The stars are for the man who greated us he deserves 5 stars as he was kind and with an amazing smile great attitude. We had been traveling for over three weeks across country the rooms here we're clean staff sweet, beds comfortable however the reason for only two stars the noise they really need to close all entrances except the main one at a certain time as I'm posting 12am the doors have constantly been slamming for the last three hours. With 1000, s of miles to go and good monies spent it would have been great to actually sleep. Had it been less of a disruptive night I would have easily given 5 stars.
I have stayed at many hotels, this is by far the worst. Last year we stayed at Santa's Lodge but I did not like the musty smell it had so we choose this hotel hoping it would be different. We were wrong. Once you walk into the hallways, you can smell the mustiness. Inside the room, the bathroom floor was not even clean and so was the room carpet. It looked as if they did not even vacuumed it. The sheets had stains. The night stand also had a cup stain which also showed they did not clean it properly. Overall, our room was just not clean. I usually don't complain; when I spoke to the manager, he said he was going to do something about the charge, but never did. Not a very pleasant experience, I would not recommend this hotel.

All and all the hotel was as expected, hot breakfast in the morning, friendly staff, soft beds. The room was clean but did have a very slight musty smell. Kinda noisy in the morning with the young families and kids preparing to go to holiday world. We will return to this location.
