room. Pool room had mold and peeling paint. One of the windows had a big gap at the top with towels shoved in space. Pull out bed was dirty with crumbs and such. They ended up checking out at 10pm. Obviously owners don't care about any upkeep of this facility. I definitely don't think it was worth the price they had to pay. They did give a discount but very little for the condition of this facility. So sad this place used to be very nice years ago.

I have been waiting for 10 days, since June 6th, to reserve a room for the COWS event. The young man I spoke to was unable to help me at the time. I was told I would get a phone call back later that afternoon. No phone call! Yesterday morning I called and spoke with Manisha assured me that she would get back to me by noon today. I haven't received a call and the phone number goes straight to a recording saying the line is unavailable. REALLY? This is possibly the worst customer experience I've ever had! Now I see a message that that there are no more rooms available. Unbelievable!
