My mental health escape was absolutely tremendous! I can not say enough about LeFevre! From a welcoming gift bag for my little dog to how spectacular the views are. The guest service was top notch and my room was cIean and very comfortable. I will absolutely stay again!

This is a beautiful place to stay. Love it here. Just have to call far enough in advance to get a room, especially in the middle of summer and fall seasons. The main building has great rooms, and the cottages are spacious and private. Our first stay here was on our Honeymoon, 11 years ago, and many times since. Keep coming back!

Beautiful views in a remote location but close to Galena.

My husband and I stayed here for our anniversary and it was amazing! Great people and great views with plenty to do. So close to downtown too! We will definitely be back soon!

Had a great get away. Perfect spot just minutes from historic downtown Galena. Scenic. We enter a cabin. Just perfect. Look forward to many get seats in the future!

It is slightly outside the city which makes a nice and quiet retreat, just a few minutes so not too far. We got a great price on a spacious suite with real wood fireplace, jacuzzi tub, filling and fresh continental breakfast, beautiful view of country, pond with paddleboats, friendly staff, also a scenic wedding venue (we didn't attend one just saw it set up). Totally recommend and would love to visit again soon.

This place is AMAZING! If you are looking for a nice quiet getaway or something romantic, they have you covered. Rooms are exceptionally clean and up to date. A very classy, but affordable place. We will definitely be back! Nice quiet scenery with no hustle of the city. Beautiful mornings and sunsets.

Your Resort is absolutely breathtaking and very well maintained… we showed up with a group of nine bikes and we were greeted like family. I highly recommend this Resort to anyone looking for a romantic getaway with that special someone or a huge group outing like we had. We will definitely be back annually from here on out. Great place for couples or families. Beautiful breathtaking views. No bar or fitness center. But it doesn’t matter. This is the best place in galena. Breakfast is includes. I love it here.

Excellent place to stay! we were pleasantly surprised.

The moment we arrived both my fiance and I were speechless of the gorgeous few of the place! Just that alone was worth our money, but on top of that some of the best customer service both of us have experienced in a very long time. One of the most clean and tidy places we have been in. Great for groups of friends, families, or for a romantic getaway. 10/10 would recommend to everyone! you'd be missing out on an amazing experience if you past Lefevre up.

We has such a great time. We arrived very late, at 9:15PM. We have been kindly welcomed.
Room is spacious and with a nice view on the lake.
Good breakfast, nice surroundings.

We came in to Galena and wanted to stay in a hotel downtown but they were full. A gentleman at one of the other hotels downtown recommended this to us. What a wonderful surprise when we drove up to the resort. Super friendly staff, our beautiful room L-shaped with a couch and a fireplace overlooking the beautiful hills and valleys of galena. Spotless clean; A beautiful bubble tub and very quaint. Highly recommend it to anyone for fabulous day/we definitely will be back!

I don't even know where to begin with this place. We booked this place for our "mini-moon" as my husband and I are waiting to take our real honeymoon out of the country in a couple months. We wanted to do something special since we had time off work and had just gotten married so it was a last minute booking. To be honest I was questioning whether we'd like this place or not after I booked this because to me it seemed more like a campground but boy was I wrong! It definitely can have that campground feel but it's so much more than that! Each room is pretty much like your own apartment! I think my favorite thing about the rooms was the fireplace & two person hot tub in the bathroom so this is perfect for a couples get away! We visited in November so it was cold but they have a fire pit outside, volleyball court, basketball area, pool, grill and a little patio area a little farther out from the rooms with incredible views of Galena. The drive to the city was very quick so we didn't mind that too much. Definitely will be returning! Saw they now have a 3 bedroom apartment for rent so may come back with a group for a couples trip!

Wow! Best place that I have ever stayed. The view from our room was unforgettable. We had the best sunset and it was so peaceful. The owner was so sweet and welcoming. Our room was amazing and cozy. We had a fire place in our room and it was perfect for the cold night. It was VERY hard to leave because it was so peaceful.

The Inn is charming! A beautiful setting for a weekend (or longer! ) getaway. The views are breathtaking. The staff is very accommodating. It's maybe 5 minutes from downtown Galena so don't let distance be a factor in choice. Well worth the drive.
The only thing slightly off was the size of the shower. Minuscule… However — if a Jacuzzi is your thing — you're in luck.
