The worst hotel I've ever seen they complain about cleaning the rooms every other day. Brought us dirty towels. The rooms have a bad smell in them we should've just walked out and went somewhere else. Piles of poop on the walkway. Do not stay there you won't be happy.

Filthy, no bath tub plug, expired food at breakfast, run down, old fashioned metal keys.

A nice motel in Rockford. Has a nice big comfy bed, a nice sitting area for watching TV. Staff were friendly.

The toilet was screaming at me when we flushed it hole in wall in bathroom nasty dirty blanket won't be back.

I slept very well, also only like 70 bucks a night.

They are relatively new owners doing what needs to be done and the rooms are clean and on a quiet section of road. Good place for the nice rest.

Worst ever… hotel was pass dirty… nothing that a little Lysol could'nt take care off and this was inside and out. Unfortunately we had to stay… every hotel was full. The only thing good was the staff. I'm only giving it a one star because there is no negative star.

It was a quick overnight motel stay but the rooms very smelly and the bed sheets/ blankets were old. The breakfast was very minimal. For $65, it wasn't bad but next time, I would spend a little more, stay somewhere else. This is more of a motel than hotel.

Inexpensive hotel. You get what you pay for. All in all, good stay.

This hotel is one of the WORST hotels we stayed in this summer, and we stayed in hotels from chicago to L. A, I wouldnt recommend this hotel to my dog, it stunk, I didnt even get under the sheets. DONT waste your money… 8/5/2017… if I could give it a zero I would, a one star is too good for it.!

Good value for money spent. They have us two towels and we're still waiting for the others. Breakfast is a no. Just one tray of donut holes and one bag of bagels.

Nasty bathroom. Tiny tube tv. Dirty room. Should have stayed at motel 6 instead. For $70!

I was looking for something cheap for a few nights and that is what I got. The deadbolt on the door only went in half way. The chain lock was bolted to the frame of the door with tiny screws and obviously been pulled out many times as it was just hanging there and several times I had to put it back up. For the shower the cold water was hot and the hot water was cold. The volume on the TV didn’t work and you could barely hear it. The continental breakfast was bad. The pastries were dry and hard, the milk was warm and smelled funny, the OJ I think was OK but warm, and the cereal tasted like cardboard. It is an Indian run hotel and the lobby/eating area had very strong incense burning. I kinda liked it but anyone with asthma or respiratory issues would have had a hard time breathing while checking in or out. I had a different complaint with them that went on for many months and they were rude and unprofessional and the cooperate office was no better. And the photos that you see are doctored up to make it look better.

Under construction but 4 stars for the price. Everything was good, bed comfy, big flat screen tv, large room updated paint, friendly staff. Cons: door painted with wrong type of paint and some peeling but no biggie. Towels just good enough but could use an update also. Didn't try breakfast. For the money it's clean and comfy. Stay here.

Very friendly staff and very low price! The room was clean and comfortable, no problems whatsoever. The owner also gave us a very helpful short-cut to the highway. Highly recommend this place.

Although decoratively outdated, America's Best Value Inn truly is one of the best values. My business partner and I have stayed at many hotels across the country, and this is one of the best for your dollar. The hotel manager our evening was Raj, and he was extremely cordial and nice. He seems to know how to treat his guests, and after many Motel 6's and Super 8's, this was indeed a breath of fresh air. Overall, a great — no, fantastic place to stay.
