One of the cleanest, nicest hotels ever! Staff is friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Breakfasts offer a wide variety of choices. The pool is clean. The rooms are always clean and beds are comfortable. Just an overall wonderful place to stay!

Very enjoyable experience. The staff are helpful and friendly. There are so many options for breakfast you are sure to find many things you like. I am a vegan and was surprised to find almond milk as one of the drinks available at breakfast. Truly enjoyed our stay.

Nice room, pool was fun. Very friendly staff. Recommend the Hen House nearby for breakfast. Although Continental breakfast did look good. Forgot to add that the woman who cleaned our room found a pillow we left behind and ran out right away to catch us before we left. Awesome service, that took the rating to a 5! Thanks!

I would highly recommend this hotel. The staff is amazing! The breakfast is first class. The hotel has a "home-like" atmosphere. The rooms are very clean & comfortable. I feel very safe here. I will always come back to BWP in Arcola, IL.

This hotel turned out to be much nicer than I expected. We stayed July 12-13th. The room was large and well-furnished, with comfortable beds. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially Dana, who fixed our delicious, fresh scrambled eggs in the morning. And speaking of breakfast, it was much tastier than you usually find at other hotels that advertise hot breakfasts. It included some local specialties, such as apple butter and salsa made nearby, and we found that we couldn't leave without buying a few jars from the little hotel shop to take home with us. The cleanliness and decor were spot-on, not just in the room, but also in public areas like the pool and breakfast area. If we return to this area (and we might, since we enjoyed Aikman Wildlife Adventures so much) this Best Western Plus will definitely be where we'll stay.

Small community with an above the average hotel. On the edge of town. Quiet. Fields and a pond surround. Beautiful set up. Back patio — — though there were no chairs setup out there. Very happy with out stay for 3 days. Most importantly it was the best set up hotel room we have ever stayed in for a wheelchair bond person. Everything was done right!

Nice hotel that was very clean with refrigerators and microwaves in room. Nice inside heated pool. Staff was very curtious. Quiet place no very busy and in a safe area. Normal check in and check out times but they really dont like for you to do a late check out.

One of my favorite hotels in rural areas. The staff are top notch and the hotel is very modern and clean. We stay here every time we are in the area.

Nicest Best Western I have ever stayed. Great beds and clean. Better then some of the Hiltons I have stayed in.

Perfect Stay could not have asked for anything more. The hotel was extremely clean, well decorated, comfortable bedding, good food, polite staff, no issues with the wireless service. This is a very nice hotel and I highly recommend it, great value for the money.

Newer hotel. Very clean. A few poor equipment choices resulted in broken switches on lamps and the Cat-5 Ethernet jacks were not hooked up but that's pretty minor. Very pleasant staff. We only stayed one night but it was above average for Best Western and we would recommend it. Breakfast was a bit better than typical BW.

Nice room. Evening staff was nice. Was not able to use the fitness room. Nicer than normal breakfast.

We came in for state track meet, very nice place. Clean, great breakfast, with hot items and burrito bar, plus all the other options. Kids loved the donuts too.

The high-pitched buzzing noise in our room prevented me from sleeping well. The hotel receptionist did not react well. She thought our hearing must have been exceptional since she couldn't hear the noise.

Really nice place and the lady that checked us in was really friendly. The other one the next morning wasn't really. Their breakfast was pretty good, nice having some real fried eggs. I wished they'd have let me stay a little longer than 12 cuz my baby was half sick. I didn't want to pay for another night. We don't have a $100 lying around. The place seemed to be completely empty so I doubt they needed that room.

Excellent, clean hotel. Stayed here many times and will continue staying here in the future. Staff is always friendly, price outstanding for the quality of the room and breakfast.

We had a 3 day weekend family reunion at this Hotel! there were family from Indiana, Iowa, Michigan as well Illinois. This hotel was clean and very accommodating staff. Great breakfast and the rooms were clean and the bed was very comfortable! They provided us areas to eat for that area. Each place we stopped at provided great service and food. There is an Amish community close to this hotel and there are very interesting things to do and see and very good food!

Great location, far away from any large city nearby. Breakfast was good, rooms were great, they were very clean. And the staff was very nice.

We had a wonderful room. It was the first room on the left… 116. The room was clean and the bed was perfect.

We have stayed in the Green Mill Best Western several times now. It is always clean and the employees are friendly and helpful. We will stay here again next year when we come to the area.

Pet Friendly rooms need more attention, along with cleaning of carpets and bathrooms along with bedspreads replaced after each stay with dogs. Need to offer pet friendly suites so you have more room and can be comfortable.

Very pleasant stay! We are picky travelers, but don't want to spend a lot of money for a road trip overnight stay. This place is just off the freeway, very safe, close to typical fast food and gas station. Has a small pool (that we didn't know about so didn't have time to use), very spacious rooms that are clean. No smoking or pets which is a plus for us as our child is allergic to dander. Beds are a little soft for my taste but I woke up rested and not sore. Beautiful hotel, felt like we were paying more than we did which is always great. Overall we were comfortable and not stressed and our small children were in great spirits and slept well. (when mommy and daddy are happy, kids are happy! ) Icing on the cake is they have a FANTASTIC breakfast! Was able to find allergy friendly items for my little guy and he actually ate! We hope our ovenight stop lands here next time we travel!

We love staying at this Best Western. It has such a nice atmosphere. I was happily surprised at the allergy friendly breakfast items. Almond milk, regular eggs (not powdered). Also gluten free items. It was great to be able to eat a nice breakfast like everyone else. Those little details make a huge difference. Great service at front desk too. The carpet as you exit the elevator on 3rd floor could use some cleaning and the mattress was on the overly soft side. Not good for a bad back. Overall a great place to stay.

The CLEANEST hotel we have ever stayed at. The most efficient and friendliest staff imaginable! We tend to gravitate toward clean, safe accommodations. Once we find something that works… we will always return. Lorri… at the front desk… AMAZING!

Hotel is comparable to a higher class hotel. Super friendly & professional staff. Very comfy beds and clean feeling. Would rather stay here than higher class hotel even if it was same price. That says a lot! Hotel seems new in May 2017

Wonderful, great facility, friendly, great breakfast, rooms were really nice.

Dirty rooms. Found garbage under the couch and dressers. Beds were super uncomfortable. Definitely not worth $140 a night.

Excellent all around establishment. Fantastic breakfast, friendly staff, cleanest rooms I have seen, and very affordable. Pool was clean and warm and the exercise room was adequate. Ample parking and close to the highway. We stayed a week, and the staff respected all our requests and they were quick to address any of our questions and concerns. Will be staying here every time we visit Arcola and Tuscola in the future. Thanks for a great stay!

Everything was really nice from the rooms to breakfast. Staff was hospitable. But what I appreciated the most, being 6'4", was the shower head. Most of the time I have to bend over to wash my hair, but the shower head was at least 6.5 feet high in the well proportion bathroom.

My home away from home whenever I visit my granddaughter. Rooms are always immaculate. Prices are amazing, and it's just one of the most comfortable hotels I've stayed in at this price point.
