Not happy with my stay this time… No coffee in room, no shampoo, no soap… When advising front desk of issue… at first I got nothing but rude arguing… second front desk person resolved issue and assured it would be followed up on. Second night? Guess what: no coffee, no shampoo, no soap, etc… All I wanted to do after a 13 hour work day was take shower and have coffee for the morning… but no… had to truck downstairs again to plead for my standard stuff in the room. At least lady on second day was nice about it. 2 stars… just for her courteous help… otherwise it would have been 1.

My room was excellent. Clean and quiet. Plenty of room to work as well when needed. I did not get to take advantage of the pool which looked nice or the exercise room which has cardio equipment only. I thought breakfast was more continental but it did have some sausage or eggs. There is a nearby shopping center with places to eat as well. As far as location, I was able to walk to my conference at Trinity International University across the street. Very convenient.

Very nice place to stay. Hottub and indoor pool. Pets stay free in you're room. Very comfortable rooms. Great staffing.

For us super Location there against over my Son's Collage. Clean and maintained directly on the (City Highway) still no Noise to hear. Breakfast America good.

La Quinta In at this location seemed well-kempt and the staff was friendly. The rooms were very nice and what you would expect from a nice hotel chain. I did not see if there was a pool or hot tub so I cannot comment on that. Otherwise an enjoyable experience.

Very friendly staff. The hotel rooms were spacious and clean. Breakfast was included and was quite tasty. Indoor pool was just the right temperature.

The staff were very professional, easy to work with and have rooms available every time I am in town. They work well with the military and are flexible with our needs. The hotel is very clean, they offer an ok breakfast and are quick to address any needs. Having a laundry room available to guests is a bonus also.

Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Location is so-so, close to freeway but no restaurants nearby, have to drive 7-10 minutes for something to eat. Would stay again if work takes me to the area again.

Loved this place. I also loved the open air patio feel of the lunch area. The staff were very friendly and attentive. Food was phenomenal. Try the butternut squash raviolis and start with the beet salad. Will definitely be back.

Very pleased with our stay here. clean, large rooms with separate seating area, refrigerator, microwave. Beds are comfortable. Free breakfast offered options for most everyone. Free shuttle service in a 5 mile radius of hotel saved us a lot of money in Lyft fares to and from dinner and our local appointments. Staff was friendly and helpful. The only issue we had was lack of hot water one morning. We notified the desk and it was resolved quite quickly. I would recommend this hotel if you are looking to stay north of Chicago. It is about 45 minutes into downtown via hotel shuttle/train.

My wife, two-month old baby girl, and I stayed at the La Quinta in Bannockburn, IL (Room 252). It was our first big trip with our baby, and her first time in a hotel. This trip was part of a family reunion in which we visited the area to celebrate my brother-in-law’s graduation from Trinity Evangelical Divinity School. My wife and I were awake in bed to feed our baby at the wee hours of the morning. Our baby girl threw up so I got a towel from the bathroom to wipe the bed and while doing so found a BED BUG IN THE BED! By this time my wife had 3-4 bites and I had one. This ruined our vacation and caused an unbelievable amount of stress and work. La Quinta didn’t help us at all during this catastrophe. To ensure we didn’t bring bed bugs to our home we left approximately $3500 worth of items, all the items that could not be laundered on high heat (People that have traveled with an infant know how much stuff you need). La Quinta has been extremely unhelpful and essentially corrupt in our dealings with them. La Quinta sent us to their insurance agency who offered us NO COMPENSATION FOR ANY BELONGINGS, despite the fact the Eco Labs verified the presence of bed bugs in our room. As a small summary of the ridiculousness of the insurance agency, we were told that we should hold the laundromat responsible for shrinking our clothes (not the basic fact that to kill bed bugs you need to launder items on high heat).

BED BUGS! My family and I stayed here for a family reunion and had the absolute worst experience/stay ever at this location. No exaggeration… My sister and her husband, traveling with their newborn baby, woke up to bed bugs in their room and my sister was bitten several times. After notifying the incompetent front desk, who apparently isn’t capable of handling any situation because the only manager wasn’t on duty at the time, they moved my sister to a new room, but everything in their room was now exposed to bed bugs. Immediately after moving their belongings to a different room, the hotel had the house keeper come in a clean the room… without having a sanitation company come in and actually remove the bed bugs. DISGUSTING! So the next person staying in that room was exposed to bed bugs, horrible. After weeks of dealing with the hotels insurance company (the hotel refused to cooperate/do the right thing) to compensate my sister for all their belongings they left at the hotel because it was exposed to bed bugs and didn’t want to risk bringing bed bugs back to their home, the insurance company denied any compensation for their belongings which added up to $3, 000 (baby stuff, clothes, car seat etc. ). If you want to avoid losing your personal belongings, getting bitten by bed bugs, and spending weeks dealing with an incompetent and horrible hotel/insurance company — avoid this place at all cost.

Everything was great as usual. However I don't like how you can't sit in the breakfast area after breakfast. This was a nice spot coming into the hotel with tables and chairs for eating. Instead we had to stay in the room for meals, witch was hard with one small table and 2 small children, one needed a highchair. The only place you could be was your room or the pool.

The staff at the reception was incredibly helpful making our arrangements and assigning us a room. The rooms are beautiful and very comfortable and the enviroment is cool.

This was a nice area with lots of trees. Some of the restaurants and shops close earlier, and aren't everywhere like when you get close to the city, but we didn't mind. My church group used this venue for a weekend retreat. The rooms were nice looking and bigger than expected, but the mattresses probably need to be replaced. Maybe or room just had very soft ones. It wasn't a big issue for me. The reason they are losing a star is for the unfriendly and unhelpful gentleman that runs the bar area where they have a coffee machine and serve breakfast. The continental breakfast is vey basic and a little cheap, but certainly fills your belly, and my waffle came out quite tasty! Parking is a little sparse near the main entrance, unless you can use handicap parking.

Very spacious… Loved the couch gold out bed. Great continental breakfast, service, and quiet rooms for sleeping.

Great service. Big room. There's a free shuttle that takes you wherever you want to go in the surrounding area like restaurants and shopping. Comfy bed. Very clean. Accommodating staff. Hot breakfast (eggs, tater tots, oatmeal, belgian waffles, plus cereal, toast, bagels, muffins, yogurt and fruit). Good drink options (fruit infused water, orange juice, coffee). Location kinda out there in the suburbs. Not near the city. Not much if anything (except trinity university) in walking distance. All around great, peaceful experience with good service.

As we walked to registered it smelled really bad didn't even check and looked at our skin color and said it was all booked. Thank you went to a better hotel and was treated with respect. Your response says it all very sad that on some sites you had offers of $99 a night wish I had screen shots. The rooms that you had available and $129 a night didn't even check when you already had the response "no rooms available" no need for you to reply just a quick lesson. " Never judge a person by an appearance" I'm pretty sure my money wasn't missed. Very sad service.

Was pretty clean, things just look a little outdated. The outlet was broken apart and looked a little bit dangerous. All in all, A decent economical place to stay.

Rooms are clean, staff is friendly and courteous. Really, what more could you ask? Hot breakfast weekdays, continental on the weekends. Walkability for afternoons. Pool area is clean, workout room available.

Rooms are very spacious, even including a mini jacuzzi in the bedroom, but overall a bit dated. Free breakfast and Wi-Fi offset the older looks. Good for 1-2 nights on a business trip, not necessarily where I'd want to spend a week of vacation time.

Amazing hotel! We were there for two weeks. The staff is VERY pleasant and accommodating. The manager helped us out in an iffy situation! She made it so we were happy. At this hotel heated pool MEANS heated pool. The temp was perfect and the hot tub was awesome and much appreciated after work. Would recommend and would definitely stay here anytime we are in the area!

Location was little to far to uber back and forth dowmtown, but good for the price. Rooms were clean but the elevator was a little dated (lol). I didnt like the shower curtain, youll understand when you see the colors. Good place to stay and I would recommend it.

Beautiful location, rooms are clean and nicely cooled and give off a certain mood. The service is okay they don't really have much in terms of food. The front desk is very nice.

Rooms are clean, staff is exceptionally friendly, pool and spa are both wonderful. So glad I found this place for my 5 day trip to the Chicago area.

The hotel is generally very clean and accommodating. It's no 4-star hotel, but for the price and location, it's about what you'd expect. The pool is very nice and very warm, so be sure to check it out of you have time. The included breakfast seemed pretty typical for this kind of place — — t gets the job but won't change your life. If you're looking for a reasonably priced hotel in the area, this place is for you.

Pleasant stay. Comfortable room and courteous staff. Minor complaint: the clock radio in the room was not set to the correct time, causing some confusion on my part. Still, will stay there again for my next visit to Bannockburn.

BETTER THAN WE EXPECTED! I don't think much about chains being 5 stars EVER! but I can honestly say this stay was at its EXCELLENCE! Starting with the check in, front desk was very courteous, and had our room clean and ready before time! We requested a crib, and extra pillows and we got them without any hesitation. The room was super spacious, and CLEAN! The carpet was my main concern since my 8 month old would be crawling all over the place, it was unblemished! The beds were so comfy and not to mention the pillows! The sheets were fresh and soft! We had clean towels everyday, and our sofa bed was comfy too! There was a lot of storage space, nice size closet, heavy duty iron and sturdy ironing board. Nice size desk for computer& good lighting. The hair blow dryer was awesome! So no need to pack a hair dryer, trust me! There was no noise going on in the halls, we arrived on a Thursday, but even on the weekend the noise level was at a minimum. We slept like babies! There were no noise from doors being slammed or heavy foot steps considering that we were on the 2nd floor. There was a soda machine around the corner from our room, and an ice machine which came in very handy. What we loved the coffee machine! If you ask me, that was my biggest treat! It's not the one in the room, this coffee machine is in the main lobby area and the coffee tasted awesome! Please try it when you go.

The room I recieved was very clean and was very spacious. Along with 2 beads there was a large office desk, arm chair and couch with coffie table. I was very satisfied with my room.

Clean quiet comfortable. I love the Jacuzzi suites and the large whirlpool in the pool area. They have areas for children to play. The Wi-Fi is fast and easy to connect to. Suites are Katie with living room area desks, and TV in each room.

This is the only place we will stay. Best value and service anywhere.

The rooms are nice and some of the employees seem to care. However, their was one lady with a major attitude on multiple days not only to me but to other guests. If you know the youtuber Gazelle, then you'll know who I'm talking about that works there.

Someone had been smoking in their room and it made the whole first floor hall smell horrible.

I have to say, upon arrival, I was very impressed. Beautiful building. Nice pool area. Great rooms. However my stay was not pleasant for long. I travel for a living and stay in hotels every single week and I have NEVER complained about one. Usually you get what you pay for, for the most part. Again, this hotel looked spectacular. But. On Monday night I returned to my room to hear an awful noise coming from the room upstairs. It sounded like the toilet was having problems as it was running and making a God awful shrieking noise. I called maintanance and he was there almost immediately. Very nice. He and I agreed that there was nothing he could do at 10:30 at night except move me to a new room. Well, the ghetto girl behind the desk had a problem with that. As we started going back and forth about a new room, I made the mistake of saying I was "pi$$ed off". She went nuts. She preached how Jesus was her lord and saviour and how I better NEVER curse at her. She preached for ten minutes and then proceeded to tell me that she is from the South Side of Chicago and they don't tolerate white people like me down there. Then, as if that's not enough, she proceeded to be proud and remind me that Chicago is the murder capital of the U. S and I had better watch how I speak to her. So, now I've been racially insulted and threatened with murder over a room change. The next morning I talked to Ms.

Very good rate especially for a suite. Our bathroom was very clean, bed was very comfortable, and the room was spacious. There was a sofa and a armchair, a desk including an extra rollable table, and the TV was a decent size flat screen. Even thought it was next to the interstate the noise wasn't a problem. The pool is 24 hours for adults.

NOT ALL THAT GREAT! The staff was very rude, and the 1 thing that really grossed me out was the huge ant problem they have in the pool and breakfast area. I had 1 load of laundry to do and because the dryer didn't work right and had to dry my clothes twice. They WILL NOT give you a late checkout, When we were getting ready to check out out my husband went dwonstairs to get the cart and turn the cards in while I stayed in the room picking up and making sure we didn't leave anything behind, and they pretty much COULDN'T WAIT for us to leave the room. The cleaning lady knocked on out door 5 times while it was open and I told here we will be out of here in 5 minutes. We felt like they were kicking us out as silly as that may sound. I thought to myself (well you can sure take my money, but you're rushing us out and can't wait for us to get out) I WILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN.

We were beyond impressed by this hotel! They have thought of everything and they do everything well! Clean, beautiful facility that caters to your every need! Excellent price too! GREAT breakfast, shuttle service and customer service from all workers we encountered. We will definitely return.
