Very friendly staff, clean room, comfortable bed… walking distance to everything!

Very nice place and central location in downtown Chicago can walk around the downtown.

Was here for 2 hours and had the worst experience I’ve ever had at a hotel. Whole building is FREEZING and the heaters don’t work properly. We had to leave because when voicing our concerns we were treated like crap. THEN they decided they wanted to keep our money for the room we didn’t stay in. What a wonderful way to treat customers!

Very basic rooms comfortable beds it’s very clean but there portion hand wash and body wash is worth the money. Really quiet peaceful atmosphere.

I would not recommend this place to anyone. It looks nice when u walk in and thats only to distract you from how creepy the rooms look. They look like a hospital room. The man at the front desk was not friendly either. The ghetto motels look better than this one. I dont reccomend anyone ever goes here its just a bad vibe the place sets off.

Stayed at private room with our daughter. Loved the twin bunk bed above our queen. Comfy bed, spacious accommodations, clean, great toiletries, water temp & shower heads. Great location. Walked to restaurant, our show. Not the quietest-but you’re in Chicago! You are in a city. Friendly helpful staff. Great vibes. Communal kitchen lounge. Definitely would stay here again.

Booked through Expedia. Seemed cheap. For the nice pictures and space. The clerk said apparently there was an error which we were misinformed about with expedia which already was supposed to cover our stay. So she downgraded us into a crammed hot room with absolutely no windows or ventilation, and a humid smell. Paid over a $150.00 and an Expedia charge of $68.00 which I haven’t even gotten back yet. Plus parking which you have to pay and walk pretty far for.

Lovely rooms, my dad pointed out the door doesn't lock though, there is a inside lock but the electronic lock and knob lock didn't work. It is fairly small, but it worked well for my family (mom dad & me) The kitchen lounge and access to the bar was nice, everything looks very modern and well decorated. On the cons, parking is a bit of a pain, you have to pay extra ($24 for 24 hours) and you have to walk a bit to get to the hotel.

The hotel is great. We booked a private queen bed. Our room was clean and modern. The staff was friendly and professional. There is a coffee shop in the lobby and the location itself is great. Parking on the other hand… not so good.

The queen room I stayed in was very basic and small. There was a small desk with one chair and a shower (no bathtub) in my room. The bed and pillows were very comfortable and much better quality than I expected. There was no free coffee or coffee maker anywhere in the hotel, but they do have a little coffee bar on the main floor that opens in the morning, but closes in the early afternoon. If you want to bring food, there is a community kitchen on the main floor, which looked like it had basic cookwear, just no coffee maker. The lower level had a game room with lots of comfortable seating and some board games. The printer on the main floor was not working, during my stay, but the guy working at the front desk was very helpful and offered to print whatever we needed from his computer/printer. Unfortunately, he would not be there all night so we ended up just going to 24hour print shop down the street. The parking situation was not ideal. The hotel has a discounted rate at a parking garage three blocks away. To leave our car in the garage (no exit and re-entry) we paid $24 a day. I liked that this hotel keeps their rates consistent so at the time of booking it was the cheapest queen room we could find downtown. If we had waited until the day we arrived in Chicago to book we could have stayed in a nicer hotel for less but we had no way of knowing if hotels would fill up or not so this was a pretty good value option. I also appreciated the friendliness of the front desk staff.

A super small room only fit the bed the price for what they offered is a scam it is better to stay in a cheap motel! Call to ask if they had parking and I was told that a block away when I went it was a private parking lot and paid an additional $100 for three days! I do not recommend it at all!

Very nice, clean, basic room. Only problem (not their fault) was some traffic signal buzz that kept me from sleeping with the windows open. Nice cityscape views, extremely friendly and helpful staff. Nice, eclectic, inviting lobby area I wouldn't mind just hanging out in. Relatively close to a wide variety of things to do. Looking forward to staying there again.

A true diamond in the rough! This place met ALL my expectations and more. I am so glad we chose this hotel! The staff are amazing and the location and environment is so plush and comfy. The decor is modern and hip, giving you a flirty and exciting space. The rooms are a bit too small for my liking, but, we made it work.

Perfect location! Friendly staff. Modern look and neat rooms. My only problem is no parking facilities. You have to walk 2 blocks down to SAFE PARK and pay 24$ per day after paying $467 for two nights stay at the hotel. Suggestion to the owner, please consider to install a coffee vending machine.

My friend and I needed a place to stay after the Saturday night Taylor Swift concert at Soldier Field, and I am so glad I was able to find this place! Even though I mistakenly booked us in two separate rooms, we still had a great experience. The front desk staff was friendly and welcoming, and the price was the best out of all the places I looked at. I will absolutely stay at Found again when I'm back in Chicago.

Great hotel. I'd highly recommend it! They have a huge kitchen. There's also a lounge downstairs. The beds are comfortable. Good sheets and pillow. Extremely clean. Well built, well managed property!

I stayed here in a shared room for two nights, and was extremely happy with my experience. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the rooms and facilities were very clean. It's in a great location (I specifically chose it because it was close to the Chinese consulate, and was able to walk there from Union Station) and you can't beat the price.

The hotel was beautiful and the staff was great! Surprisingly perfect and an inspiring view in the River North area. Great for students to sleep, study, and socialize. Rooms are very spacious with drawers underneath the bed, a desk to study, and a basement area to hang out in. Nice job!

I would have given it four stars, but feel compelled to get the overall score up into the positive. Simple and clean. Well worth the price for the neighborhood. Brand new safe wasn't set up for use yet, but otherwise, a flawless experience. Friendly staff. Great toiletries!

Nice brand new hotel in River North pretty easy to get to everything. Great restaurants in the area everything is within walking distance. Shared kitchen is a bonus rooms are on the smaller side but for the price it's worth it and no incidentals.

I had a great experience. Everything was extremely clean and classy. Perfect downtown location with lots to do within walking distance. Alex was very courteous and helpful, for he went above and beyond to answer all of my questions in depth and detail. I loved the community kitchen I was able to cook a nice dinner as they provide full sized stoves/ovens, refrigerators, a microwave and everything you need including utensils. I will most definitely be returning. I highly recomend staying here.

Great Hotel. Freshly and fully renovated. Prime location — close to the navy pier and the hard rock and other great bars and restaurants.

I was really pleased with this hotel. Super friendly staff, quiet rooms, and comfy beds, along with some really nice decor! I would have given it 5 stars if not for the fact that their website says their parking garage has in/out privileges when it actually doesn't Not an issue if you plan on using public transit, but a major pain if you're staying for a few days and need to drive.

This is the hotel which just started just now surely. A staff is working strenuously. And they're very kind. Various parts are still incompleteness, but this hotel would consist of this better. And when the bar in the underground and the next opens, the energy would go out more. I reinforce this inn where you can stay overnight reasonably with very good location sincerely. It's pleasant to return to this hotel some other time!
