I will definitely be coming back here again. We booked our room through Expedia. Great deals! The room we ended up getting had this huge hot tub. There were mirrors everywhere. It was a great romantic room. We will be coming back here very soon.

Pleasant surprise. Non-descript outside, but rooms are well-appointed and have some extras like fridge, microwave, iron, hair dryer that are unexpected. Beds comfortable and work space very useful. Lots of electric outlets for computers, cell phone charging, etc. Advertise free breakfast, but not anything to get excited about. However, do have juice and lemonade as well as coffee available 24/7. Very good value.

Handicap accessible rooms. — 1st room we had the grab bar next to toilet was on a wall that was way too far for safety. More than 12 inches. The wand in the shower did not work. They ended up moving us to a different room that was better. The wall next to the toilet was much closer and the shower wand worked. We did have to give up a refrigerator that was not in the 2nd room. The Mirrors in bathroom was way too high for anyone in a wheelchair. There was no vanity to place your toiletries. They have a small glass shelf. We ended up taking a tray and putting it on towel rack to hold our items. The Bed height too high to transfer from wheelchair. No vending machines to get a soda or snack. The breakfast items they provided was pretty good. Otherwise the place was clean and reasonable.

I will never stay here again. Stayed for 2 nights. On the 1st evening my heater stopped work at night. Told front desk in the morning. They left me a note in the room while I was gone stating the heater was fixed. But it wasnt. 2nd night same thing. It was 32 degrees with no heat for 2 nights. That night at 4am I went to the front desk and told them. I was told they were all booked and couldn't move me. I asked for a space heater. Didn't have one. I had to ask and wait for extra blankets to be found and brought from the laundry area for my daughter and my self. I was able to overlook the fact the toilet shut on pipe was leaking. But adding not having heat made this place terrible. When I checked out I was told nothing could be done for me because I was already getting a family employee discount. Well if that's how they take care of their employees family I would hate to see how they would treat a non employee guest. Do your self a favor. Spend a few more dollars and don't book this hotel. We absolutely loved our stay at this motel! Very friendly staff and very clean room! The free breakfast was hot and fresh and amazing! When I travel it is for business purposes, and I do not have a lot of time to worry about drinks and food. This motel provided free bottled water, hot chocolate, coffee, orange juice, or apple juice 24/7! This was such a great feature for me! The breakfast offered some hot selections such as sausage, eggs, and potato wedges as well as fresh fruit, pancakes, waffles, breads and jams, bagels and cream cheese and fruit blend yogurts. What a great way to start the day! I couldn't ask for anything more! If I return to the Chicago area, this will be my first choice of place to stay for sure!

This is a great hotel — reasonably priced and in good condition even though it is a little older. My only complaint is that the fitness center is a little flimsy and rough.

Surprise and delight! This is the place to stay if you are in this area! Great renovations and decor! If you stay anywhere else, you'll miss out! You will be welcomed by personable staff members, relax in a tastefully appointed room and enjoy a scrumptious breakfast the next morning! All at an amazingly low price! We would not hesitate to stay here again and are definitely recommending this Best Western to anyone who will listen!

I would've given 5* but the room took hours to warm up. The air was on when we got there. But very nice.

The hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood that is about 30min from the city center of Chicago. The rooms are clean and well kept. Breakfast variety is appreciable and so is their service.

The parking lot is a little too small for a hotel. The service was decent and for the price the rooms were okay, you get what you pay for। I was paying through the city and needed a overnight.

Small Cozy Room with required amenities along with free morning breakfast and high speed Wi-Fi. Helpful employees and ample parking spots.

It is quiet and provide in good service, the breakfast is good in comparison with others, has good quality and is varied and very good.

This place Realy needs Biz center with Fitness center — =They dont have them hear at Morton grove Like at other Best Western Motels! They only have small one (1) and& (two) 2 bedroom Rooms where only thing you got to wake for is breakfast. Thanks. Yes myself so sorry for going to that Best western! Will never go there again. Everything was really clean, access to the hotel was a little tough. Everyone was friendly and willing to help.

Rooms were ok. Outdated, and a bit funky. Not a bad place to stay for the price, but I'd opt to pay a bit more for something a little more modern, and less seedy.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room had been recently updated, and looked nice. We had breakfast, and while the selection was not overly large, it was a good value. My only complaint is that the photos and description of the hotel on the website do not make it clear that all guest room doors are exterior. Had I known this, I would not have booked this hotel.

Very friendly front desk staff. Free Wi-Fi and free decent breakfast, clean rooms. Safe neighborhood. Can't complain much there. Also about half and hour drive from Chicago downtown.

I highly recommend staying at Best Western of Morton Grove. This is the fourth year in a row I have stayed at Best Western of Morton Grove, because it is an excellent location for me to visit my family and friends. The prices for a night stay is reasonable and the rooms are excellent. Also, it is walking distance to the train station that will take you into Union Station downtown Chicago.

Hot tub in room was beyond perfect, breakfast was decent. Big complaint though, we got to hotel late and didn't notice our door didn't automatically lock when shut. We slept all night with our door unlocked. I complained at checkout and the lady said yea we already know, maintenance should fix it later.

This hotel experience was beyond awful. I reserved this hotel for 1 night, originally told over the phone the price was $116 without tax and without the $50 deposit. After briefly talking to the desk clerk, he was able to knock the price down to $106 after some special promotion. So far so good, here's where I have doubts. As I'm about to check out I notice the receipt came out to $238. I confront the management about this issue and he states that it was a mistake made in the system and that it should be resolved once the payment posts. As I check my bank statement I notice I got a charge for $185 as well as additional charge of $59 and $10 for the late check out. By the end of this confrontation I was told that it's because we had too many people in the room and that the overnight clerk thought we were checking in or something along those lines. The manager was being very rude and threatened to call the police on us. As we exited I called the non emergency police number and explained to them the whole situation. I'm still to this moment waiting for these payments to post so I can see the correct amount of money being withdrawn from my account. Overall the hotel smelled awful, reception was full of idiots and the manager (who's name is deffinetly not Paul) is far from trained to be in his position. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone if they payed me a million dollars.

The rooms were average. The knowledge of the front desk personnel was in dire need of some training. Been using Best Western for almost 40 years now, probably the 2nd worst experience ever! I give it 2 stars because of the clean room and comfortable beds.

An inexpensive, clean, busy motel. The breakfast (eggs, bacon, cereal, etc. ) is free. The mini bagel, fresh fruit and coffee are vegan. Our recently remodeled room was clean and comfortable. Except for breakfast there are no amenities. The location is perfect for our visit with family and friends. We have stayed many times over the years. The quietest rooms are on the back side of the hotel, off the alley. Wheelchair accessible. Free parking.

No Hot Water. Non-smoking room smelled of smoke. Bathrooms were cheaply done. There were no lights lighting up the backside of the hotel in the alley. Checking in at night was kinda sketch.

This is the first time my 2 children and I stay in Morton Grove, IL. The hotel was not advertised as a "motel" look and feel. I did not realized the rooms were outdoors. The pictures on the site we booked through showed only indoor pictures of the room. The gentleman that checked us into the hotel was very kind and assured us that Morton Grove was a very safe suburb and there is no need for the children and I to be afraid considering the rooms were outside. We left to our event later that evening and upon arriving back to our room, we realized that the room was a bit cold. We turned on the heat and let it run for a few minutes with only cold air coming out. We called the hotel staff and the gentleman said that the hotel was over-booked and no other rooms are available for him to switch us to a new room since our heater was not working. The best he could do was offer us additional blankets. The weather was in the mid 30's that night and needless to say, IT WAS COLD in the room. The children and I did not sleep very well at all. The next day, as I checked out the gentleman asked how our stay was and I explained that there was no heat, it was cold and we were not happy and he said that he would note the account and see what the head manager can do for us as the head manager was not on-site. This gentleman knew I was not happy with the response and requested that I call the booking site to file my complaint. Booking site called hotel and manager was not on duty that day too.

We checked in really late and it was quite a sketchy neighborhood. My husband was worried that our car might get stolen because we parked in the back and it was just an alley way. Nothing happened of course! The room was updated and the bathroom was really nice, although the water pressure was not good. We were not happy that the maid knocked on the door and said checkout was at 10 when it was really at 11! Desk staff was very nice!

The food was not good, but rooms are comfortable.

Very friendly staff. Freshly remodeled. Parking is kind of limited which can be a pain. Close to everything including the Skokie subway station which is like 5 miles away. The breakfast is yummy. The beds must be brand new and very comfortable. For a "motel" style place they are doing it right. I'd stay again.

My church helped me get this room for weekend and I'd rather be on the streets. No hot water in shower, overnight staff is rude and not helpful. Spent the night in my room freezing heat cranked up high had to put blanket over door since door didn't close at bottom. WTF? Told staff all I got was an apology. No vending machines which means you have to walk a mile to get a soda because they only have coke or diet coke that's all! What kind of place is this that I wasn't even offered another room. This has been my experience with the elk Grove location as well. Bad for business when you don't take care of your customers. Jorge was the only helpful person and did what he could, but your night guy has nothing to say and sits on his ass all morning. Not the way I would run a business… I would hope to get a partial refund at that the minimum. Plus my door is dripping with water… I'll never stay again unless made right by management… money is wasted here! Stay out of room 104 it's a death trap!

Hit or miss. Room 225 was great, and we had great customer service on a Thursday night, but on Sunday room 104 left a lot to be desired, as did the customer service.

Room was clean and nice. Only issue is we ordered a non smoking room and got a room that clearly had been smoked in at some point cause it had the smoke stink. Other than that this hotel was fine for the price.

The hotel is at the end of a strip mall and the rooms are dim and slightly depressing. Two days after I checked out I realized I left about 5 pairs of pants in the drawers so I immediately called. They said the didn't have anything in the lost and found and didn't offer to go check. I would rate it as one star, but the gentleman at the front desk at my Sunday night check-in was so courteous.

Worst customer service hotel I've ever been to. I left my room with the do no disturb sign on the door, when I got back the room had obviously been cleaned. When I talked to the person at the front desk, all he did was confirm that my room was cleaned and wasnt sure why the cleaning crew went in with the do not disturb sign on the door. I would not go back.

I called two weeks in advance for Acen and when we arrived they had lost our resetrvation! so we had to search for another place and at this point all more expensive! I recommend extended stay america! there not to expensive nice rooms even a kitchen in the room lol.
