Overall not a horrible place to stay. The front desk clerk was nice but show and overworked. We booked our room online thru 3rd party site and our reservation for 3 guests was for two beds. After waiting more than a half hour just to check in we got to a room with only one bed. At least the clerk was able to fix it. The room seemed clean enough, no phone or clock but fridge and microwave. Unfortunately they had a bit of a plumbing issue, the tub and toilet drain so allow I thought either could overflow.

This place is horrible. My room 130. Rooms smell like smoke, while I was checking in another guess before me came down to the front desk to complain that his room smell like smoke, so did mine. Carpet dirty with burn iron marks on the floor. Burn marks on toilet seat. Towels in the restroom still had pubic hair on them. My mattress had springs sticking out, which had cut me, on my hand, as I was adjusting my pillows. Exercise equipment don't work and out of date. The night staff was very friendly but very inexperienced. The morning staff was excellent. The price is dirt cheap, I have stayed better places with the same price. If I desperately need to go back here. I would just sleep in my vehicle.

The appearance of the room was fine, but the television remote wasn't synced to the actual television. Wall are thin, so we could hear conversations both to the room below and next to us.

Room was old and not furnished well. Chairs left stacked on bed. No water available. Quiet.

Literally the WORST hotel I have ever stayed in! Door didn't lock, TV didn't work properly in both rooms they offered! Rooms were filthy! I will not be returning!

We held a conference nearby and got several rooms here because it was pretty affordable and we needed a lot of rooms. I was pleasantly surprised. They got it together so kudos to them! They were fully prepared for our large party and made sure we had everything we needed, its all we can ask for the great rate they gave us. I suggest calling and speaking with front desk manager to negotiate a good rate for a large amount of rooms, they were more then receptive and beat Expedia rates for us.

Stayed here a couple nights ago to attend a fundraiser at Ravisloe country club. I didn’t like what I read online but it was a good rate so stayed anyway, found out the place has a new owner and they really got their stuff together now! Very clean and attentive staff and excellent breakfast. Glad to see someone is paying attention to their business these days! I recommend this place based off the staff and cleanliness, they called me a few hour after check in just to see if they could help me improve my stay — a very nice gesture!

It's a nice quiet place to get away. $70 king room with refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker and dryer all in room and breakfast in the morning.

Great prices. Was a little noisy but the night man shut that $hi* down. He bounced a crack head out DJ Jazzy Jeff style And fixxed our TV. He might be Batman. Two Thumbs Up.

Great budget hotel, the best your going to find in the area decent rooms great staff.

This is the worst place ever. Views on the internet are deceving. This place has transients sitting around the lobby. Obvious crack addicts. Hanging out here. The bed is sunken in in the middle with burn holes in the bedding. Dont come here ever. I Stayed 1 night because the room was nonrefundable!

The guy at front desk who works nights and wears a purple suit is awesome. Always helps ya out. Borrowed me a phone charger and always hooks it up with the coffee. Give him a raise. For real.

Simple but cozy place with good rooms. Definitely will come back. Only problem is that the blow dryer was not working, but the bed was clean and comfortable.

Rooms stink. Thugs. Drug dealers and hookers galore. Dont waste your money they should have a police officer or 2 or 3. A metal detector. And a K9 on the premises at all times. Smh.

Clean place. Lots of questionable characters walking the halls all day and night. Lots of foot traffic. Nice play though.

Need a pimp or a hooker or drugs? Perfect place to go… you want to sleep with bugs? You'll love it here and they are even nice enough to not have hot water to wash the bugs off… our room was so dirty and before we left from checking in we asked that it be cleaned and the woman said she would and we came back at almost 2 am to find that she did not have OTHER PEOPLE'S FILTH CLEANED FROM OUR ROOM… the parking lot in the night makes u feel like you might get raped… had a man approach my car asking if room 220 was still in his room he needed to get his fix I guess… worst place ever and definitely not worth the 60 dollars… I wouldn't even have given it one star but I had to for the review… sketchy… sleep in a ditch before you sleep here…

Hotel smelled like pot at all times. Junkies were crawling all over the property. There was a heroine dealer in the room next to us. (Junkie let us know that) rooms were dirty. And in the morning there were sleeping junkies in the stairwell. Not a good place.

Worst hotel I've ever stayed. Mold on ceiling and on wall around shower, cigarette burns on sheets and bedding, carpet seemed like it hadn't been vaccummed in months, bathroom vanity was being held up by a 2x4. The entire place smelled of marijuana. I honestly cannot believe the hotel is open, there has to be some serious health violations.

Thought this was the Comfort Inn, and did not have breakfast as advertised. I asked the morning lady (Sylvia I think) about breakfast and she seemed a little short. The night staff (Craig) was very polite and helpful. Dressed nice like a downtown hotel. Aside from the rudeness in the morning I enjoyed my stay.

Never been to such a horrible hotel. Checked in and checked out faster. The smell was atrocious! Smelled like an ash tray. Did not feel safe. Walked in and heard talk about shooting. Lady at desk was nice but that's it. Didn't even touch the smelly bed. These hotels need to be closed for health violations.

I come stay all the time the front desk clerks are great and the hotel is the best in the area! funny how people talk about the hotel and they stay all the time.

Check-in was fast, rooms, were clean,, ample space. Enjoyed the stay.

The owner Toni is rude. Smacking gum at the front desk. Has a attitude problem. Asked if I could use the restroom she told me no there is no public restroom as if I wasn't going to purchase a room or haven't used their bathroom before. Their toilets clog up, one has over flown and feces came through the tub. We had to close the bathroom door and lay a towel under the door. The housekeepers are inconsiderate they knock on your door 30 minutes before check out which is 11am. I don't understand why would they do that because when you want to purchase a room around 1-3pm the rooms aren't ready so you can't check in. The front desk clerks are nice that's the only good part. Don't let your car get hit in the parking lot their cameras have glitches in them. So most likely they won't have the correct footage for you that will show you as far as who, what, and when it happened to your car. Trust me I had this problem and the hotel done nothing about it. I had no where to go and the front desk clerk told me that the owner would be in the next morning to figure out what was wrong with the tape. So I purchased another room until the next morning and did not hear from the owner no note just a phone car from TONI saying that she was there and she had to leave back out. I felt like it was an inconvenience and waste of money because no one informed me that she was there and I didn't have to stay.

THEY HAVE BED BUGS! Woke up covered in small bites. Condom wrappers in rooms. Housekeeping banging on doors 30 minutes before check out and don't get me started on the smell. Please pay the extra and go stay somewhere else the trip to the ER isn't worth it.

Horrible. Covered in bites from a one night stay. Strange musky smell in rooms, lots of faulty cracks and things. Stayed before and was not satisfied this was the icing on the cake, never again. Pretty sure there are bed bugs. Stay away!

Great will stay every chance I get.
