This was a great stay. Very cheap price and one of the best options in town. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and very spacious. We had 3 adults with us and they were able to give us a room with 2 beds and a couch with a pull out bed. Breakfast was simply, cereal and a bagel. For how cheap the price is, I was very impressed.
For a $60 room it was perfectly acceptable. Clean, a/c worked, nice staff.

The room was exactly what you'd expect for the price. The room was clean. The bed was comfy. There was a fridge and microwave in the room. Breakfast was severely lacking. But, like I said, it was what you'd expect for the price. Sufficient without a lot of thrills.
