This is an under-cared for establishment. The staff seems to have a very lackadaisical approach to interacting with patrons, cleaning, and managing the facilities. This could be a decent place to stay but it's not cleaned effectively. During my stay, the fire alarms went off at 11pm, then 1am, then 2am, then 3:30am… absolutely unacceptable. The night prior I had to listen to unruly guests having some sort of party at 3am. The staff seem to lack control within their own establishment. I would recommend staying elsewhere, but if you need to stay in Beardstown your options are limited.

Friendly service and clean. A little noisy out in hall after 1:30am though.

America's best is not owned by Americans imagine that, u can tell they don't wash the linens like they should.

Hotel smells of deodorizer as they are trying to cover up cigarette smell. Stains on comforter and holes in blankets. Bed was hard. Pool was drained. Bath towels were disgusting. White towels that have turned brown with spots. Walls thin. Desk clerk was nice.

Since it's nearly the only hotel in the area we had to stay there. Do not eat the continental breakfast. It is all old and stale. The mini doughnuts were rocks. You will break a tooth. It is nice to be able to smoke in the rooms. The rooms are okay. But you might consider a hotel farther away that is nicer. The pool isn't filled and even if it was I would not go in.

First walked in hall to go to room & smelled heavily of cigarette smoke. Room was clean. Nice desk clerk. Advertise breakfast 6-9. Went at 8 & nothing was set out. Juice & coffee wasn't even available. Ask desk clerk about breakfast, was told not enough people to set out breakfast items. If don't want to serve breakfast, don't advertise it.

Outdated but owners are very accommodating. Indoor pool. Breakfast is toast, muffins, juice, freezer waffles.

Rooms old outdated. Place is very dirty. Find somewhere else if you can.

The service is very good the rooms are okay A little outdated. The beds are not super comfortable but they'll do in a pinch very good price if you just looking for someplace to sleep it's good.

The place neat, nice and clean. Big issue I found was breakfast only has cereal.

We've been coming here for years, it seems to be that the upkeep is not going so well and getting more run down, from Grime in the interior & exterior of building, it's slowly falling apart, and holes in the bed linen, to old carpet, I'm surprised the plumbing still works, grundgy! you're better off staying somewhere in a newer Hotel and make it worth your while!

I woke up at 5:30 and went down to eat breakfast and seen the owner of the hotel was setting up breakfast asked him ask nicely to bring out the milk to and immediately started yelling at me saying breakfast wasn't until 6 the rooms were disgusting and the air conditioner barely works all around not worth the money to stay here I would sleep in my truck before I pay to stay here again.

I have stayed at several Abv hotels and had great stays and luck with them. But the beards town location needs some work, it was 200 degrees when you walked in the door to check in and the room was that way for the first hour. They had just turned the rooms air on, semi clean. Pool was closed. I think next time I will look in to the budget inn.

Charged me an extra day. Now won't even answer the phone. Rude Rude Rude. Refund my money!

Mold in the showers, water pressure is low, owner is rude. Decent lodging if you aren't stuck in a smokers room however.
