My boyfriend and I absolutely LOVED our stay. The rooms and bathrooms were very clean! The staff were super nice and professional. Our room was cold, but they gave us extremely warm blankets and a heater! The area is so nice too! Only a few blocks away from the Blue Line, so it’s easy to get around the city. Lots of bars/eateries in the vacinity. I highly recommend Pizza Metro! Not your classic Chicago style pizza. Also, the Empanadas served downstairs are amazing! They have good beer on tap too. The common room is very nice, it even has a cooktop! I highly recommend Holiday Jones and I’m going to stay here every time I visit Chicago.

Great location! Helpful staff and overall clean facilities. I would recommend it for younger travelers. Convenient pricing.

Cute place in a good neighborhood, rooms are very clean and safe, a little small, but comfy. The shared bathrooms are clean and there is a nice sort of lounge in the basement. Staff was very nice and attentive, and it is located in a coffee shop which was a nice place to grab a quick snack.

Awesome! I am staying here from now on whenever I am in Chicago. Huge social space in the basement, great location. Clean and well above expectations. Was my first time staying at a hostel. Me and my son got a private room (pathfinder) to avoid having to sleep separately. Only issue was the Wi-Fi was a little finicky if you sat at the desk. It was the farthest point of the building from the office. So either stay on the bed or go downstairs to the lounge area. Highly recommended!

This is a fantastic hostel. It's a very clean facility that's attached to an amazing empanada restaurant which guests get a discount to. It's not an overly social/party hostel so if that's your thing, it might be a little harder to find others to hang out with but they're there. The staff is very accommodating. Great place to stay in a very safe part of town.

It's a perfect place to stay. The people who work there are very hospitable. The food is good too.

If u like quite bring head phones. The walls are very thin. If you are in the top bunk bed u won't be able to charge you phone unless you bring an extension cable. The bathrooms r clean. They are one person only. Just one toilet and one shower. The staff is amazing and you can text them if you need them.

Cute, great location and reception is open 24 hours. Showers and bathrooms were very clean, and linens/towel are provided at no additional charge. Empanada shop downstairs is a nice bonus!

Place is in a good location. Cute coffee shop downstairs. The walls are thin and it gets a bit cold but staff was great and provided tons of blankets. They always friendly.

For a hostel, it was pretty decent. Front service was excellent and it was located near everything I wanted to see. Spots on the sheets earned them one less star, yet thankfully I was able to use a different set. Also, the bathroom wasn't directly connected to the room but it was very clean and quite warm. Overall, I liked it and I would come back.

One of my best experiences of my Chicago trip was our one night stay here. The staff is friendly and helpful, they get their jobs done swiftly and tell you everything you need to know. The room itself is clean and well laid out to make a small space feel roomy. Also appreciated the space heater to keep us Floridians warm and the museum suggestions. Also neat that they store your luggage before you check in and after you check out. The free parking is street parking, which I was stressed about since we had a full size sedan. Took some time to find a spot but we did, we were also paranoid about tickets from our NYC trips but it’s not as cutthroat here! The coffee shop downstairs is just okay, but there’s so many shops and restaurants around it doesn’t matter. The location is perfect.

Really nice hostel. Everyone at the reception was really nice, and willing to help you with anything that you might need. Free breakfast was ok. Bathrooms were clean and nice; the room was nice, as expected; and the location was perfect because of its closeness to the metro station which belongs to the blue line, and connects directly to both the city center and the airport and operates 24h. Also it's pretty close to some good bars and restaurants.

The people were very nice. The building was very narrow but also clean. To me it served its purpose of providing a bed for the night while I discovered Chicago. Overall I am satisfied. (Though I might have liked a bigger blanked. )

Convenient place, very good location. The rooms are small but quite useful for occasional travellers. Everything works well in this hostel.

I didn't know what to expect. This was my first time staying in a hostel. I was very satisfied with my stay. I didn't get to experience the cafe store front, but it looked like a nice place. It has a really spacious hangout/game/entertainment/kitchen area where they serve a light breakfast in the morning. Close to the subway and a whole bunch of dining choices. Not too far from downtown. I loved that they held your luggage/bags even after you've checked out so you can enjoy a little more exploration time. Also, the staff was super friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. They never missed a chance to say, "hello" or "have a good night/day. " I would defn recommend a stay here for a group of people.

The staff was very friendly. The place looks clean and tidy. It is very close to the Metro where you can mobilize to any place and with food options nearby.
The comfortable bed, provide luggage storage service which is very favorable.

Holiday Jones is one of the best places I've stayed. The staff there went out of their way to ensure that things went smoothly. Beds were supremely comfortable and everything was very clean. Be sure to try the delicious empanadas in their cafe. Can't wait to stay at Holiday Jones again! Thank you!

The room was clean and nice. The shared bathrooms were single occupancy so that was nice, had some privacy. There were not individual AC units in the room, that would have been nice. The people were very nice and helpful. Great location for the price, would definitely go here again.

I stayed at the Holiday Jones for three nights and four days. Every single time I spoke to a front desk staff I was greeted by a friendly and extremely helpful staff member. They all had great suggestions for restaurants both near and far from the hostel. The first night I stayed in a shared room which was very clean. The shared hallway bathroom was very clean as well. I loved that each bathroom was private, so you could lock the door behind you to use the shower and/or restroom. The second and their night, I chose to upgraded to a private room, which was extremely comfortable! I just payed about $30 more for each night and got a completely private room with an ensuite bathroom! Well worth the money! I plan on going back to Chicago at some point and will definitely be back to the Holiday Jones! Thank you for a great stay!

Staff is so friendly and helpful. Location is the best. The room and bath room is super clean. The common area is spacious. I'd recommend to stay this place. I will come back here for sure.

Bathrooms were always super clean. The staff was super welcoming and thorough about everything we needed. Accommodating and friendly at all times. The empanadas in the cafe were delicious and the bars in the neighborhood were "hip" and pretty fun. Super close to the blue line which made it easy to hop around town. Totally would stay here again.

Very good place to stay, all super clean and tidy, very nice. The location is good because you can take the train two blocks and there are many places to eat.
It's a little far from the historic quarter, but it's worth it.

Inexpensive, VERY spartan, even for a a hostel. Rooms and bathrooms could be cleaner. Staff friendly and helpful. Parking free but very limited in a residential neighborhood. Variety of food and entertainment nearby. Not a fan.

This is a really cute hostel in a fun neighborhood. I've stayed here twice — once on vacation, and once for a conference. I'd definitely recommend staying here on vacation, and it's not bad for business travel if you're adventurous (there are private rooms available). Although I wasn't traveling with children, it seems to be family friendly; I observed families with small children and teenagers. The staff is friendly and helpful. The free breakfast isn't awesome, but it's free; however, the empanada restaurant in the lobby serves delicious food, which is discounted for hostel guests (and even the full prices are pretty reasonable). Caveats: the walls are a bit thin, although there are quiet hours, and if you need to take a shower during peak morning hours, you have to be ready to pounce as soon as there's an available bathroom. Also, if you have a car, there is no parking lot attached to Holiday Jones. There is free parking in the surrounding neighborhood, but you may have to hunt for it.

Workers were great, very friendly. Willing to help with whatever you need. Location is great if you want to be close to the city but not IN it, and it's only two blocks from the Blue Line subway station. Only negatives are that it's a little pricey for the size of the room (s) and the walls are as thin as paper. You can hear everything from the people in the room next to you, to the bathroom down the hall, and even the common space in the basement if the other guests are being too loud (especially during quiet time which is 11 pm-8 am)

I loved the place. The parking is difficult, but if you can read a map well it isn't that hard. You have to park on the street and then walk at least 2 blocks to the hostel most of the time. The neighborhood we had to walk through was very nice though with joggers and families walking thier dogs. The atmosphere was good and I enjoyed the community room. The toilets were a little noisy, and you need to bring soap and shampoo wich we forgot but we were only there for one night. I liked how close it was to the train, only about two blocks away. It wasn't a perfect experience, but the staff and the atmosphere made ot great even though I didnt like the parking situation.

Service was great. Rooms aren't very soundproof though, we could hear anything going on in the hallway. The parking situation was a bit tricky, but I appreciated getting that native Chicago experience and walking a block or two wasn't a problem. I was initially skeptical of the shared bathroom arrangement, but it was not a big deal, it was kept clean and stocked with soap and paper towels. Location is awesome, lots of nice joints within walking distance. Coffee at the 5411 cafe was delicious. I didn't really use the kitchen or refrigerator in the basement, but they are there when/if you need them, so that's convenient.

We enjoyed our stay at Holiday Jones. The location was ideal; just a short distance from the Division stop on. The Blue Line, in the vibrant Wicker Park neighbourhood. Our room, including a clean, private bathroom, was small, though comfortable for two people. There was also a very good restaurant on the main floor and a Starbucks next door. The only problem was a lot of door slamming at night from other units using the shared bathrooms located next door to our room. All in all, we would definitely consider staying again.

We are a young couple and we were in a private room. The room was very comfortable. The rooms are the right size, the beds are very comfortable. The location is perfect, the neighborhood is very nice and you are a 15 minute train ride from downtown.
The bathrooms were clean and there were enough. The kitchen and living space is perfect, comfortable, big. The Wi-Fi works very well.
The only criticism is the breakfast which is not continental although it is acceptable.
And it's not super affordable even though it's worth it.
The staff is excellent, they helped us on several occasions with phone calls.
We had an excellent experience in Chicago. We recommend at 100%. Thanks a lot!

Quiet place and very good location.

Friendly and helpful staff. Very clean and in a great location. The only drawback was the draft coming from the window that made the room cold. However, the staff provided an extra blanket that was nice & warm. Would stay here again.

Great staff, clean rooms and great area! Once you arrive here confirm your room as soon as possible and don't take "its not ready" for an answer, then confirm you will have the same room when you get back as per my experience. It would've been 5 but went here with my wife and expected to get a nice size room as per the picture that we thought we had booked, the desk said that the room we requested was not available even tho we got there early enough. We dropped our bags off the went for a stroll since we got there early. When we got back they said the room was ready but super small even for 2 people. Had the bunk bed because we had no other choice since it was fully booked but they should've at least old us about the room change, we found out when they were walking to our room. Went to bed around 12 am and woke up around 3 because of some guys laughing way too loud, since the rooms are really close together, you hear everything. Told them to keep it down, then they said sorry about the noise then kept quiet. Woke up the next morning to find a huge floater in the toilet. I figured it was the drunk bro's on the floor who did it… Not too bad for a hostel just don't go in with high expectations.

Location: easy access on the blue line. Near plenty of nice local restaurants. Perfect place to set up base. Service: staff was great and very accommodating. Hostelness: met great people would love to come back and stay there again!

Holiday Jones is really hip and in such a great area. It's easy to get to from O'Hare and the decor is cool and fun. It is really cool that the lobby has 5411 Empanadas also.

We didn't stay here but we did stop in for an empanada! I had the sweet corn empanada and it was so good. I can't speak for the hostel but the empanada shop out front is a solid choice if you have a quick 15-20 minutes to stop for a snack.

Overall a great place to stay, was a little on the pricy side for a single small room, but worth it for location. Great vibe and concept though.

Nice clean place. Friendly staff. Lots of amenities you wouldnt find elsewhere. Close to a lot of great resturaunts, a few conveince stores and a grocery. Definitely would come back.

I'm really giving Holiday Jones a 4.5. It would have been a 4.0, but Dillon, the front desk agent, helped me with my reservation going above and beyond! Honestly, though, all the staff here was beyond welcoming, but in a sincere and chill way. The location is excellent, the hostel itself so clean and comfortable. (I'm not a fan of sterile white-washed wall hotels. ) However, the breakfast offered was disappointing. Nothing healthy, only bagels and sugary cereals were set out. Not even apples or bananas were offered. And the coffee was truly awful, with the only option of shelf-stable powdered creamer. (I'm not a coffee snob, I can tolerate some pretty terrible coffee normally. ) Thank goodness there was a Starbucks across the street. But overall, it was comfortable, welcoming, and I would probably stay here again in the future. Thanks Holiday Jones!

Good price, good location, was kinda loud (could hear pretty much all doors in the place being shut) but I can't complain too much. Empana place was dank.

Great location, good service, but unfortunately not very clean. The location of the hotel was great, with a good connection to the metro and many shops and places to go out around. The service was very friendly and nice as well. Unfortunately, the hotel was not very clean. While it is understandable that a shared bathroom will not be the cleanest, parts of it looked unhygenic. The sink had some unhealty looking coloring around the drain, plus some other minor things that added up to an unpleasant feeling in the bathroom. During our whole 4 day stay, our room was not cleaned once, nor was the trash taken out, which started to add up. Also, we found some underwear and an earplug that must have belonged to the occupants before us under the bed.

The Hotel is finely designed, the reception is really friendly and ready to help. The service is not the best. We've found some objects in our room, that belonged to previous guests I figure. Amongst those were women's underwear. The bathroom is get cleaned real fast, you can see some spots and hair everywhere even after it was cleaned. The breakfast was… Okay, I guess. Some bagels, jam, some cereal, kinda American. But I expected something more. Not for diabetes. The connection to the city is real good. You get a Blue Line Train just in 5 minute walk and the bus direkt at the door. There is a Starbucks, Jewels Osco and some good eatery in the walking distance.

My experience at Holiday Jones was GREAT! The people were nice, the room was clean, the bar up front was boffo and the breakfast was first class. I will definitely be back and I've told anyone who's going to Chicago to check out Holiday Jones.

Simple, comfortable, adequate, good area with good shops and cafes.

Wicker Park is said to be a dangerous zone, but I personally think it is quite good. The hotel only allows the guests to come in during late night. Staff are nice and helpful. This morning my room was freezing cold and then I asked them to give me an extra blanket and adjust my room temperature and they did. I will definitely come here again :-D.

I only needed a place to catch some shut-eye and that's exactly what I got for a realistic price. Nice! Clean, comfy and secure. ***** Don't want to hunt for street parking? I used the "Parking Wiz" app to find cheap parking, kitty corner, across the street from the hostel that you'd otherwise never know was there. Life is good.

The Hostel was in a great location with great staff. The only concerns I had were a few small items, namely cleanliness. First, the deadbolt on our private room didn't function. I'm not sure if this was intended or not but it would have been more reassuring to have it on at night. Second small issue was the shared bathrooms. While most of the dirt could be due to multiple people using the shower, there was some mold buildup in some areas. The bathrooms didn't seemed to get cleaned every day that we were there. Lastly, there was some brown buildup on the wall next to our double bed. I'm not sure if it was mucus or what, but I couldn't get it off with a paper towel. Overall I would stay here again, although I would opt for the private shower. Just a little more effort on the cleaning from the staff would have made this a 5 star location.

Extremely clean. Great staff. Very friendly. Your in wicker park which I'm from Toronto and it felt like I was in the annex. In other words the area was young and hip. Twenty minute walk to the downtown core. And a subway exit one block east.

Lovely staying. The hostel, the staff and the neighborhood are all great. Lots of bars, restaurants, and a great book store and vinyl store with old articles… I would surely recommend!

A great experience! Friendly staff, nice breakfast. The room was clean, the interiors are stylish. Location is also very good. The only complaint is the squeaking of the beds :-) takes some time to get used to.

Fun, cheap place to stay in the middle of wicker park with cool stuff around. Keep in mind it is a hostel, NOT a hotel. This means it's more like a dorm than a prepared room.

I stayed in a female room for a few days on budget vacation. I am a trans woman and I did not experience any problems with the staff or the other guests — — everyone was great. My roommates were very quiet and slept all the time, which was a little disappointing, as I was looking forward to meeting new people there and hanging out. Most of the people seemed to be assorted international types in their early 20s. (I'm 30 which made me feel slightly offbeat there, but otherwise I am really cool with international folks since I work at a university. ) There are plenty of groovy places to eat or drink that you don't find around the loop, etc. The Wormhole for coffee, Bangers & Lace for craft beer, etc. There's a nearby L train (blue line) in case you want to explore other parts of the city. (I am a wino and had a difficult time finding wine there, tbh…) Bring your own comb. Lock if you want to use the in room locker, because I don't think they provide them. The beds are metal frame, and the mattresses are encased in protective mattress covers in case of bed bugs.

Our family of 6 had a great time in Chicago staying at Holiday Jones. We had a nice clean room with 3 sets of bunk beds and a private bath. The staff were friendly and helpful. At most hotels our family would have needed an expensive suite or 2 rooms. The teenagers liked that Starbucks was right next door. Wicker park was a fun area to walk and shop. We will definitely stay here again the next time we are in Chicago.

. Great hostel in a great neighborhood. Safe and secure, a variety of places to eat drink and shop in wicker park and only 15 mins away from downtown via CTA. Rooms and bathrooms were clean. Comfortable beds, Wifi works well. Breakfast provided was simple but adequate. Staff was available 24/7 to address any concerns, quick and efficient service at check in and check out. It is a backpacker hostel so don't expect hotel standard facilities. It's the best deal a budget traveler could hope for.

The hostel is really well located, right next to a long street full of bars and shops! (and a subway station). Staff is really friendly and helpfull, employees can give you a lot of good informations. Rooms are so clean! The common area is really big, with huuugeee sofas and a huge TV! You've got everything you want to cook your own food if you want to. Breakfast is free in the morning (and I promise you won't start your day with a half filled stomach ;) )

I had a very pleasant stay at Holiday Jones. The staff members were very friendly and I shared some great conversation with several of the lobby attendants. My room was clean and spacious and the beds were quite comfortable. I had no trouble with the shared bathrooms, as there was always one accessible considering there are multiple on each floor. They were cleaned regularly by friendly staff and toiletries (soap, hand towels, toilet paper) were always full. My only complaint is that the showers did not have any sort of surface to put my shampoo and soap on. Maybe add some shelving or suction cup holders for guests to use. The basement is a very groovy space with a great atmosphere and nice amenities. There are two, fast computers available for use and there is a nice TV to watch movies on. The kitchen area is large, clean, and easy to use. The fridge is shared between guests but it was not overstuffed since the hostel keeps up with their removal policy. Complimentary breakfast was not fantastic, but it was nice to have nonetheless. (Bagels, coffee, cereal, and tea were the offerings) Other notes: The 5411 Empanada shop located at the front entrance is fantastic. Try one! Wifi wasn't super fast but it was better than a lot of places I've stayed (ask to connect to the empanada place's Wi-Fi… that connection seemed to be better on the second floor) Location is great and Division St. Is Hip and Happening. The cookie they gave me when I checked out was delicious!

The friendliness, helpfulness, and knowledge of the staff overshadowed any small problem or inconvenience I experienced. A fantastic budget option close to the subway and a quick ride downtown. A great value considering the free continental breakfast and Wi-Fi.

Overall, we (myself and three other guests) had a great time at Holiday Jones and were very pleased. First three points of criticism, then the praise. Since no outside towels are permitted, it seemed strange that each guest only received a single towel; an additional washcloth or towel would have been nice. Secondly, the pillows were oddly thin. That alone wasn't an issue since they folded easily for doubling-up, but two of our guests with dust allergies also developed allergic symptoms after a night using the pillows. Some sort of hypoallergenic pillow casing might help here. Thirdly, the breakfast was a little lacking. To be fair, it was exactly as advertised: bagels, cereal, oatmeal, coffee, and tea. Also having juice to drink, fruit, yogurt, granola, etc. Would be a nice addition. Now for the praise! All of the staff we interacted with were friendly and helpful. Our room, the kitchen/lounge, and the common bathrooms were all quite clean, and the nightly rate was incredibly good. When we inquired about parking, we were sent a helpful map of the area with all of the free parking on surrounding streets highlighted. Much appreciated! The location was also superb: lots of nice restaurants/bars plus a Blue Line subway stop all within walking distance. The empanada shop in the same building is a great (and delicious) touch. We absolutely loved our stay at Holiday Jones. The place was very clean and the wash rooms and showers were very nice. The free breakfast was quite varied with cereals and bagels etc. There was also plenty of room to keep your own food in the fridge. Hotel staff were friendly and accommodating. They offer many things like blankets free of charge, unlike other hostels. Also, there is a cute cafe at the bottom that sells amazing empanada's (don't go there without trying one) and great coffee. We would recommend this hostel to anyone.

Unlike a lot of places I looked to stay at Holiday Jones was flexible with my schedule and I was able to check-in late since my flight didn't get in till 11pm. It was really easy to get to and from public transportation and is in a really neat neighborhood. Lots of neat restaurants nearby. The room was clean, nice and simple. Exactly what I needed and more than I expected for the price. Common areas were very clean. Loved the decorating. There was access to computers as well which was an added bonus. I recommend Holiday Jones to anyone who is looking for a hosteling experience.

Great hostel in a great location. Very close to the CTA for downtown and O'Hare and the local area has lots of nice bars and restaurants. Rooms are clean and comfortable as are the showers. Breakfast is good including bagels, cereal and coffee. The only thing stopping me giving it 5 stars is the lack of personal lights by the bunks and plug points in the rooms which I have been used to from other hostels I have stayed in.

The staff were nice and very helpful even as far as directions & helping you when you had problems. The rooms are clean and made comfortable this hostel close to a lot of things which makes it easier to get around town the night life is also great on the street with restaurants of all kinds right down the road as well as banks wallgreens CVS etc. Big luggage and arrive early? Nob worries they will store it for you before and after check in which is very convenient. Will definitely reccomend to anyone and will return again with friends too!

I stayed in one of the dorm rooms. The beds were not very comfortable, and squeaked whenever you moved, so I felt like I was waking the other guests up. The pillows were not supportive, and the towels were not soft at all. The breakfast was decent, though! I would like to see some fruit or something as an option. Despite anything "negative, " (I realized this post makes it sound like a bad stay) I still loved it and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again! The staff was friendly and helpful, and 5411 Empanadas and coffee shop was awesome!

What an incredible secret in Chicago. We were pleasantly surprised by the super friendly staff and the accommodations. If you are looking for a full service hotel, this isn't the place. If you are looking for an affordable way to stay in the city this place is for you. The rooms were well kept and clean, bathrooms too. The area around the hostel is very friendly indeed. A starbuck across the street. A kicking nightlife, and Sunday brunch to beat all Sunday brunches. Thanks Holiday Jones for making our trip to Chicago AWESOME. We will definitely be back. I call this the best kept secret in Chicago.

Holiday Jones was a good experience from beginning to end. The staff there were very helpful and the hostel itself was cosy and clean. There were a few noises from other guests at night time, but I wouldn't put that against Holiday Jones. There was a good breakfast buffet that was well stocked and the kitchen was equipped well and it was possible to make homemade food for yourself if going out wasn't your thing. It felt very secure and was close to the blue L line which made it extremely handy to travel to and from O'Hare. If I had to recommend a hostel, this would definitely be it. Happy I found it.

It was one of the most comfortable hostels I have stayed in. People were wonderful, extremely clean and very very accessible. Would recommend in a heartbeat. Chicago was made all the better because of my wonderful stay here! P. S the kitchen has a cabinet called free food, I left some noodles there! Enjoy.

Cozy, comfortable, and clean! Good free breakfast (cereals, bagels, cream cheese, pb&j, oatmeal) and friendly staff! Location is great, downtown in 10 minutes and well connected! Lockers in the room (fit carry-on suitcase) and small dorms! Good Wi-Fi, great area for bars and restaurants. Will come again on our next stay in Chicago.

We stayed at Holiday Jones from 5 to 8 September 2014. It was a very nice stay, very friendly, very friendly and very friendly. The ratio quality / price is very reasonable. Hygiene, cleanliness and atmosphere were the most correct. The staff was friendly. We will return without fault. Very friendly. Driss cherif.

These guys were great. Really friendly and gave a lot of good advice on places to eat and drink. Wi fi was available but a bit slow. Other than that no complaints.

As hostels go, this is a great one. The rooms are clean and well-furnished, everything is new. The decor is modern and interesting. Bathrooms were clean and fully functional. I realize it is a hostel, so I'd expect some noise, but we happened to stay for New Years Eve and it was especially loud — that is my only reason for not giving it 5 stars. For our first night there was peaceful and calm. The location is super conveniently located a block away from Blue Line, so the whole city is easy to get to with a subway pass. Definitely recommended.

There were 8 of us from 5 countries (Japan, Germany, France, India and America) staying in Chicago for a Fall break. 1 older couple and 6 college-age individuals. We took the Blue Line CTA Division Street Connection and easily walked to the Hostel. We arrived the morning of Oct 12, 2013 and stayed 2 nights. It was the weekend of the Chicago Marathon and everyone was booked Oct 11th, even HJ, but we were able to stay the 12-14th thankfully. Holiday Jones had just opened 2 weeks prior and already had a full house. The accommodations were great. The first night 3 of us stayed in a private room with a shared bathroom. The bathroom was clean and well taken care of between the guests. Then we stayed in an ensuite bathroom the second night. The five others had 2 joined rooms with an ensuite bathroom. All of our experiences were very good. Breakfast was easy and friendly. There were people from all different countries. Oatmeal, cereal and bagels for breakfast when we were there, a great amenity for the low prices. Everyone at the front desk was welcoming and helpful and went out of their way to serve our needs. The front foyer room was great to sit at the table and hang out or sit in the soft chairs and visit with other guests. Well done, Holiday Jones on Division St. — Chicago! We'll be back! Suzanne.
