One of the best stays I have ever had being on summer vacation as a school teacher. Ive been on the road for over a month and first thing I asked for is if the hotel had a hot tub. Katie at the front desk was kind enough to upgrade me to a room with a jacuzzi and no additional charge and not only that gave me free detergent and softener to do my laundry! The room was cozy and the staff couldnt be so friendly! I will most likely come back here next summer for sure and if anyone is lucky enough to deal with Katie and the front desk you will be surely blessed!

Nice place. Happy with the staff and the rooms. Not overpriced. You save a little money if you book it online. Definitely recommended.

Although Katie @ front desk was kind and helpful during my check in. My week long stay at this hotel turned sour quick. After entering room I noticed the TV by bed was slanted forward and the cable cord was hanging by a thread out of the back and I get a very grainy reception. I was tired and just went to bed. Next morning I hop in shower only to realize the shower rod had been detached from the wall and was simply pushed back in — hanging by a thread and causing the curtain to not close. I showered and updated front desk who did get that fixed. Next night after flushing toilet the seal broke causing the toilet to "run" to fill the bowl all night. Updated staff in AM and 12 hours later when I returned to room it was obvious someone had fixed the leak. They didn't however check if the toilet FLUSHED. It did not flush and maintenance had left for the day. Katie at front desk once again helped out — got me a second room. It was musty and dusty. No joke. The staff (other than Katie) seem not to care. Empty juice and coffee pots in the morning breakfast. Tissue laying in the hallway that looks like someone had nursed a bloody nose. And many working front desk don't sit there. They sit across from it and watch TV or sit outside and smoke. Absolutely unacceptable.

This is a really nice hotel. They have very comfortable beds. The amenities are nice. And the service is friendly. I got a great price on my room. The construction was a little sloppy. Carpet seems were obvious, and there were a few spots in the drywall that were poorly patched. Over all, this place was perfect for what I needed. I will very likely be staying here again.

Room wasnt very clean. Very dusty corners had cobwebbs and bugs. We talked to the general manager about extending our stay another night she wasnt too friendly. Then as I was walking back through the door for breakfast she was talking rudely about other guest. One of the employees are staying at the hotel didnt think this was appropriate for them to check us in the night before then hanging out in their pjs gossiping to their gm. I will not return here. They did not make my family and I feel welcome. Katie is always awesome and ready to help any time ive been to the front desk.

Room was not worth the price. I paid 109.00 tax inculed. Was more like An 50 00. $ room The staff was great but the room wasn't so.

We enjoy traveling with our dogs. So this hotel is awesome for one accommodating folks with dogs. Second the lady that checked us in was very polite and no problem arriving pass 3pm check in time. Our room was clean, quiet place to sleep and felt safe. We saved this location and hotel for another visit in the future. Thank you so much! The Halls'

I was traveling from Tennessee and I stopped and got a room. The rooms were nice and clean the beds were nice as well. I had a very nice lobby area. The breakfast the next morning was very good, lots of breakfast foods to choose from.

Very nice and clean. Jacuzzi room was nice and relaxing. The manager is awesome and deserves a raise!

The location was close to the interstate. Room was nice, clean, and alot of space. Really enjoyed the breakfast in the morning.

Very clean room and friendly and helpful staff at the front desk. My only complaint is that they show that you can get a room for 68$ but it's 90$

If I could give it 3.5 stars, I would. The pool was small, but perfect for my pre-school children. They played for 4 hours in the pool and I didn't have to worry about them. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The night desk clerk was pleasant and got the extras I asked for with a smile. Breakfast was your typical hot cold mix. Frozen sausage patties that were actually thawed fairly well and kept warm. The eggs were about as good as you can get for mass produced scrambled eggs. The waffle cooker worked well, and there were plenty of cereal options. Bagels, toast, biscuits and sausage gravy we're all available. They had nice little squeeze tubes of Philadelphia Cream Cheese, too. The room was simple and clean. The bed was comfortable. My wife noted the toilet had no lid; just a seat, but as a male I did not notice nor did I care. The room smell was the only down spot. It amelled like a previous guest had smoked, but we just purchased a $1 Renuzit to mask it for the two days. For the price we paid… discount hotel site using my own discovery techniques… I would say it was on par for value. Would I pay the $95 room rate they sell? No.

Room was clean, online said cribs could be provided, also stated inside hotel that cribs could be available. When we asked they said they weren't available. I was here from my wedding so it would've been of convenience to have one at hand but that wasn't the case.

I loved my stay. The room was very comfortable, and extremely clean. When I need a getaway, I know where I will be.

Great stay. Staff was friendly and rooms were updated. Bed was very comfortable and gave my fiancée and I a great nights sleep. I'll definitely stay here again in the future.

Everything was awesome… service/hospitality and room. Parking lot is small but that's the only complaint Special kudos to front desk staff.

In order to post I had to rate, I gave 5 stars, Hoping to get more attention… Dont pass this one up, I read! It'sks Fancy from the outside, I was excited with 24hr pool. We took 1 quest with us. We stayed the Friday of James Dean. We get to the rm. The TV was a nice lg. Flat screen, only if it wouldn't of had the cable cord ripped out of the bk. The front desk was nice, brought a replacement rt away… There wasn't a mini fridge nor a microwave in the rm… I could live with that. But when my guest setting on her notice a bug! Yes, it was! A Bed Bug! My heart sank… crazy thoughts ran through my head, not yet convinced. Looking deeper… they were imbedded in the box frame material. Without causing a scene we alerted the front desk, who came to see. Informing me of no more rms were available… She contacted the manger, who did apologise, wait, No he didnt! But choose to tell me, we could stay or leave and go to another motel of my choice at my exspence … At 2am. I should of ran down the hall screaming, get them off of me! Bed bugs, Bed Bugs! Afraid I'd b trampled over! I scratched that thought, I stayed 2 nights in an Anderson motel (Days Inn) and on day 2. I noticed bites on my stomach, yes BED BUGS there as well… husband reported it to front desk, Nothing! The desk clerk, said he'd tell manager… finally, he put 1 in a baggie, spotted the manger and handed it to him… with him accepting it as a gift ' replied Thank You to my husband, who stood in shock!

Very nice hotel. Convenient location. Jim? I believe his name was, was friendly and informative. Clean room, Wi-Fi worked great, breakfast was what I expected. No complaints. The walls are a little thin, but that's typical.

Not worth the money. Wall lights in room didn't work, door wouldn't lock unless slammed very hard, 2 of the 4 pieces of exercise equipment didn't work, pool area not clean. The staff were very friendly and the breakfast was OK, but I will definitely not stay there again.

A great place to stay if you want to go to Klipsch music center. They will take you an pick you up after concert. Has a nice pool I would highly recommend it.

Absolutely the worst hotel I have stayed at. Very noisy hotel kids are running up and down the hallways. Staff is very unhelpful. To busy smoking cigarettes. Very frustrating. And bathroom light bulbs have been burned out and not replaced in 3 days. I am not a complainer. But It's bad here. It took 1 hour just to check in because guy working couldn't figure things out. Deadbolt broken.

This hotel is very run down. For the premium price you pay you should receive more. Rooms were very shabby, shower had plaster falling off. They do not have ice machines on any floor except the first floor. No vending machines, if you want a soda they have some in a cooler behind the check in desk?! Breakfast was eggs and sausage in crock pots. The air conditioning wasn't running in the lobby or breakfast area, they just had the front doors open. Flies everywhere. Don't waste your hard earned money.

Absolutely one of the WORST hotels I have ever stayed at. Staff was VERY nice, although not very 'informed'. They were unable to locate our reward number, but were glad to do it for me if I could supply them with a current e-mail I had received from Wyndham Rewards. I would have loved to have obliged, except that we were unable to log into their Wi-Fi the ENTIRE 3 day stay, even after trying alternative methods. When I went to turn in my comment card, I asked where I turned it in, or who it was given to, the front desk person, although very polite, took it from me after stating 'he had no idea'. Breakfast was sparse, at best… there were 2 containers for cereal — but only one choice — a 'fruit loops' like flavor AND it was only available the first day — the next day, both containers were empty. The waffle iron did not work properly and did not brown (or cook) the waffles. We politely agreed to switch rooms to a jacuzzi room until we entered and saw that the bathroom side cabinet (kleenex dispenser area) was completely broken in huge pieces. We did not want to be held liable, and for $150 a night, did not deem it necessary to stay. We switched back (again, very accommodating front desk people) to our original room.

Here for soccer. Other than not being cramped in room and comfortable bed, not much to say. We paid $150 a night, they new teams were staying and were not prepared for breakfast, was horrible with virtually nothing stock for food if there was much of anything to choose from not even silverware. Talk about lazy staff, they didn't really seem to be very caring up other than sitting behind the desk. Can you believe one ice machine for whole building and this host soccer teams and other sports teams I'm sure with the Westfield complex nearby. For a non-smoking hotel you can actually get high walking through the halls or enjoy the waft of second-hand smoke coming through the air, if you're lucky like us it will come into the bathroom vent. Very dirty as well. The bed was actually comfortable so that's why they get two star, but if you're paying $150 for a $59 Hotel that's why they get the rating they did.

This hotel is a joke! Bathroom had mold and a horrible half done fix it job. Had to ask for a remote. Those things eh ok no big deal. Then in the morning go down for the "free included breakfast" to be Informed that they forgot to buy things! Then go buy some! The staff member was even embarrassed to be there. As I said a joke!

June 16 2016 NO breakfast at a hotel that promised free breakfast! Not acceptable! Staff too busy previous night discussing hotel guest dramas to go shopping! Too many front desk employees and not enough employees handling true hotel needs rather than gossip!

Wasn't the best hotel I've ever stayed at, but they were pet friendly and it was absolutely affordable. Though I didn't use it they did have a pool. Room was nice, big, and clean.

Pool was closed. Night staff seemed to be busy hanging out with friends in lobby. Breakfast was good. Probably wouldn't stay again just due to overall atmosphere.

The front seat at the baymont inn in Fisher hung up on me while we were trying to book a few rooms. Extremely unprofessional and I will no longer be sending my company there.

Worst hotel ever with non professional trailer park workers that chain smoke outside the hotel constantly. We had a booking through hotwire and we already paid for our room. When we got there after midnight they said there was some no show policy (even though I already paid for the room, this was not a booking as I already paid for the room 8pm the day before). And then admitted they gave our room away and on top of that would not give a refund?. Stay away from this hotel. Its amazing that Wyndham hotels affiliates itself with this hotel.

The hotel was fine. Nothing special. Rooms were clean and staff was nice.

If you were paying $80 a night this place would be okay but for $160 you should get Wi-Fi with more than one bar. I actually used another hotels Wi-Fi. No toast for breakfast. The vending machines don't work. The staff was friendly and the place was clean. Again an $80 place not $160. Also it said fridge and there was not one.

I am pleased with my stay and service was Excellent.

I got this hotel room for my inlaws who were in town for the night of April 18/19, 2015. This hotel is fairly easy to get to from SR-37. The interior where the check in is located as well as the eating area was pleasantly up to date and cleaned well. Randomly there were people outside in the parking lot tailgating which detracted from the overall quality of the hotel. Receptionist was friendly but not overly engaging. She was more worried about providing treats to the two roaming dogs than keeping contact with me as I paid for the room. The room had a shower that did NOT function. Sunday morning when my inlaws realized this and let the front desk employee know, the response they received was "I cannot help; I do not know how to make it work". So they were unable to take showers. I attempted to call and talk to management twice on Sunday the 19th and once on the 20th. All three times I was informed management was not in and they did not know when she would be back. The last time I called, I was able to speak with who I assume was an Assistant Manager but I would have preferred the General Manager. The AM was as courteous as she could be and did provide a small refund to the room rate (which as of April 27 I have yet to recieve come through my bank account). A nice gesture but does not make up for the fact that my inlaws could not take showers, the staff was not knowledgeable on basic functions of the hotel and the fact I have yet to be able to get in touch with the GM.

Professional services & highly respected.

The vending machines were broke. There were no trash cans in the room. The front desk clerk was completely unhelpful and was too busy skypeing his girlfriend to wait on anyone. We asked about delivery places and he acted like we asked him an unheard of question. We had to make 3 separate reservations because the prices were ridiculous if we tried to book all three nights together. Wtf?

Good price, friendly people, nice place.
