I generally have good experiences at Quality Inns and everyone is genuinely helpful — same went for here. I really like their continental breakfasts. They have healthy things but there's always something good in case you want to go the other route (sausage gravy and biscuits this time! )

Very friendly staff, they were super helpful and went above and beyond any staff to help us out making my nephew’s birthday a success. Very clean! Breakfast was probably the best hotel breakfast I’ve had. I’ve stayed in hotel from LA, Miami, to Virginia Beach. Very pleased with our stay and super close to Yogi Bear Park. Will def stay there again if I’m back in the area!

We had a great stay at the Quality Inn in Fremont. We arrived very late and were taken care of. Our room was more spacious then I expected and the beds were comfortable. We also enjoyed breakfast.

Check in went smooth. Personal were friendly and helpful. Had issues with using a Choice hotels gift card as payment. Room was clean but noisy, lighting flickered, and ambient noise was constant. Breakfast was good. Also had issues applying Choice hotel member discount rate.

Great professional staff. Dill, Dianne and the rest of the staff made our stay feel like we never left our community of friend's in Boston, MA. Thank you guys so much we appreciate it!

Dill and the entire staff were so professional and welcoming! The rooms were tidy and spacious, the breakfast was yummy and the pool was just right. My family and I really enjoyed our stay here.

Sharon at the front desk was so polite and helpful! She even brought me something I forgot when I had to switch rooms! She made my night.

Great hotel… just in the middle of nowhere. McDonald's 1/4 mile away. Pizza hut delivers. Staff was friendly but a little weird. Better to rent a car. Almost impossible to get an Uber or Taxi back to the airport. Btw if you are a female don't catch an Uber alone to this hotel. Take a friend.

We had our car break down en route to Illinois for Christmas. We ended up staying 3 days waiting for the local auto shops and car rental agencies to open again. The staff here was wonderful. Pool is fantastic. Workout room sufficient. Breakfast plentiful. I was surprised not to have a mini fridge or microwave in the room. All was very clean. They were so kind to let us stay well past checkout when we weren't able to get a rental car until the afternoon. Manager even offered to have her husband look at our car… very thankful we were able to stay here and for the care we received.

Excellent staff, very clean, comfortable — fair price. Much nicer than Comfort Suites next door.

Very good value. Rooms were clean. Service was nice. Breakfast wasn't over the top, but very much appreciated considering the cost of the room compared to a lot of other hotels.

Clean, quiet, comfortable, with helpful staff, and a great view. The continental breakfast had a nice variety, and plenty to eat for my son who has hollow legs. I will only stay here when in this area again. It's set in the country between Angola and the outlet malls. It's only a few minutes away from Trine University.

The staff was very welcoming when we arrived and then went out of their way to make sure we had everything were needed. The property was clean and easy to get around in. We would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Very clean and comfortable bed and room. ALL of the staff were eager to assist with any need. Great selection of hot breakfast food, including make your own waffles that actually tasted quite good! BTW, this property used to be a Hampton Inn and has nicer than average amenities including great lobby/lounging, and breakfast areas. Plus, nice fitness center and indoor pool!

Clerk was sweet n capable. Room was clean and cozy. By far the nicest Quality Inn we've been to.

Making reservations and checking in were really simple. Rate of $92 per night was well over what they should be charging for this establishment. Rooms do not have microwaves or fridges. The mattresses have little to no padding. Walls are thin and you can hear conversations in other rooms. The pool looked disgusting. Breakfast was offered from 6-10, but was lacking. Food looked dried out and gross. My husband ate some, but I passed.

Very clean and nice hotel. The bed was big and comfy! I slept so well. The staff was friendly and professional. I intend on staying again on my next trip through the area.

Stayed just one night, the room was clean. Did not have time to use the pool but it looked gross, would not have wanted to swim in it. And the workout room was just a treadmill and an elliptical with a few free weights. The hot breakfast was quite nice.

I am travelling across the US and have stayed at many Quality Inns and other hotels. I've had a great experience at all the hotels until now. I cannot recommend this hotel. Elevator was broken and staff was not friendly. I was quoted one price and was charged a higher price. When I spoke to Christal, the customer service rep, she said "I don't know why Dani or Taylor would do that" but would not honor what I was quoted. Staff definitely need training in customer service.

Hot breakfast and pretty good rooms. No tubs in bathrooms and the beds aren't the best, but good value for the area. Pool is extremely dirty, I was weary of using it.

Comfortable beds. Friendly staff. Good simple breakfast in the morning. Loved the waffles! Pool was nice but looked like it could use a cleaning. Overall great experience.

Pretty good hotel for being in the middle of nowhere.

Our room was quite clean. We called ahead, as we needed access to pack and play for our infant, which they were able to provide and helped us bring one less thing. The room didn't have a mini fridge; ones we've stayed in in the past with Hampton did. They were actually able to provide us with one for our formula, which was also really helpful. Breakfast wasn't bad and offered more than some of the other hotels we've stayed in before. We're pretty pleased with our service and will definitely use them again.

After we got out of the pool it felt like we had crabs. And the pool was a brown green color. And a film across it. If ur looking for a hotel with a pool, u don't want this one.

The entire building smells like cigs and they only have vending machines.

This hotel was a convenient halfway point for me on a cross country drive from CT to WI. After driving for an entire day, I wanted to be able to check my emails, etc. The lady at the front desk (who was very nice) told me they had wireless internet. I thought I was all set. Turns out, their wireless internet doesn't work very well. I have connected to countless wireless internet connections using my laptop, but it couldn't connect to the hotel's server. I asked at the front desk, and she gave me the number of tech support. I got to spend my evening on the phone with tech support. Turned out, the problem was on their end. 30 minutes after I was surfing happily, the power went out (no apparent cause. ) After that, my laptop couldn't access the internet again, and I gave up. The air system in the room was a huge pain in the butt, and kept me up most of the night. There is no way to have the fan on consistently — so it turns on and off at regular intervals all night — LOUDLY. I had a horrible sleep.
