Horrible customer service. The evening concierge is usually sleeping in the lobby and unavailable to help. Also had the experience of a few F bombs thrown my way when talking to her about her lack of service industry experience. Also don't expect to receive any regular mail in a timely fashion. Owner possesses the only key to the mail box and comes around once every two weeks or so. While he's gone don't expect much help or hospitality from staff. Had some packages arrive and was told by Erica I had a couple days to retrieve them or she would get rid of them. Myself and the other guys found a new hotel with better customer service and polite staff. I recommend the Hampton inn. Just down the street and comparable company rates.

Really nice hotel, great pool and hot tub, good breakfast. Also the receptionist was very nice and willing to help!

Dirty, garbage overfull cans outside, crap breakfast, could smell weed several nights! miserable stay! AVOID!

Stayed at this property on 3/27/19. Arrived in the evening and was greeted by a young man in a sweatshirt and ball cap. I would never had known he was an employee except that he was behind the counter. The location is obviously under renovation but the rooms were still very expensive. The room had a dirty carpet as evidenced by our socks after walking on it. The ceiling was peeling in multiple locations. The walls were damaged and the overall appearance of the room was o…ld and not maintained. We attempted to eat breakfast but the buffet looked neglected, was messy, and the wall behind the buffet was covered with hot cereal and egg particles. We spoke to the young lady at the desk who indicated she was new (less than a week) and was also responsible for the breakfast buffet as well as the front desk. We explained that our expectations had not been met and did not feel we received the service and quality we paid for. She apologized but stated that a manager had to approve and discounts or refunds and there was no manager present at the property. No management oversight equals failure of mission statement. Can not believe this property is allowed to be part of the Choice Family. ☹️

Room 212 the coffe maker doesn't work right. I reported on Wednesday morning, got the same room last night and it still doesn't work. Coffee crafts in the lobby is cold. LOW Quality Inn should be avoided…

Poor quality breakfast. Bananas mushy. Poor coffee.

Hot tub room was great, the jets were relaxing and the price was right! Definitely recommend.

Quality Inn is extremely dirty and in desperate need of a deep cleaning. The first thing I noticed was the filthy carpet all throughout the hotel. The room I was given had a strong smell of mold. The walls were dirty the air conditioner was covered in mold, and the bathtub had hair from someone shaving and also had mold from not being cleaned often. The walls and doors are filthy, the light fixtures, vents, tiles, etc are broken, dirty, and done cheaply and with shoddy workmanship. The ice machine is broken, of course. The breakfast is lazily put together and no good. I had to get a room change after being given a moldy air conditioner and will not use the pool for fear of how it may be maintained (or not maintained)! I expect this from a $30/night hotel, not $100. This place is putrid and embarrassing. I'll be switching hotels next week and probably never staying at another Quality Inn.

If we werent so desperate for a place to stay because of bad storms we would have walked out after seeing the room. I'm not sure if this hotel is a work in progress or a hotel poorly maintained. There is huge water stains on the ceiling in the room with a fresh spot when we woke up. There was something spilled in the refrigerator and obviously it had not been cleaned in a while. Soap wrapper left behind the door in bathroom and shower curtain had remnants of some green substance on it which did rinse off during showering. Door in bathroom had dirty hand prints on it. WAY OVER PRICED! Even if the room was satisfactory the price per night was way too high. The reason why I give it two stars is because the front desk staff was very nice and the bed was comfortable.

A little run down, but clean. The lock on our door sticks a bit, the faucet in the bathroom doesn't turn all the way off, and the computer system shut down multiple times when I was trying to check on making it take much longer than it needed to. I was disappointed there was no water to drink at breakfast either. I liked that our room had a fridge and microwave, the bed was comfortable and the staff was friendly.

Nice hotel and staff got me and my mother into a first floor room which was nice becaise shes handicapped.

5/31/18 We had two rooms. One toilet wouldn’t flush. The other had a spider web the size of a basketball. I brought it to the attention of the front desk. She was very helpful, gave me her managers name. Tiny was her name as I explained the situation she was silent and had nothing to offer. She said she’d call me back. I called Tony the owner. Tony didn’t understand what a cobweb was… this was the nastiest hotel I have ever encountered. Cleanliness was beyond terrible. It was obvious I was inconveniencing the managers. Nasty nasty is all I can say.

2.5 stars. It took 4 sets of room keys until we got one of the two to work the door. Bathroom fan broken, didn't spin and made a horrible squeal. It was repainted recently, but poorly done. No masking was used. Tub dripped all night. Someone dropped a hot iron on the carpet making a triangle burn, but it wasn't repaired. Breakfast was worse here than at Holiday Inn. Pool area is nice, and pretty clean, but there were zero towels. The police were here when we checked in last night… should have known this wasn't the best place to stay. But hey, it was a room with a bed and clean sheets.

I was very disappointed with the room my mom & I had with my dog in Seymour IN. For $155.10 I would not expect a bed that was held up by a board that squeaked every time my mother moved, a bath tub that dripped all night long, & a partly chewed up bathroom door from another dog. I have stayed with my dog at other Quality Inn's a lot nicer for less. I have never seen a bathroom like the one someone posted. I don't care what I pay for a room, & I have no problem paying extra for my dog, but they didn't even give me a discount for my 84 yr. Old mom.

Didn't stay too long. In and out during a flash snow storm. Seemed neat and clean, and the staff was nice. Nothing to complain about, except maybe keep the soda machine better stocked.

Found bed bugs in the bed! It was almost immediately after we opened the door and we were lucky to spot them before going to bed. I have slept in some horrible places during my time in the Marines, but I still wouldn’t sleep there even if they paid me to do it. I recommend finding another hotel even if this is the only one available within a hundred mile radius. Just keep on driving that 100 miles and go anywhere else.

The staff was friendly and it a wonderful place to stay at. Breakfast was awesome and great service. Lots of improvement made. I would recommend all other travelers to stay here.

This hotel is very poorly run, the Wi-Fi is worthless, and the staff is terrible. The only good I can say is the beds are decently comfortable. I've been calling them for 45 min straight, calling repetitively, and they won't even answer the phone. Even while I was checking in the phone was constantly ringing and they don't bother to answer. That's unacceptable, and No way to run a business!

I would give a zero star if I could. Pillow cases had stains, ants in our room, couldn't accommodate an extra pillow, they double charged our card and never answer their phone.

Very happy with our stay. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean. Breakfast was great. Beds are very comfortable.

My husband and I stayed on new years eve, the hallway was so cold u could barely walk down it, the ice machine was broken u had to climb up a small ladder and use a spoon to get ice, and at 15mins till 11 we went to start our car and couldnt get back in our room they had already turned our key off, NOT A HAPPY EXPERIENCE for, not to mention they charged my debit card TWICE and i'm still trying to get my money back! I dont even want to give it a half a star but it wont. Let me post unless I do.

There's something way off about this location. The staff wasn't very friendly or helpful. The shower barely got warm, the bathroom door wouldn't shut all the way, and power outlets randomly stopped working. I travel for business and need a Wi-Fi connection to work. The Wi-Fi was spotty at best, constantly disconnected and made working extremely difficult.

This hotel was very nice and very clean! I highly recommend staying here and the wait staff was also very friendly. The lady at the front desk was super sweet and helpful with everything. It was a very enjoyable stay! I loved it!

This hotel was a hidden gem! Not what I expected. (because it was so good) I would definitely stay there again!

Nice staff, nice rooms. Overall I had a good stay. Only thing that was bad was the pool being freezing cold suppose to be heated. (in December) and I work outside construction was looking forward to that. Also the Jets on the hot tub being broke. That was a bummer.

Very comfortable beds and pillows! Clean and well-stocked rooms. Only complaint is breakfast ended before 10. We went down at 9:30 and there was only enough batter for two pancakes, no biscuits for the gravy, no eggs, no meat. When a family of 6 came in, the woman at the desk got an attitude about having to stock up, and all she stocked were the pasteries! That family ended up leaving and going to a restaurant. I work in the restaurant business, so I understand how annoying it can be when people come in last minute, but that doesn't mean I refuse them service or give them just bread to eat. Other than that, everything was great!

Stayed here almost two weeks because I was in the area for work, Rooms weren’t bad but staff could definitely be better!

It was comfortable enough to sleep in, but the pool had floating dead bugs in it, the parking lot was pretty much empty, and the breakfast was OK.

I lost my receipt, I called at 6:45pm and had a receipt emailed me in less than a minute. Amazing customer service!

This hotel is very impressive. Very high-end interior design and attention to detail. Excellent customer service. It's well above and beyond what I expected for the price.

One of the worst hotels I've ever stayed at. Rooms are very out of date and not as clean as they could be. Fridges in rooms didn't keep anything cold. Free Internet was so slow that it was unusable. Management was not friendly and not accommodating. Lots of other hotels nearby that would be better options. Not worth it even for the low rate I paid.

June 15, 2017 With a name like Quality Inn, you'd expect better. We drove for many hours, needing a hot tub soak to relieve tension and muscle aches. Paid more than expected, only to find the hot tub was down. The room was accommodating, but looked old and ratty. The toilet seat was loose. Breakfast was ridiculous. The woman seemed overwhelmed. There was no orange juice, the eggs were empty, and the one biscuit remaining was hard as a rock. The coffee was tepid and nearly empty. The other had coffee grounds in it. We paid way too much for a place just to sleep and shower. Won't be stopping there again.

To kick off visit, I was given a room that was already being used. Lucky for the lady, it was locked from inside, otherwise she had a roommate! Room I was finally given that was tenant free and on the 3rd try with new key card to get in, seemed ok. Clean, but musty smelling. Old smoking room I'd guess. Bed was comfy and all was well until… a TICK! found 4 of them, with fresh blood, on the comforter… after many checks, didn't come from me. They allow pets, possible from a dog… I hope… Not sure I'd give a recommendation to stay. Suppose it'll work in a pinch for the price but check your room really well before sleeping!

Staff is welcoming. Room clean. Yhis is our 2nd stay here, last stay we had our dog and it was great also.

I really appreciated the staff's friendliness and hospitality. The breakfast was very good, and I noticed the cleanliness and detail taken to provide a great room. Making lots of improvements are made inside and outside. I would like to let others travelers to know really nice place to stay at.

This place was terrific. It was spacious, clean, friendly staff, good breakfast, good coffee, efficient staff, and worth the price. I would definitely stay here again. Excellent staff, friendly & helpful. They have nice big flat screen TVs, microwave, refrigerator w/ small ice box. The pool is small but very relaxing. There is also a hot tub. I would recommend anyone to stay here mainly because of its cleanliness.

The Hotel lobby and the rooms were great. The front desk provided great service. Other employees that we saw in other places in the hotel were not as friendly. The breakfast buffet was great for being free.

I loved the nice and clean place to stay there was no bedbugs. There is no bed bugs in this hotel. The breakfast was awesome. I had really great time there. The quality inn staff are really nice and they offer free water bottles to every guests.

Honestly It was the best sleep I've had since months. No bed bugs the bathroom was clean honestly no complaints!

Tiny Patel the assistant manager she is awesome. She is wonderful and help me with everything I needed and she is the best worker in the hotel.

I expect Indian hotel managers/front desk clerks at most hotels nowadays, but the man here was very rude, hardly spoke and acted like helping me was a chore. Other than that, the hotel was excellent. Updated, very nice and good size room, clean, the bed and pillows were very comfortable, new flat screen tv. The breakfast was also very good. I would definitely stay here again, I just wish the clerk had been more friendly.

Just called and tried to make a reservation and the receptionist wouldn't let me finish asking the questions before she would talk over me and then before we hung up she didn't even say thank you or have a nice day! Very rude.

Around pool area is not very clean found dirty diapers, beer cans, and the pool door lock is broke. So a child could just go in and drown. Crumbs and sticky stuff on the bed sheets. The bathroom smells bad and isn't cleaned very well.

Stayed in room 212 it had bed bugs even got a video of one crawling on sheet. But manager says there is nothing. I even took them my fitted sheet with 2 bugs on it. Don't stay. Keep your 100 And stay at knights inn for half cost then eat at TA or some where near by.

We had to leave! It smelled like cat urine. The front desk attendant came to the desk unzipped… it was completely inappropriate. I would never tell anyone to stay there. Avoid at all costs.

Stay at it the breakfast it amazing and it will fill your bellies up. Try it out. Worth the money!

Owner tony lacked character in treatment of staff and patrons, owner did not honor price quoted by manager, owner did not return telephone calls to remedy this matter, breakfast items were not fresh, not pet friendly, double billed for service animal after departure. Charged debit card additional $16.10. Quality of service by staff not respected by owner.
