Good job Canton. Nice place to stay… my only semi complaint was the room smelled smoke, but that was really minor. Good sleep and no ce breakfast.

To be honest, I’m very biased about hotels. I have a preference for IHG properties, but I’m happy I was able to stay here. The room I stayed in was clean, no roaches, no bed bugs just a lonely spider which was quite fine with me. The hotel looked older but seemed to be kept up with, the carpet was recently replaced and the paint looked good in the building. Inside the room the furniture was in great condition, very few stains on the floor, pillows, mattresses and bedsheets. Overall the stay was quiet comfortable and enjoyable. Free breakfast and Wi-Fi was a plus. The stay was good, I would suggest this location. Only downside is there is no elevator, but that’s not their fault.

I was very satisfied with my stay at the hotel. I stayed there for a week and a half and found the staff very professional and friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. I would stay there any time I need a place in Canton.

The hotel is located in a quiet part of town within a 10 minute drive of food and entertainment. The rooms are clean comfortable. The staff is amazing.

Very clean, and updated for the price. Shower heads are a little low on the wall but good pressure and soft towels! 5-5 would recommend.

DO NOT BOOK THROUGH EXPEDIA! I reserved a room in February and later in March found I wouldn't be needing the room. I referred to my Expedia email and it said I needed to contact the hotel directly for cancellation per the hotel's policy. I called the hotel and verbally cancelled and went on with life. Two months later I receive a $288 charge for two rooms on my bank card unexpectedly, so call the hotel to question the charges. When I called and spoke to Mr Patel, I was referred back to Expedia and told I needed to contact them directly, as the hotel has nothing to do with it. I call Expedia and they contacted the hotel and the hotel refused to refund my money. I am a single mother with 5 children and this unexpected charge has put in jeopardy my mortgage payment check that has already been written. The management here are uncaring and selfish to not even offer a partial refund for rooms that had already been cancelled and were never used.

The rooms are decent but nothing special. Room service is great and always trying their best. Laundy on site but the dryer sucks. They are getting new washer and dryer so that will be fixed. Great coffee and snack shop out front open early for your cup of joe before work. Front desk could work on manners. Not a busy hotel and everything you need is withing a mile of the place. Bar next door seems to be poppin but not disturbing. If you are here for work its a decent cheap place to stay.

This was a great place to stay as I was traveling for work in nearby Lewistown IL. The room was very clean and cozy and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. The cost for the night was more than fair and competitive. I'll wager it's the nicest place to stay in the larger area, so would definitely recommend staying here for nearby locations as well!

Best place to stay in small town, We stayed for one night, and feels like home. The room were very clean and hospitality of staff were five star definitely coming back whenever passing through Great job.

We have stayed at this hotel almost once a month for about a year and a half. It was nice but dated in some areas our first stay, just after the current owners acquired it, but always clean. We have watched the transformation of this hotel as the owners have updated everything from carpeting to furniture. Sachin Patel is always excited for us to see his latest improvements, clearly taking great pride in their work. The beds are very comfortable. I love the new furniture as it makes hooking up computers and charging phones much easier. The family and staff are very friendly… always… even though we are usually very late checking in the first night. Sachin and his family and staff have always gone above and beyond to handle any request we have had and have made every stay enjoyable. This place is a hidden gem.

It's ok, but the mattress is horrible. I would give them more stars if they would have spent more then $100 on the mattresses.

This hotel is newly remodeled. It's beautiful, clean and comfortable. The staff is friendly and helpful. Will continue to stay at this hotel when in the area.

There were ants all over my aunt's room and the owner refused to give a refund or even a comparable room! Also he blamed my aunt for bringing the ants. Sad we have been coming to this hotel for years because of a yearly family get together but since new ownership they may have improved the looks of the hotel but the customer service has declined drastically!

We found an obnoxious amount of ants in our room the second night. We had been gone literally all day at a family reunion. Owner refused to refund us or move us. While packing up our stuff, we found 3 sticky mouse traps. Gross! Disgusting. And horribly managed. He blamed us for the ants. Saying we spilt something to attract them. How did they get in? And how do you explain the mouse traps? I'd give a zero rating if I could. Also, it says non smoking but smells of smoke horribly.

This hotel was great. The people were very nice. The room was clean. The bed was very comfortable and the shower worked great! Our room definitely used to be a smoking room, could use some airing out. And whenever the AC kicked off it made a very loud scary sound. But that's definitely not enough for me to not recommend this hotel! The price was great as well. Don't waste your money to be 5 minutes "closer to town" on the harvester in. The Heritage Inn is still in town. Still really close. A great hotel for a great price.

Came in and the front desk worker was very personable and helpful. I was able to get a fairly cheap room the day of. The TV stand had easily accessable hookups if I wanted to plug my computer into the tv. What breakfast lacked in eggs, bacon, and the likes it made up for with a good selection of muffins, bagels, coffee cake, etc. Over all 3.5/5

The place is amazing, so cozy, home feeling, staff are friendly, rooms are best around town, great price, cannot go wrong, I love staying their, quiet, peaceful, I would give. More stars if I could.

Our family loves staying here and we do everytime we come down to visit family. Good location, updated rooms and friendly staff keeps us happy and looking forward to our stay.

I got in late and was only in for one night. In that time though the staff was extremely friendly and very helpful. The hotel was clearly remodeled but was done well. We asked for non smoking and we clearly got that. There was no residual smell of smoke what so ever. The breakfast did not include an over abundance of items but each item was good. For the price I feel this was a great place for a short stay.

Great rate, in town for work. Freindly staff and cookies at front desk. Nice big rooms, worth the drive to get away from the crowded Peoria area which is always booked.
