Other than waiting for clerk to check us in (18 minutes) pool is great whirlpool good. Welcoming, clean rooms, but renovations are be done.

Great inviting customer service!

Even though I live close by the grandkids and I love to go and swim in their pool and enjoy breakfast the next morning. We also frequent a favorite restaurant next door, country inn.

Thank you comfort inn for accommodating my guests for my wedding. Kevin the shuttle driver made the night. He was the best he was so helpful. All my guests have continued talking about how great he was the whole weekend.

Kevin at the front desk is awesome. He was very warm, professional, and just an overall great host. My room was nice and comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel. I'll be staying here whenever I'm in the area.

Solid experience over all. Got married down the street and had shuttles to and from hotel. Great staff, super friendly. Great communicators. Not to mention the hotel is clean, and super nice for an affordable place. Would stay again!

We stayed here for a wedding at Prarie Farms. The location was great for the event and price was reasonable. Everything was very clean. We opted to not have housekeeping clean our room after the first night and the lady who offered made sure to offer anything we may need and let us know if we thought of something to ask. Very friendly and very helpful. The decor was dated and they could definitely use some updating. The ice cold water with lemon infused was a great touch and was very refreshing.

Clean, staff was very nice & very accommodating. I would stay there again.

Kim and her staff are excellent to work with. I've hosted training events here and they have been very successful. There are room sizes to meet my every need: conference rooms as well as small and large workshop spaces. The room is always set up as requested and staff are quick to help resolve any technology issue that may arise. I wouldn't consider having my seminars and workshops anywhere else.

Two bad nights of sleep: It was a matter of circumstance that I have to leave a sub-par review of the Geneva, IL Comfort Suites. We booked a King Bed Suite so my wife and kids could take the bed and I'd take the sofa bed because I had to be awake and out of the room earlier than them. Their portion of the suite was partitioned off from mine and that aspect was rather nice. The part of the room I slept in had exposure to the hallway/lobby and next door neighbors separated by thin walls and seemingly thinner doors. The men next door came back to their room at 12:48 AM on the first night of our stay and had a lively conversation that I was able to hear all of. They weren't talking much louder than normal conversation volume, but every sound transmitted through the walls and adjoining door. At some point I had to call the front desk to see if they could intervene and about ten minutes later was welcomed with two calls from the front desk which woke my wife up. At some point I just passed out from exhaustion but woke up feeling like junk. That was Friday into Saturday. Saturday night into Sunday was even worse if you'd believe it. Once again the guys next door arrived late as I tried to sleep and repeated their late night conversation. I didn't bother calling the front desk because I didn't want them calling back and waking the wife and kids. Their voices kept me awake and stirring for at least a half hour before my body simply shut down.

The customer service was great! Kevin and Laurence went out of their way to give my friend and I a fun girls' night away! The lobby was nice, and the room was clean and spacious. We will definitely be returning!

I was there in October for 4 nights. It was a super suite! It was quiet and cosy. Everything macn needed was there. Air conditioning, Tv, phone, Wi-Fi, microwave, refrigerator, a separate couch and of course the bathroom. There was, of course, a selection of shampoo and shower gel. I was very happy with the bed! The breakfast buffet was sufficient and there was something of a little warm. I found the waffle maker with 2 types of dough great. I would stop here again and again. The staff were always friendly and helpful.
I stayed here in October and it was a very nice stay. It was clean and nice and quiet. The suite has everything need you need. I would always book a suites here.

Located in Geneva IL this is one of the nicest Comfort Inn I have stayed at. Great staff, very helpful and accommodating. Smoke free, pool and rooms have a hot tub or a roomy separate living area. They also have larger rooms with full kitchens. The beds are quite comfortable and the air/heat works well. Breakfast usually seems to be either egg and cheese omlets or scrambled eggs with sausage and or sausage gravy and biscuits. Also the usual bread, rolls or muffins. Apples, bananas and pineapple with sliced strawberries. Cold cereal, waffle maker and yougert. Fruit juice and more. We have had two extended stays and we're very pleased both times.

This is one of the best Comfort Suites because the staff makes you feel so much like family. Anna Marie and Caesar are just super people. Also the place is one of the cleanest ones. We enjoy it always so much.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this Comfort Inn. It was so clean and the staff was very attentive to their guests. The breakfast was delicious and well replenished for everyone to enjoy. I would stay in this hotel again.

Unfortunately my experience was unpleasant before I checked in. I booked my reservation as part of a block and was unaware that it came with a 7 day cancellation policy. When I called the hotel within 72 hours of my stay to modify to one night as opposed to two nights, I was told I would pay for both nights even if I cancelled. I tried the general reservation line and was told the same thing. The following day a friend of mine called the hotel and was allowed to modify her reservation without penalty. I decided to try again. I was told again I would have to pay for both nights regardless. I explained that I had a reservations with the hotel for next month that I would be canceling and that I would never again stay at a Comfort Inn & Suites. I was told "That is good for us". I was so stunned by the response, I called customer service and was told that the only thing could offer me was opening a complaint to the general manager. Since this hotel is a franchise and is individually owned, customer service could do nothing more for me. After speaking to others who booked within the same block, some were allowed to modify their reservation after the 7 day cancelation period had past and some were not. I have not heard from the general manager and I paid for both nights. I now have a reservation at the near by Hilton Garden Inn for my stay next month.

We just booked a date for a family member coming in from out of town and the sales manager was very accommodating. During this busy season they were able to secure us a handicap room on the first floor making life better for all.

The food was delicious. The room was really nice. The wait staff was really polite and attentive.

The staff were very friendly, and the room was awesome. Great layout, huge amount of space, very tasteful artwork, and the master bath was simply the best. Will definitely stay again.

This a great hotel in this area located close to my office. There are many dining options to choose from close to the Public. Am not planning to shift to another hotel.

One of my less enjoyable hotel experiences. The hotel is clean and the lobby welcoming with a large wooden staircase. The check in process was a little rough, but I was willing to give them the benefit of the doubt rather than switch hotels. I walked to my room which turned out to be wheelchair accessible. Uncertain why a rare resource was given to an able bodied person and thankful I was only spending one night, I again assumed the best — that the hotel was full and I should be thankful for any room. The parking was largely empty as long as I was there. I went to the fitness room for a quick run because doing so helps me to maintain a positive attitude and burns off any excess energy from my day. But there was no treadmill. The elliptical and bike in the fitness room were offset at odd angles and the yellow room reminded me of 70s wallpaper colors and days of smoking in hotel rooms. I might not have used the treadmill had there been one. I returned to the room. Every few hours, whenever anyone in the rooms above used the water, the pipes would bang. Not rattle. Enough to wake me at 11pm, and 1am and 3am. The breakfast options were the same for every Comfort Inn and Suites I've visited. I opted to stick with coffee, although I'm sure the other choices were good. At checkout, I turned in my key card and like always, expected to get a receipt by email. The receipt hadn't arrived by 5pm that night.

They have well maintained rooms with comfy beds and seats and well trained staff. I loved their location as well. Will visit again.

Stayed at the Comfort Inn and Suites on Fabyan in Geneva over the Christmas Holidays. Clean rooms, nice people, always greeted with a smile and very personable. Excellent breakfast, hot omelets, sausage, B & G, waffles made as you wait (nice), hot oatmeal, cold cereals, pastries etc. All in all very nice stay, Thankyou!

We spend every Thanksgiving here while visiting family. It is consistently a great experience. The rooms are clean and comfortable, they have yummy snacks in the evening and a hearty breakfast.

We enjoyed our stay — Rooms were clean and spacious. Staff was friendly and attentive. Wifi worked well. We stayed here for my sisters wedding and we used the bridal room which was perfect. The hotel could use a few upgrades here and there, and I did not enjoy the breakfast selection. It is in a good location — just a few miles away from Randall Road.

I have a large group of 30+ who live in hotels. Awesome service, clean rooms, and overall making my team happy. I would recommend for anyone for 1-20 rooms. Great accommodations for any circumstance.

When we arrived Kevin at the front desk was very nice and helpful. He offered to drive us to the ballpark and was even going to get us tickets to the game if we didn't already have them. He also upgraded us to a jacuzzi suite. The hotel was nice, clean, and comfortable. If we ever go back to Geneva we will definitely stay there again!

We had a bit of an issue with transportation but they fixed it (an employee no called no showed so we understood) and we didn't have to pay for the transportation. Everything was great breakfast was great and so was everything else room was clean and nice.

I wasn't there for very long, but the hotel was quite nice for the price. The room was a standard room. Very clean and comfortable. The hotel is close to the Kane County Cougars stadium, but not really walkable based on the type of roads nearby. Staff were quite pleasant. There's not a lot else close by that seemed very exciting, so you'll either need to drive a little bit or take an Uber. Not too far from downtown Geneva. Probably won't need to stay there again, but I'd gladly stay again if the need arose.

The excessive room is nice, as is the pool and jacuzzi. The rooms are nice and has HBO. The Internet is finicky at night, possibly because everyone is preparing for work and answering email before bed.

Stay away. I stayed here one night for a wedding. I booked and prepaid through Hotwire, and the hotel also charged me for the room. I called the hotel to inquire about the double charge and was given different responses regarding the charges, but they were not willing to take off the charges and claimed that they did not charge me for the room. I called corporate, and they worked with me to get the charges removed from my credit card. On the night of my stay here, I asked the front desk if they could give my wedding gift to the bride and groom. They assured that they could, yet a week after I stayed at the hotel, I found out that the bride and groom did not receive my gift that I instructed the front desk to give to them. My husband and I returned to the hotel around 10:30 PM after the wedding reception, since we had a long drive back to Minnesota the next day, we wanted to get back to the hotel early that night. We asked the front desk woman if the hotel staff give our wedding gift to the bride and groom. The front desk woman assured us that she would be happy to give our gift to the couple, and we saw that she put a note on our gift with the bride and groom’s name on it. 8 days after dropping off the gift, the bride posted a message on social media thanking whoever left the mysterious red cooler for her at the hotel. I immediately contacted the bride to ask if she had received the card and 6 bottles of wine that were inside the cooler.

Overall pretty good, but rooms not very big.

My wife, kids and me have stayed here twice. The staff is very friendly. When we travel to Chicago again this is were we will staying. Breakfast is always awesome and it's free. They also have an indoor pool, hot tub, exercise gym.

Large rooms, comfortable beds. I've stayed here every time I travel to Batavia for work, and I intend to continue doing so.

We only stayed one night, so we didn't take advantage of the workout room or breakfast, but definitely appreciate the availability. Beds are comfortable and staff was very friendly and helpful.

We had a group stay for a couple of days for my sisters wedding. Brides do yourself and your guests a favor and book this hotel! The hotel was very clean and the bedding comfortable! I have been in the restaurant business for 22 years and would be proud to call any of the following people my staff, Kim, Ann Marie, Robert and Cesar. Just to name a few. The staff went out of their way a number of times to make our stay amazing! I did not pass even one employee in that hotel without a smile and a friendly greeting. No matter what time it was. (even at 2:00am) I travel often and have stayed all over the world. The staff here could teach the hotel industry a thing or two about customer service! Thanks again to the staff, the management, and the owners at Comfort Inn & Suites in Geneva IL.

Overall it was good stay, clean and comfortable and close to where I work. Would not know about the breakfast since it is not out untll after I had to leave for work. I will stay here agian and also would recomend the resturant on the corner.
