Dirty rooms with dirty sheets on bed. One bed had blood splatter and the other bed had urine stains. Disgusting and disturbing to know that the manager did not want to refund full money and opted to give reward points. Unacceptable! The hotel, staff, and manager are a joke.

Very bad experience with the staff not trying to help all the lining was full of stains look very nasty We were moved twice and the same problem. We were not in vacation we went to a funeral service there was not staff to change the beds we went to bed very late the first night because there was no room available till they gave us two rooms and were moved again. Very in convenios situation. We were very up set and frustrated we shouldn’t have paid. Was horrible and I will make sure upper management ara aware of this terrible experience.

Not a big fan. The bathroom is super tiny in the room with two Queen beds. A little pricey for what you get as well. No peace, because a family upstairs was jumping around. Then the housekeeper decided to bang on our door a hour before we were to check out. I wasn't too happy about that, because we were finally resting up before getting on the highway. Think I'll look elsewhere next trip.

Nice hotel. Clean and modern furnishings. Walking distance to restaurants and bars. Pool no hot tub.

All staff members were very friendly and helpful, even had chocolate chip cookies waited for you in the main lobby. Rooms were very clean. Breakfast was okay, don't eat the bacon, but pleasantly surprised with the coffee! Pool was lackluster, but hey, at least they had one. Good reasonably priced hotel close to concert venues.

The room was clean, the beds comfortable. My daughter used the pool. It is somewhat small but adequate for a short swim. A small fitness room for those who just need to stay fit during their trip. The breakfast consisted of sausage patties, scrambled egg patties, waffles, cereal, etc… For the health conscious, yogurt and fruit. Recommend!

This is a super good location, and the facilities were very clean. The check in people are very very friendly and helpful. My wife needed juice when the snack area was closed, and the lady got me to cups of apple juice. They go out of their way to help you. I would highly recommend this Motel.

Easy to find off highway, just like every other comfort inn.

Staff was excellent and very helpful as I am handicapped. They assisted me by moving to a room closer to the elevator. Breakfast OK, but I have to watch what I'm eating, but still good. Would stay there anytime!

The A/C did not work properly, the furniture had burns all over it. There was a dirty sock on the floor from the previous occupants. The vending machines were broken. The front desk attendant was very helpful and very nice. He pretty much saved the entire trip. The man should be considered for advancement.

We stayed the first night before going into Chicago. Comfortable beds, nice breakfast, and such sweet workers throughout. We decided to come back and stay a second instead of the hustle and bustle of Chicago.

My niece got bit by bedbugs here and the best they could do was give us another room. Refused to give us a refund or anything. This is tragic. I would not recommend this place at all…

My wife stayed in this hotel last night, she was extremely exhausted from the three hour drive to see her very sick Relative. When she got to the hotel all she wanted to do was feel comfortable and sleep. She was pulling the blankets from the bed when she seen and not sure what it was for sure, dried up blood or poop. She did say the ladies who work at the front are very friendly and understanding. She was told she could move to a different room, so she did (the key didn’t work until the third key was made), she almost wanted to leave to a different hotel, due to knowing that the first room was dirty so she didn’t trust the next room. She did stay because at that point she had to move all her things from one room to the next. I was a little upset that the hotel didn’t offer a discount for the inconvenience and not once did the front desk lady say sorry (she never talked to my wife rude she just never said sorry). The last thing you want is a dirty room in a hotel. She will never go back to that hotel no matter what.

The Managers were courteous and polite. They made certain that we were comfortable. Took care of my concerns and complaints. I would stay here each time I go home. Thanks.

Accommodations were great, pool very nice, people very friendly. Be sure to check your bill before & after your stay. Major billing error happened to me, which a manager caught and corrected with my help, but still an inconvenience on a New Year's Day while I was trying to relax…

The lady at the desk during check in was very friendly and nice. The room was very clean and nice for the price.

Hotel is clean and nice. Staff was not truthful. Told us pool would be open today… and it's not. Disappointed.

During the past twenty-five years my wife & I have stayed at Hilton's, Hyatt, Marriott's and Best Western. I rate our stay at Comfort Inn & Suites in Tinley Park with all of the Major Hotels we have stayed at in the past. We are retired and plan to travel quiet a bit and our hotel stays will definitely be with the CHOICE HOTEL GROUP. Ken & Annie.

They have firm but comfortable beds extremely soft pillows and good views! They have breakfast eggs, bacon, omlets yogurts coffee tea etc… There's a pool for kids to swim, shower was good and hot and daily room service if u want! Great People working hard for your comfort, Front desk gave me all information about surrounding areas and just around the corner Side car great place for food or drink. Yes Alcohol served there. There's a gas station also close by.

The Comfort Inn in Salt Lake City was an amazing experience. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. I have had bad experiences with other hotels, but I've never had a problem with this place!

Comfortable! Good water pressure, decent breakfast, average pool, nice staff. Tv's are very irritating to operate. You have to be in exactly the right position to use the remote and the buttons on the TV can't be used. Beds are comfortable, and the room included a microwave and a mini fridge. Overall, we're happy with our stay. The only issue we had were the room keys. I heard two other guests (different parties) complain about this too. The cards lose magnetization very easily. We had to get ours remade after less than 24 hours and the side entrances don't always work either. The staff described them as "hit or miss" Overall, we're happy with our stay!

We live in the area and needed to stay in a hotel for 2 nights because our floors were being refinished. After checking in, we were informed the pool was out of order. Really? I have a 9 yo who was looking forward to swimming as this was going to be the most boring 2 days ever. They should have let us know before check in, there's seriously 5 other hotels in walking distance with a pool. Room was ok, had a musty smell when you first walked in. Bathroom floor was really sticky. Breakfast was alright. Nothing special, very plain. The second morning they had no eggs. We checked out and my son realized once we got home that he left a shoebox with some random toys in it. I called and no one turned anything in… seriously? So your maid didn't turn it in. They were just dumb little toys but it's principal. I wouldn't recommend this place nor stay there again.

This is one of the BEST HOTELS with GREAT EMPLOYEES! It’s affordable and a nice getaway for families with children. They have a pool and really nice suites that can cater to larger families. They offer a decent breakfast in the morning. Plenty of nice restaurants in the area, and very close to the freeway.

Great place to stay. Checkin was easy. The young lady that helped me was very professional and courteous. Checked in 07-24-2017 after 3:00 p. M. I'm very bad remembering names it began with a R. I will remember Your exceptional customer service. Thanks. Comfortable bed large room. Breakfast was good.

The hotel overall was very nice and peaceful. The room was clean and well maintained. The pool however was filthy and looked like a dirty bath tub. I will stay again and recommend it to others but the pool needs some tlc. My daughter loved the breakfast!

Very comfterable, affordable, quiet.

The smell in our hotel room is one of the main reasons why I have to rate it so poorly. I think the carpet needs to be cleaned. It was so bad that I went to Target to buy carpet deodorizer and that only helped for a few hours. It was nauseating. The pool was gross. It had a dirt ring around it. The nicest part was the lobby area and my son liked the continental breakfast.

We spent a week in this hotel. There on business. The staff was not very friendly or helpful. The pool is freezing cold. The beds were comfortable and the room adequate but the fridge did not work. Won't stay again.

I had a rough start to settling in but once Toni the Front Desk clerk took care of me I was fine. She was so helpful in making me feel comfortable. I reserved a jacuzzi suite and when I arrived in my room the Jacuzzi was old as heck and it was hair in it. I called and informed Toni about the issue and she sent the housekeeper to clean the jacuzzi out. I was informed that I shouldn't use the jacuzzi because dirt will leak out through the jets band that the issue is internal and needs to be fixed. I asked for another room and demanded That I inspected the room first. The second room had hair inside the jets. Just GROSS! These house keepers are barely cleaning these rooms. I then asked for a regular room. Toni have me a presidential suite for my trouble. The presidential suite was pretty decent and I felt comfortable. It was very clean. Toni was beyond nice and was very helpful! They really need to get some new jacuzzis…

Called to set up a wedding group block, gave all of my information about the wedding as asked including date, number of rooms, etc. And was told I would hear back from the manager, Bobby, within 72 hours to confirm everything and the group rate. After not hearing anything for 5 days, I decided to call back and was told by the front desk that the manager was not in and my request would be put on a priority list to be taken care of as soon as possible the next day. After going through this same routine of waiting, not hearing anything, calling again and being told the manager was not in (all during regular business hours) for another week, I finally received a call 2 weeks after the original phone call. During that phone call I was told that they did not have a group block rate available for my date… after all that. Terrible management, terrible customer service, terrible communication.

Booked my room over a month ago. Arrived at hotel to find out the hotel was completely booked and had nothing opening up. Not to mention I was charged for the hotel cause of my reservation.

Before I begin with what is going to be a very negative review of this hotel, let me be clear: the staff was very willing to help and professional. Clearly the issues to follow are due to poor management and not due to lack of willingness from staff. Each interaction with the staff at the hotel was positive, which makes the rest of the experience even less satisfying. If you have a decent property and great people working there, how can the experience be so bad? Booked a room through Priceline because my husband and I were going to see a show at the First Midwest Amphitheater. We booked the Comfort Inn at a reasonable rate and had low expectations to begin with. Unfortunately, even our most base expectations were not met. Our room was different than what we had booked. Granted, that could be a problem with Priceline (it remains to be seen). We called down to the VERY friendly front-desk (Brandon) and verified that their records showed 2 queen beds instead of 1 king. Also verified that the hotel was fully booked and we'd have to take what we got. He was nice about it and we were determined to be affable and enjoy the get-a-way, so issue was dropped. Next we split up. Hubby to the bathroom and I to check the bedding. Both disgusting. There was a large bloodstain on the bedskirt and the mattress liner. The bathtub had no drain cover, just a dirty plug and there were chips in the fiberglass.
