Absolutely hands down best customer service I’ve ever had. They made our stay the best. Affordable nice & clean. I’m just so shocked. We drove 13 hours needed an early check in they made that possible for us. I will definitely be coming back. Thank you so much.

Rooms are very clean, comfortable and they are very polite there.

It was me and my boyfriends 1 year anniversary, and we decided to go here this weekend. When we checked in the guy at the front counter was confused and just gave us the room key, didn't charge us, nothing. Then as were excited going swimming the pool room smelled like a fish tank, there even was chunks of hair in the pool! after we left, the guy at the front counter went on the elevator with us and told us he was high as hell… the next morning when I woke up my neck was so stiff, it hurt to even move. As we checked out the lady at the front desk asked us what room we had, when we told her she said ok u guys are good. We were confused cause we didn't even pay, then she says were not supposed to be checked out till tomorrow which was not right… then she says we owe $255. Also not right… finally she gives us the correct total and we paid… all very confusing.

Aside from the drunk homeless people wandering and slamming doors all night, it’s a fairly nice hotel.

Nice hotel. Friendly staff. Breakfast is great. We picked this location due to its proximity to Chicago and Schaumburg. We would defiantly stay again.

We went for the family suite as we had 4 people. It was the best stay we’d had. The breakfast was great and the staff was friendly and willing to do whatever you asked. Shower was hot, lot of channels and well maintained rooms. Especially the bathroom. Keep it up folks!

Its a nice place, the stairs are carpeted and the breakfast is good. The furniture is comfortable and there is plenty of outlets. The tvs are hdtv and the showers and sinks are nice. Its a very comfortable place to stay. The bedding isnt super soft but it is okay, pillows are fine. It also has a mini fridge with accomadtings storage racks. Depending on the number of people staying in your room you get shampoo, conditoner, bath gels, and lotion and its hed bath & bodyworks it smells lovely.

Jon was a great manager. He made my stay a lot more enjoyable. We had a wedding next door and definitely can recommend the hotel in all aspects for catering for my needs. Thanks again for the wonderful service.

Okay this is our second time here at this hotel. Our first time we had picked this one because we wanted a pool. This pool is as cool as ice. It’s an indoor pool why the hell is it as cold as it was. So we were pretty mad that we chose a hotel with a cold pool. In the morning I was rudely awoken to a party in the parking lot at 8:30 in the morning on a Saturday. What the hell. There was some sort of wedding I guess. I was pretty mad because I love to sleep in and I got woken up at 8:30. I come to hotels to relax and get away. We wanted to give it another try and SAME THING! POOL ICE COLD! AND THERE WAS A WEDDING PARTY IN THE PARKIG LOT! I got woken up at 8:30 once again to people screaming and singing. Can you believe how pissed I am. I wasted over $200 to go get away to only waste my money. I talked to the desk person and all she could tell me was that they do weddings weekly and I told her that it’s out raviolis for them to be having a party so early and she didn’t even care that I told her that my experience was completely ruined because of everything. So rude.

Wonderful hotel. Actually really enjoyed the restaurant downstairs. Very good customer assistance, cleanly rooms, and had a shuttle. Amazing place.

The hotel staff were very friendly and the rooms were clean. The only complaint we had was the A/C unit was extremely loud. The staff offered to move us but we declined. It could be heard over the entire 4th floor.

I didn't stay at the hotel. I went to a wedding at the adjacent Pearl banquet hall. It's new and modern. It was a really nice space!

I had called ahead for a late check in and was told someone would definitely be in so I could pay, get in and get some sleep. I got there and to my surprise no one was inside. I stood there for 5 minutes and nothing. I yelled out a few times for assistance and again nothing. Called the number again to which no one answered. I decided to go to another hotel down the road as I was extremely tired from driving all day and got in there right away. I got a call back the next morning from this hotel asking if I made it in ok. I tried explaining what happened and got hung up on. Will not come back.

Absolutely disgusted with this hotel. I'd give it zero stars if I could. We came to Roselle for my son's wedding, along with a bunch of family & friends. Kathy at the front desk never greeted us, refused to look at me because the room was in my husband's name, then charged his corporate card on file, even though I was offering her my credit card for payment. We go to our room, and there is already someone in it, so we have to go back for another room. She proceeds to blame someone else for the error, of course. The next day neither of our keys work and we have to have rhem redone. I'm left standing in The hall with bags and packages, leaning on my cane, waiting for a key. The conference room was supposed to be open for us for a wedding rehearsal that evening. Kathy was not very pleased about having to get the door unlocked for us. My neice had called for an early check in for Sat, and Kathy was very rude on the phone, making no guarantees. The best man requested a room with 2 queen beds, for 4 people. He was given an "upgrade" without getting an ok. Needless to say they were not happy that one of the couple's had to sleep on a sofa sleeper bed. Another neice found a vibrator under her bed… A VIBRATOR! My nephew saw a couple engaged in a sexual act in the pool, which he saw through the windows from the hallway by the elevators. My son and his new bride had $500, honeymoon cash, stolen from their room while we were at his wedding.

Nice rooms but breakfast area is a mess. Out of food for 2 of my 3 nights. Out of hot water for tea, even ran out of plates at breakfast but that didn't matter since they ran out of food.

Comfy beds, clean room, free breakfast. Hot shower with good water pressure made me sleep great. Will stay again.

No real issues other than room service missed the room and had to request service.

Spent the night here for my daughter's birthday. She had a few friends stay with her so they could go swimming. Staff was friendly. Hotel was very clean.

Nice hotel. Would have given 5 stars but I didn't like that all the TV's default to CNN soon as you turn the TV on. I hate CNN! Yea I know I can change the channel but I feel that this is a sneaky way the manager uses to push his/her views on the guests. I stay in Holiday Inn hotels in many states and this is the only Holiday Inn that I've ever stayed in that their TV defaults to a one sided political TV channel soon as you turn it on. No different that it defaulting to a religious channel. Not everyone agrees with you.

I want everyone to know that if you visit this place you have to be careful with your family because I came here and the next morning when I woke up my daughter had been bitten by a bed bug and we also found hair lice. And to top it all off I didnt even get a refund for that night. I have video and picture proof of the bugs. Thank you and watch out. Hotels like these shouldnt be rented.

The hotel is located Roselle, about 12 miles from O'Hare; provides free continental breakfast, rec-room, indoor pool, well kept & clean facility. Suites are furnished with a king bed in the main and 2 twin beds in the living area along with the customary fridge, microwave, keurig coffee maker, TVs, etc. Staff and employees were courteous & helpful. One con: lacks diversity — all employees, including manager, were Hispanic.

We had a very nice stay. Clean room, lobby, and breakfast area. Pool was great. Decor is a bit dated.

Rooms are super clean the staff was friendly and beds were comfy. Would recommend to any guest.

Great place to stay. Only reason I didn't give a 5 star rating is that the hotel's very bright lights are always shining through my window.

There are bed bugs at this hotel. My wife and I both were both bit severely throughout our neck, shoulders, arms, chest and back. Please choose carefully when you pick a hotel. I was very surprised to see that this hotel has bed bugs problem. The assistant manager did give me many IHG points in return. However he also promised me that an insurance company would be reaching out to me. It's been roughly three weeks and I still have had no word from the insurance company. I reached out to the assistant manager again but still no word. Email me if you want pictures.

Location was great. Room was clean. The set up was a little awkward but nothing wrong with that. Service check-in wasn't super friendly. The girl that was in training at the front seemed super sweet, but her trainer didn't seem too happy to be checking us in. The room was clean, bed was comfortable, and the AC worked. Breakfast was great. Service was great at checkout!

Not bad, they have an automatic pancake machine that is truly ahead of it's time. This was not apparently impressive to the other guests, as people were quite amused at my marvel for this piece of 21st century technology. The hot tub was hot, the pool was a pool, good place. It's a hotel so I don't know what to say otherwise. Nothing was bad.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Initially I was nervous as my reservation was mixed up. My confirmation email stated I was to have a family suite, which is what I booked, specifically for the separate bedroom areas. When I arrived the paperwork was different stating I had a queen suite. They couldn't find any reason as to why it was changed, but they didn't have any of the family suites available to correct it. The staff was very friendly and more than helpful in trying to make it right and find an option that would work for us. The room had a lot of stains on the carpet, but everything else was very clean and in great condition. We especially enjoyed the pool area. Full breakfast with lots of options. We even took advantage of their little snack shop when the "fourth meal" hunger kicked in for my son. Overall, we had a very pleasant experience and would definitely stay here again.

I stayed here all week last week the service is good the girls that work there with great pool was nice room was clean. Bed was comfortable. I will certainly be back.

Location was near the bigger roads so that helped get to places sooner. The room was nice but there were a few stain marks on the ground and the ceiling light wasn't working until the next day when a guy put in new lights. We didn't care much about these issues but it could have been checked before we checked in. The service was quick for these and had nothing go wrong afterwards.

Stayed here for a weekend getaway with my wife and can say we had a wonderful experience with this hotel staff was attentive and rooms were very clean the only down side is the walls are very thin but other than that it was a great stay.

The lady named Betty at the front desk was very rude to us and made our stay as unpleasant as she possibly could. She gave us nasty looks every time she would see us. We asked her for towels so we could dry off after swimming and she didn't get us any. She came to our room multiple times accusing us of being loud and obnoxious when you could clearly here it was the people across the hall. This has been the worst experience I ever had at a hotel and if holiday Inn express has more employees like Betty than I will never stay at one of your hotels again.

First time here since it used to be a Country Inn & Suites. Stayed in a King Suite, room was nice. Refrigerator is a bit on the smaller side, limited use for extended stays. Rooms are clean and staff has been friendly. Continental breakfast is decent.

Service was awesome. The room was very homey. I really enjoyed the breakfast and the staff was super friendly. I recommend staying here if you're looking for a home away from home kind of stay.
