Absolutely wonderful dinner and brunch! Never had an entree I didn’t love. The customer service of all staff including the manager Veronica and ambiance are all magnificent! Such a Gem in homewood!

Beautiful 5 star hotel which used to be a bank. The gym is in a bank volt. Super classy.

Have been turned away several timesbecause you have not advertised that you were not serving lunch this summer. Could not use or will use a gift certificate. Am very disappointed. A homewood resident for many years. Can you do better with advertising? Rosemarie Kearney.

The accommodations were excellent. The rooms are very well appointed. My only complaint was that the lobby had an odd odor.

I I first spent an evening here two years ago and the hotel was in perfect condition. Two years later you can tell they have not kept up on each and every concern. In my shower the soap holder had broken metal parts, the light above the toilet which automatically comes on was more like a strobe light and wouldn't stop turning off and on, and the office staff never synced my two separate reservations together and so the manager came up to my room asking me why I had not left after the first night. Granted, it's still a beautiful hotel and I do recommend it but they clearly need to get back to striving to offer five star service. I was required to run a credit card twice because of their bookkeeping error and get new keys. Still in the midst of all that everyone was quite pleasant.

A very neat boutique hotel in downtown. Very clean and upscale. Extremely good restaurant and bar as well. A rare find.

It's a great location for visiting family in Homewood. A walkable neighborhood, next to the Metra station, good continental breakfast. I wish it were a bit more affordable.

Good craft beer on tap, great handcrafted cocktails, and even better food. Its just a genuine nice place to relax with friends and family.

If you have a person coming to visit with high end taste and high end money, this is the place. I love that it's local with downtown appeal and the local shops are excellent. Beautiful decor, excellent staff, and immaculate comforts. Also great for a stay-cation. I was raised here and now live in Tampa. I can't imagine staying anywhere else!

They fall over themselves to ensure the best service from the front desk staff to the wait staff to the bartenders — GM, Assistant Manager and Yes even the owner stopped by our table. It was really awesome and such a hidden gem in Homewood!

This is a very nice place for a outdoor wedding The Gazebo is covered for guest comfort. We had a creamy soup, lemon chicken, Beef with sauce, an lil potatoes. The banquet Halls are very pretty an shiny. Had a very good time, staff very friendly an walked around asking if anybody needed anything.

I truly enjoyed myself. We had our Christmas party… service was on point… courteous… food was excellent… the martinis, the steak, the salmon, dessert… beautiful hotel.

Hosted my sister's 50th birthday party at the hotel. The event staff was always available and responsive leading up to the day of the event and we enjoyed a hassle free planning process. The price was extremely reasonable. We used the small meeting room and the lobby for the event. The day of service staff was extremely helpful and polite. Management answered, "no problem" to all of our requests. I would highly recommend this venue.

My husband and I, who are Homewood locals, had an excellent stay here as a first 'night away' from our newborn. We were incredibly impressed with the luxurious rooms. The bed was hard to leave, to say the least. We so appreciated the 12 noon check out time which allowed us to lie in and then some. Having the delicious La Voute restaurant on premises to enjoy brunch at was an especially convenient and delicious experience. There were some small snags at the front desk as reception seemed unsure as to how to check in or check out guests who were using gift certificates, but we understand that you only learn through experience and trust that that area will see improvement as they encounter it more often. Special thanks to the front desk receptionist, Charlet, who brought us up coffee pods for our Kureg when we discovered all the ones we had in the room were decaf (: Oh! And we really loved having that Kureg. My only suggestion there would be to have higher-end coffee selections on par with the rest of the establishment. Thank you for such a wonderful night away from home, so close to home!
