I walked in the door to greetings. Such a wonderful place, huge, clean rooms.

Very polite staff, especially the evening staff.

Amazing front desk kid friendly clean accommodating cheaper brand new.

Although the hotel is very nice and the room was as well I find it ridiculous to pay $144 for a room and then have to stand outside and bang on the front door because it is locked and the desk clerk is wandering around like a moron. update on this review. This morning the staff made sure that we were taken care of and we are happy with our stay.

Booked for my wedding over the weekend they made it very special even with all the restrictions of Covid. Would recommend to anybody. Lovely staff!

Very clean inside and out. Breakfast is one of the best for a Continental breakfast. The staff is very helpful and kind. I stayed here for business, but would definitely stay on my own time also. Very nice hotel.

The hotel is great it has very modern design, the rooms are spacious and are clean. The hotel is so big I’ve stayed there a few time and still have not seen it all. My daughter and son in law stayed in the honeymoon Suite and loved it. The staff and management treats me like family. I recommend this Hotel yo everyone.

Do not recommend this hotel! Spent four nights there and three of them they did not change beds or bring towels (they forgot). When asked why and could they do it front desk lady said everyone is gone and cannot do it until morning (they said that prior nights to). Very loud place with barking dogs and parties going on floor until 3:00 am. Front desk said they would check it out but she couldn’t because she was the only one in building. Dirty beds, no towels, loud party hotel, no customer service, and poor supervision. Update: gal named Debbie who started work late afternoon was awesome and did the best she could even though she had nothing to do with the problems. A+ for employee Debbie!

Staff is very friendly and helpful. The queen suite is nicely made along with the breakfast. Beds arent as comfy as I would like and it takes a little bit to cool to my liking. Also the drapes that would darken room cannot be closed so there is way to much light in room in the evening.

The room is amazing! Brought my 3 grandsons with me. Rooms are very spacious. Being a GM of a Best Western Plus myself in Pontoon Beach Illinois I'm very impressed. All staff. Have been so accommodating. When you stay at a property besides your own, you tend to pick it apart but I must say I am. So impressed. The Gm & owners I am sure are very proud.

Great dog friendly hotel. We stayed overnight as we were passing through and the hotel looked brand new. We got a suite that was quite spacious for our family of 6. Breakfast was good with a lot of options.

Brand new property. Modern, spacious room with lots of USB ports. No bathtub but a very nice and super clean and spacious shower. My only complaint would be that the TV in the room was pretty tiny. Full workout room with weights. Nice outside patio and a spacious lounge area inside. Very friendly and accommodating staff. The place to stay in Centralia.

From the beginning to the end, everyone that we worked with was super friendly and amazingly nice. This hotel is a great addition to our Centralia community. Perfect for out of town guests and in town family fun nights! Gorgeously decorated with a local theme. Breakfast was a welcomed surprise, as we did not know it was included in the price and it was a full layout. WOW! Thank You for the memorable experience. We will recommend & return again for another "Girls Night Out"

The Best Western Plus Hotel in Centralia, IL. Is a diamond. Your hotel is decorated beautifully & the rooms are so inviting. Employees are so gracious & kind! Your breakfast is delicious. The muffins are great. I enjoy the pool with each of my visits. I will definitely be staying again & again!

My first stay at the Best Western in Centralia. It was fabulous! All the staff were so helpful and friendly. The whole place was first class! My grandkids loved the pool. They also loved the amazing breakfast. The decor was beautiful! I am from Michigan. My daughter and family are from the area. I usually stay in Mt Vernon. I will now be staying in Centralia when I come to visit! Thank you for your hospitality! (And I loved the mints everywhere! )

This place was awesome! Very clean, nice staff, good breakfast choices. Chocalate muffins to die for. Comfy beds, huge room. I'm super impressed. As a plus the night shift worker, Amanda, made our night. She was funny and friendly and goofy. That made 2 cars of very cranky people's night a lot funnier. I would stay here again if given the chance.
