Plenty of parking at this hotel. The property is really nice. They had a sleep comfort bed which is more the size of a full then queen as advertised. The shower pressure was excellent and the air conditioner was really cold. It was a great experience staying here!

There are far too many other great hotels in the area to have to deal with a rude front desk associate. On a Monday, with many rooms available, was stuck in a room with a spotlight outside the filthy window!
Hilton hotels always tend to be wonderful but this hotel is definitely lacking a good customer service staff.

Great service! All the staff was very friendly. The staff went above and beyond when we needed anything. The price of the room was really nice. I highly recommend them.

The bar had a few seats at the actual bar, but plenty of space at lower tables around the bar area. It was a good arrangement for the meeting I had there. Not too loud. Bartender could have been a little friendlier, but overall not too bad.

We are currently staying at the Hilton Garden Inn Addison and are beyond disappointed! We have stayed at MANY Hilton and Hilton Inn properties and have always raved about their customer service and hospitality. Upon check in, the front desk staff was extremely condescending and rude. We had an issue with being told breakfast was included in our stay as we are Hilton Honors members and when we asked a simple question, we were snapped at and made to feel as though we were in the wrong. Joanna was beyond unprofessional and made us want to leave and search for another hotel. The room is not even up to Hilton standards and it is just frustrating to see a company NOT care about their patrons. Although we have never complained at a Hilton property, we took over an hour out of our stay to call the Hilton customer service number. We were told they may possibly have a manager to speak to us within 72 hours. We will be checked out by then! So we are supposed to just stay here unhappy and let the big guys continue to treat us as "nothings"? Shame on you, Hilton!

I enjoyed my stay @ HGI. It was a nice place and the staff was very friendly. The "adjustable firmness" mattress didn't get soft enough. The meeting space was adequate for our conference of 25 plus.

Clean hotel with a decent gym offering. The rooms are nice and large. The bed are very comfortable. They have a full made to order breakfast (extra$). With a bar and dinner options at night. Easy to get to right off the highway. Nice staff. I will stay here again.

The reason I'm only giving 3 stars is because when I checked out, my father in law told them he was going to pay and then still charged my card. When I saw the charge of $156 pending in my bank I called them and asked them about it. When I called the next day, the girl daisy (she checked us out) said to me, "yeah I don't know what they're going to do about that, can I place you on a brief hold"? (The brief hold was 6 minutes). Then they get back on the phone and tell me they spoke with my father in law and I'll be getting refunded within 3-5 business days. Not sure how I got charged tho when I clearly saw them swipe the other credit card. Beautiful hotel tho and the rooms are nice! And breakfast is great!

Room was a bit musty this time. Second time here and well kept place overall. Rooms are well kept.

Great employees. Location and room size are fair. Older rooms and bathrooms especially, but they make up for it with service and in room accommodations like fridge and microwave, shuttle to nearby restaurants, and friendly staff.

The adjustable bed is fantastic, and I have the best water pressure I've had in a hotel room. It's clean, warm, and quiet, and the staff is wonderful. Enjoying my stay!

Beautiful decor and delicious brunch. The room was very nice. The pool and hot tub were dirty, so didn't use them. I was not told until check in that an additional hold would be placed on my debit card and stay on for 3 days after check out. Very inconvenient. The first shuttle driver was rude.

Rooms were clean, hotel staff was polite, helpful, and professional. The kitchen and servers were fast and breakfast was delicious all 4 days I was there. It's a great location right off of 355 and Army Trail.

Clean and quiet. Nicely decorated for the holidays and everyone was very polite. Just a way stop on our travels to family for Christmas so nothing special.

My father and I stayed the weekend. The "adjustable" mattresses, even on the softest setting were so hard that we both had our arms fall asleep (they're not on proper box springs or even separate wooden slats but instead just these wide boards that make it like sleeping on the floor). The next morning we were charged $12 a pop to dish up and serve ourselves their very underwhelming (not to mention cold) continental breakfast. My father found a piece of plastic in his eggs and the response he got was simply "oh, sorry about that". That night, the employees had decided to throw themselves a holiday party in the front lobby and lock the doors and so we were forced to walk around to the side in the rain. This place sucks.

We stayed her in early fall, it was wonderful! Breakfast is delicious. So were back again for the weekend, rooms are clean and comfortable, the hotel is very warm and welcoming! Thank you!

Ok'ish, if it haven't been for the road noise it would have been 4 stars. Very good rooms and swift service in the reception. The morning coffee is great.

First time staying here, and everyone is very friendly and accommodating. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the indoor pool and hot tub is nice to use while staying. The Garden Grille's breakfast is excellent, and we definitely enjoyed our stay, and we would stay here again. Thank you for a nice weekend!

This was my second time here and it did not dissapoint again. Very friendly, courteous and helpful staff. Clean rooms. Clean hotel. Amazingly comfortable beds. Cudos to the chef that made my grilled salmon dinner. The shuttle service is great. My one and only issue was that their little snack store closes at 10 p. M. I checked in 5 minutes later, was hoping to get a snack and some bottled water but couldn't. That said, I would definitely stay here again. Excellent value.

We are from somewhere that doesn't require you to be 21 to get a room. We didn't get informed of this rule and as a result weren't able to enjoy our trip. Drove 8 hours from the west end of iowa just to be denied a room and drive back. No compensation was given. The site should be fixed to warn you about this rule before you book.

The rooms themselves were very nice. Was there to spend the night after a wedding, and they even opened the room for us. The staff was super friendly. Had a great time.

Nice. Good coffee in the room. Clean. Beers were $6 a Bottle at the hotel bar. We picked up some beer at neighborhood store and were asked not to drink them on patio since the bar was open. Seriously?

Pillows were very flat. Full size beds or king. No queen. Traveling with teens makes life difficult with a full size bed. $13 for breakfast. Tiny pool. Not likely to choose another hilton garden inn. : (

The worst customer service experience ever. The management is extremely rude and unprofessional, reflecting in their staff and the upkeep of the hotel.

They have very thin walls. I could everything around me. But otherwise clean and friendly.

Quality hotel with very professional staff. Great made to order breakfast chefs and wait staff as well. If noise bothers you get a room away from 355. The wireless is pretty poor, recommend bringing an enet cable if you have to do anything serious.

Nice rooms, fridge and a pool are a nice plus. It's got a hot tub also.

I pulled in at 8:30pm very polite letting me know all the amenities room was impecable I could live here very friendly atmosphere keep up good work. PS want no bugs live in a bubble they hard to get rid of, nice job on trying to get rid of them I gueas he never had a ant problem it isnt like u planted them there dont let minor problem deter from staying could be worse could of been bed bugs.

I got here last night, and immediately noticed a couple of ants climbing around my desk. Didn't really think much of it, did some work, took a shower and went to bed. Very comfortable bed. This morning I wake up to a swarm of ants on my desk. I'm here on my laptop and I'm smudging out these little boogers at a rate of 3-4 per minute. I called the front desk about an hour ago, and they said they would "take care of it immediately". I asked if that meant another room, bug spray, etc. And they repeated they would "take care of it immediately". About half an hour had passed, I called the front desk to ask where these people were, and they said, again, they would "take care of it immediately". It's been about 15 minutes and I'm still waiting (and smiting ants). Maybe they're taking the "garden" theme a little too seriously but I'm not appreciating the bugs crawling all over my arms, laptop, and desk. Last time I stay here. FOLLOW-UP: Somebody did finally come to the room to clean, after I visited the front desk after a workout. Maid came and sprayed the walls and cleaned my desk, and a handy man came and sprayed the room with bug spray. Alas, later that night a few of the ants did make their way back. I received an email today from a member of the hotel apologizing, outlining the actions being taken to eliminate the issues, and offering complementary HHonors points to help remedy the problem.

For the price ($200) expected queen beds, got doubles; no complementary breakfast ($12.95/ person). And for a handicapped accessible room, it was very small and the towels are located way up above the shower head (yes, inside the shower).

I've stayed here for over a month. The staff was very receptive, and very helpful every time. I would recommend this place very highly. Also, the 601 Bar and Grill a few minutes away, is a very good sports bar.

AMAZING nothing I would change. If your looking for a hotel in addison or in the area this is the hotel you should come to, its quite, clean and they treat u amazing.
