Manager hates his job. Ariff was hateful to other employees, hateful and rude to customers staying here, broke a plate this morning and yelled "mother f — — — "! Where others could clearly hear. Rooms are old and dated, bathroom smelled horrible, shower curtain wreaked of an awful odor, and breakfast was poor and unattended. Wish I could give less than 1star.

First and most importantly I would like to thank staff and management for their excellent service for our event and clean and welcoming rooms. They accommodated all of our needs professionally. Rooms were clean excellent and it's remodeled place. I would definitely recommend everything who are in the area to stay at Ramada and you will not be disappointed. Great service Great stay! Thank you!

Staff is nice but the hotel needs a lot of help. Our bathroom light didn't work, only the heat lamp did and then that broke also. Pool was closed and definitely wasn't the cleanest.

I recently booked a room at the Glendale Heights, IL Ramada Inn. Upon driving up I noticed a number of rooms had their curtains were disheveled and disarray and mentioned to my husband how this makes the hotel looks like the staff does not care how the hotel appears to arriving guests. Upon entering our first floor hotel room, we couldn't help but see the curtains literally falling off the rod. My husband did his best to reattach them so the people in the parking lot couldn't watch us. In the closet was the unattached, non — operational smoke detector. The closet bi-fold door swung freely from the side  as it was not in the track and was also missing a pull knob. The back of the entry door, as well as most of the walls in our room, looked as if a child had drawn on them with a pen or pencil. There was no hair dryer in the room nor was there any tissue. When I tried to use the phone to request a dryer,   the phone didn't work, at all.   The carpeting looks newer, however,   it feels damp and our feet stuck to the carpeting.   Although it felt damp,   the room didn't smell musty.   The dampness, however,   never went away. The main hall carpeting, outside our room,   looked as if it hadn't been vacuumed in days. The shower was good with good water pressure. One last thing,   although our air conditioner was set at 60•, our room was very warm.   Obviously the unit wasn't cooling the room. There was no mini fridge in the room.

They checked me into a room that had blood on the covers, no refrigerator and a broken coffee machine. That's just from walking in the door. I didn't look around just called down. The receptionist told me its just a stain the covers are washed I would be fine. After awhile she changed my room annoyed. I didn't want to fight with anyone I was too tired from a very long trip. They offered breakfast which didn't go well either. I couldn't get help finding ketchup and they didn't want to refill the coffee or really anything. During check out I was told they would give me a discount for all of this. I just checked my card. I was fully charged. I cannot stress enough how anyone would be better off going ANYWHERE else.

I attended a charity event here. The food was catered outside so it was fine. The service was good. The place and the décor were beautiful.

Hotel rooms are big and Banquet hall is beautiful. Many items for breakfast. Staff amd service are terrific.

We asked for a top floor room, they gave us 2nd floor which is in the middle, first night people (or kids) were running and jumping over our heads till midnight. Only got 5 hours of sleep. The elevator was broken. Had breakfast in the morning and parents and children were eating and the parents told the kids to hurry so they weren't late for school. Guess they house people because kids on vacation don't go to school. Same noise the second night, and when we came down at 6:30 the second morning, there was no breakfast ready. Told the clerk, when we checked out about the noise and he didn't seem to care at all. Will not stay there again.

Not suggested unless you're a local looking for a place to party. Listened to room upstairs walking around all night. Weed smokers beat the rest of the crowd to breakfast — nothing left and no effort from staff to refill. Room was not clean. Washed hands after touching anything. Random hairs left in sink, tub, and bed. The entrance to the building was nice enough, but the tarp over the doorway and unfinished renovations should have turned me away. Took pics for corporate — finding more and more Wyndham hotels of low quality.

The Ramada threw me the BEST wedding ever! I had a wedding last January and I cannot say enough good things about it! The food was INCREDIBLE, people are still asking me where I catered from a year later! The decor they set up was amazing! They transformed a typical banquet room into the most beautiful atmosphere. The amount of options I was given for the wedding was astounding and not even for additional charges. The bar and the bar tender were insane! The drinks were strong and kept coming all night long! Management kept the night flowing smoothly. The dancing never stopped, the food and company could not be topped. People are still raving about my wedding a year later! Thank you Ramada!

They didn't even clean the room. Out of that, all right.

Nice but in remodeling and still the rate is very high.

I ignored the reviews because I only needed a place to sleep and I'm not a clean freak. However, the room (maybe the air conditioner? ) was so dusty that it aggravated severe allergies. All night my eyes itched and my nose ran. There were 99 tolerable problems but that was the intolerable one. Adding a star however because the staff was very very kind to us in a difficult time, letting us check in early and being very accommodating about our puppy.

Good place for the price, rooms were clean enough but the amenities are dated.

They are under construction. And the room they gave us wasn't supposed to be rented out. They did have good customer service.

DO NOT STAY HERE! I have never felt compelled to write a bad review but in the interest of public safety I must. A friend graciously booked a hotel for me not knowing how awful this place is! Words cannot describe it. I've been in hotels in third world countries and nothing, literally nothing was as bad as this! This place should shut down and be razed to the ground. The only positive I can say is that I didn't get bedbugs! Pretty low threshold I know. You can't take pictures of the smell but whatever had been cooked earlier had gone to seed. The smell was overpowering. They say they are "under remodeling" but their permit ran out in December and people who posted one and two years ago also said they were under remodeling! Carpets were torn off and trash piled in the hallways not to mention all of the filth and dust! I found two hairs on my bed and wondered when or if the sheets had been changed! They told me the pool was repairs but hadn't past inspection but some of the paper was torn and you could see it was filled with trash! Don't give this place another dime. Mercifully, for the sake of other unsuspecting victims, let it close! I am so grateful I didn't bring my wife and children. I "upgraded" to a "remodeled" room that had a tube TV and old replaced parts thrown in the closet. I hope my pictures uploaded. Please know it is worse than even the worst review is saying. I had hoped maybe it would be better than others had commented, I was sorely mistaken.

The banquet hall was great, well lit and spacious.

The worst place and people ever to deal with. They double booked the place and despite making a reservation almost 3 months ahead of time the owner named ARIF used abusive language. Do not EVER EVER and I repeat EVER trust that place and people for your events. They are greedy, rude, filthy and unorganized.

Just checked in, and already I wish I would of paid the extra for a refundable room. Place is a falling apart. Stains, trash, etc every where. Note to others. Pay the extra for a better hotel.

The hotel room was not great for being a suit. Stains in rugs dirty core ors in ceiling. Bed was comfy and I likked the fridge. The TV remote didn't work either.

My husband stayed here (his work put him in this hotel) he says the hallways had trash everywhere, the room had mold, and his door wouldnt lock! Its broken. Last time he stayed there he said the lock on his door had scratches on it like someone picked at it with a screwdriver, no microwave or nothing.

The staff was very helpful and pleasant. Fahad in particular went out of his way to help me several times. I am disabled and he was pleasant he even helped with directions to a pharmacy to get medicine for my son who was sick. And took the time to talk me back to Armada when I was completely lost in a new city with no gps. I will always be grateful for the way I was treated. Front desk to housekeeping all great!

No notice the pool was under construction, carpet was pretty stained and overall just seemed run down. 2 stars instead of 1 simply because the staff is very nice.

Best place to take a hooker.
