My family and I completely enjoyed our stay. Everyone on staff was absolutely wonderful! They made us feel welcomed and even spoiled our kids a bit! The room we stayed in was comfortable and perfect for the week and a half we stayed. The location is far enough away to enjoy some peace and quiet with just a short drive to downtown Chicago.

Cleaner than most that I've stayed at and much larger. Overall a pleasant surprise. I work all over the country on a contract basis and have stayed extended periods at hotels. This is one of the nicest.

For my brief visit here everyone seemed very friendly and nice, And it's one of the hotels that was actually smart enough to have double doors and their shipping and receiving department.

The manager, clerks and housekeeping and maintenance staff were friendly, accommodating and service oriented. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. The hotel is in a nice area yet only about 25 minutes from downtown Chicago. I would stay there again, we were there for 5 nights.

Great hotel and staff. No ice machine. Since there is a kitchenette there are ice trays, but they're usually empty. So plan ahead.

I stayed here for work. The room I had was basic with a stove, refrigerator, and microwave. The front desk staff was friendly and efficient. It seems clean enough, and I didn't see any bugs the few times I've stayed here. The basic Wi-Fi is free but slow and inconsistent. I saw speeds from. 12 Mbps one evening to 1 Mbps the next night at the same time. Overall not bad for a pretty cheap hotel.

Hotel rooms has kitchen that part is very good but Hotel do not have good free Internet facility. For getting better speed internet you need to pay extra.

Very friendly and accommodating environment. Hotel room was very clean and front desk staff was nice. I will return in the future.

Location was very accessible to the Highway. Price was reasonable but house keeping needed to be stepped up.

First off the chairs in the room were broke and nasty so we had to exchange them for some that were not as nasty or broke. We were told Sunday morning by supervisor Ms Arie. How to go about handling this with her manager so on the day of our check out we spoke to her again and she act as though she did not know or remember us and became very rude obnoxious belligerent and acted very out of character of a supervisor's role which made us feel that our stay even though we were leaving was made very unpleasant by her she needs training in her role as a supervisor and and how to handle guests who spend their hard-earned money to be in a respectable and pleasant environment that she did not provide.

We just checked into the stay America located at the Chicago — Burr Ridge location and have NEVER met a more rude, disrespectful employee in my life. The room is nice and thank you for that! I can not believe you would allow your employees to be so rude… just unacceptable! It's really to bad! I would like to make a suggestion to upper management… hire people with a little customer service skills!

The room was nice. The bed was hard, I kept waking up because of that. There were crumbs still in a couple of the drawers. The continental breakfast is only granola bars, coffee and muffins but we were told that they were going to discontinue serving muffins. Also one of the desk chairs in the room was already broken when we got there, not comfortable to sit in. Otherwise the staff was nice and the room was an adequate size.

Housekeeping is not consistent but when they do get around to your room they do a great job. Some of the employees can come off unfriendly but overall it's a nice hotel… weird the police sit in the parking lot at night and run license plates probably the worst part is going out at night and being hasseled.

Budget place for a decent bed and breakfast. Though breakfast was carry and go. Decent service. Place does not have a restaurant. Not much of a view. Functional no frills place.

This hotel has clean and cozy rooms. Unless requested maids no not bother you offering roomservice. ES is quiet with great free coffee and a very convenient laundry room on the first floor. I liked this place and would go again.

I was staying in the hotel in Burr Ridge for a period of a month in between the moves from one place to another. Overall staff was very friendly and helpful except one person who works on Sundays’ shift. Her behavior was totally unacceptable. Last week I came down and asked her for the fresh set of towels and she said it is too early to talk to her. It was 7:30 am. When she arrived with the towels I remained myself that I also need paper towels and garbage bags. She told me if I can make up my mind so she does not have to go back and forth. And today same woman and same behavior; It was 8 am and I asked her for fresh of towels. She told me again that it is too early. She did not understand my name so I gave her a room number. This was the point her problem started. She threw the basked at someone in the back room. The guy was kind and brought me towels and the toilet paper. I hope this woman will be removed from the staff. She really does not fit into this environment. I am giving only three stars because of her behavior and cleanliness of the hallways and the elevator. She destroyed the great reputation of this hotel and hallways and elevator smell terribly and are dirty.

I stayed here for one night, left a case of beer in the fridge, called before check-out to see if it was there. They said to wait until after the cleaning ladies came at 1. We called at 1pm: still havent cleaned "call back in an hour". This happened for 4 hours. Finally, the last time we called, they said that they had thrown it away. Instead of making a note, they simply waited until the maids decided whether or not to throw them away. In this case, I'm sure they probably stole it. I also called back about my missing phone, and since this happened to just a case of beer, I'm sure my phone was "thrown out" as well. You guys are either thieves or a lazy establishment. Both which deserve a one star review.

Rooms are decent, but pretty dated. I found a bunch of hair in the bathroom when I first checked in but other than that the room was pretty clean. Staff is pretty friendly and helpful. The Wi-Fi is basically a scam, I can barely do any work online and that's with the upgraded package. Moving in luggage was a nightmare because of the janky old luggage carts that barely moved and the fact that there was no automatic doors or anything. Overall, the whole experience was good, but could of been much better with some halfway decent Wi-Fi and better luggage carts.

Hotel is nice for the price and convenient to get to.

The hotel was older, but decently clean. Kind of a depressing place to imagine staying longer than 1 night. The room itself was fine, but definitely lacked several things that just really should be standard in hotels these days. No coffeemaker, hair dryer, sparse toiletries, no dishes or soap in the kitchenette, only a handful of channels on the tv. Just… meh. I wouldn't recommend this hotel, in general, and am not interested in staying again. You can do much better for the price.

Really didn't like my stay here. Room was dated and smelled of smoke. Ended up leaving a day early. Needs updating.

The room smelled like wet dog. I was only there for 1 night though, so it was tolerable.

Location is good, staff are helpful and nice. Be prepared to bring all of your own pots pans and dishes because this hotel has even less to offer you than typical extended stay hotels.

We stayed there for two nights and no body came to clean the room or to bring extra soap. I do not like it at all.

The worse breakfast so far.

The 1st room they gave me had a toilet that wouldn't flush, then the second room toilet would flush but only every other time you tried to flush it and the bathroom door didn't close, the third room they switched me to had BLOOD stains on the fitted sheet! WTF I thought, went downstairs, they gave me new sheets and since it was late and the manager wasn't there, they really couldn't do ANYTHING about it. In the morning I talked to Lillian the manager and she said she was the one who cleaned that room! Again WTF the manager didn't notice blood stains on the "clean" sheet she put on herself? Questionable right and doesn't make a lot of sense at all how could you miss multiple stains on a sheet? And the manager? Wow other than all that, the staff was very nice, just sucks that they don't have a confident manager or cleaning/maintenance crew. So check your sheets and toilet before you settle in your room. I have tried to upload a photo of the bed with the stains across it look at photos.

Kind of dirty. Toilet was dingy and front desk service is really bad. Don't even ask them to bring something to your room for you. I felt like I was bothering them when I asked for another blanket to assist the broken down one on my bed. I won't return to this establishment.

Nice place! It was clean and roomy we stayed for four nights and had no problems. Only thing I didn't like was it didn't have paper towles in the kitchen or dish washing soap. For an extended stay motel I feel these things should be provided because if you are renting the room for a long amt of time they should atleast give you some dish soap and paper towels. Thata my only complaint other than that great stay:)! Clean.

1st time to spend in such a 'hotel'. Absolutely perfect for the self-sustaining traveler.

Very rude manager. Refused to let my daughter use the restroom after we had just checked out.
