Incredibly disappointed with our experience so far. We booked a room at Villa Dubois through Travelocity. On Travelocity’s site, there was no mention that the bathroom are a shared space. We have tried reaching out to the manager of Villa Dubois and Travelocity, with no response. Initially, we did not even want to cancel our reservation. We only wanted to discuss the problem. At this point, we are going on 3 days with no communication. I would not recommend this type of establishment to anyone. If a company does not have the decency to return my text message (forget a phone call from them, apparently), then I would gladly spend my money somewhere else. This is no longer about the misleading inaccuracies on Travelocity’s site, this is about irresponsible business owners.
