The grounds are beautiful, the staff is always friendly, and the location is great and centrally located for all sorts of family stuff.

I’ve been staying at the Blue Water Resort since I was a little girl. Just had my first trip back since covid and it was amazing! As usual the staff goes above and beyond, everyone from the front desk, the young men helping on the beach, the restaurant staff, etc always have a smiling face happy to help and see you there!
During the hard times of covid, me and my sister would text each other an remind each other “brighter days are ahead! The blue water still exists! ” The blue water will always be my safe and happy space. Thank you to the staff for making such a wonderful place to go to for 30 years. Highly recommend ❤️☀️

The rooms are nothing to write home about but you are paying for the location as it is just perfect! The beach is amazing and so is the beach staff. Love this place.

This was our first trip to Cape Cod and the Blue Water Resort was absolutely perfect. The hotel is steps away from the beach with a pool that overlooks the ocean. The staff was AMAZING. Starting with Kristen, who went above and beyond in every way possible, to the guys at the beach who dug through bins of towels when I lost my cellphone, to the cleaning crew that happily delivered clean towels each morning. We will definitely be making reservations for another unforgettable trip next summer!

Everything! So beautiful. Don’t have to carry chairs, towels. The people that work there bring everything to where u want to sit. The water is so warm. Plenty of room. I’m looking forward to going there next summer.

Front desk staff could learn how to treat guests properly. Check in was a nightmare. Not because of Covid and social distancing, but because of the poor service skills of the front desk.
What a disappointment our stay was this summer. Faulty smoke detector in my son's room kept them awake. Maintenance told them to, "keep their ocean view door closed" as it was "humid" outside. What? For 2 days of our vacation the smoke detector would go off randomly for sometimes 30 minutes or more. Several calls to fix it. Had to be completely replaced. Should have been fixed the first time we called down! Showers were always backed up in one of our rooms. They didn't fix that issue either.
I will say the beach staff were outstanding! both the bar staff, and the young men helping guests with chairs on the beach, were so courteous and helpful.
I have stayed in several resorts over the years. This one was a huge disappointment! We will never stay at a Red Jacket agiain.

What a great resort! Felt like I was on an island STAFF AMAZING.

The place is beautiful. We absolutely loved it here. However it was extremely annoying that almost every time we came back to the room our room key did not work. I had to go down to the office to get a new one MANY times. I even kept the key away from my phone and debit cards as suggested and still didnt work.

Great place… beach is wonderful… outside bar food and fun.

What a beautiful resort and beach. Friendly, attentive staff, beautiful facilities, great outdoor pool, superb indoor pool and hot tub. The beach is stunning and quiet and private.

We stay every September for our annual girls' weekend. Such a beautiful setting, super nice staff and the perfect spot for a fun, relaxing getaway.

First time at Cape Cod and I don’t even know where to start — so many good things to say! If you’re from an aggressive, stressful place and need a refresher this is the place to be! We were a party of 7 (5 adults and 2 kids) and the resort definitely had something for all of us to enjoy — there were activities all day for the kids (enjoyed the bonfire and marshmallow roasting a lot) and a beach side bar for the parents! Staff is super friendly. Amerie and Barbara are only the few that I remember by name but I cannot say any negativity on the others! It being a private beach made it extra special, our children made friends. The room were spacious and clean, service staff and vire at bar was on point, location was great (there were great restaurants nearby, we tried The Pancake Man and Skipper Restaurant and Chowder House which I would give 5 stars for food and service as well). Remember to get an ocean view room, it’s breathtaking! Also, we may have had a little problem with other tourists — no need to mention whole story since management handled it right away, professionally. Thank you so much Blue Water Resort staff! You made our trip such a memorable experience. See you all next year!

It's like living on the beach with two pools, hot tub, food, entertainment, and access to the other resorts. Additional Cape dining and entertainment is minutes away. The resort is a family — friendly place. Great for kids. Great fun. Very nice service staff too. Year 2 for us.

After searching for the perfect getaway in the Cape I found this precious gem of a resort that compares to a mini aruba. The staff and accommodations were amazing as well as the beach where there was sun and constant wind which was amazing and so relaxing. The ocean front rooms are the way to go but am sure where ever you stay will be just as beautiful. You have access to all amenities in all of the red jacket resorts while you stay which is a great perk. We will be back again.

I have lived in Myrtle Beach almost three years and Work for Beach Vacations as well we used to have 2 or three units there and I work for Horizon Rentals and helped refurbish and design several unit Blue water Resort is a wonderful place for several reasons The staff is great The security is great the immenities are what is best the oceanfront deck and pool the hot tubs and don’t forget the Bluewater Cafe food and drinks are best love that place if you are looking for great ocean view and ocean front look into Horizon Rentals in myrtle beach if you are looking for a golf vacation check out Beach Vacations.

They have a wonderful private beach that's really easy to get to if you're staying at one of their sister hotels. The indoor and outdoor pools also look great. Can't speak for the hotel, as we stayed at Blue Rocks, owned by the same company.

Staff were great, very friendly. Hotel is very clean and the rooms were large. As much as I recommend the hotel and will probably stay there again, I strongly discourage the restaurant Jonah's pub if you have any food allergies. The waitress asked the bartender if I could eat anything and then assumed my order was okay, never told the chef and I was served a plate full of what could have made me sick.

Not a bad place. It's not luxurious, but you're not paying for luxury. Right off, the place needs an overhaul. It's not a dumpy pit stop either! Very importantly the rooms were clean. I did notice the occasional cigarette on the ground and plastic wrapped outside on the ground. However, there's a nice inground pool that was also kept clean along with a jacuzzi. The pool offers free towels. Men's and women's changing rooms. The rooms are walking distance to the private beach. The beach was kept very clean. There's a restaurant and bar, neither of which was busy so we opted local restaurants. Theres an outdoor bar that overlooks the beach that was in service. The local restaurants in the area are driving distance by 3 to 5 minutes and they were excellent! Try the Skipper! There's tourism spots all starting in range of a literal 5 minute drive.

Stayed for three nights last week and can't say enough good things about this place! The room was very clean and the view of the outdoor pool and ocean beyond was amazing. Staff was very responsive to any questions we had, and super friendly. It was a relief to stay somewhere where the staff actually seem to enjoy their jobs. We will definitely be back!

Great location. Good rooms. Pricey. Parking spaces are extremely narrow. If you manage to park a car larger than Toyota Corolla, it is very challenging to get out of the car. Overall great place. Service is good, location is the best, outdoor heated pool, indoor pool, private beach.

Right on the beach with all the amenities and full access to all resort offerings. Best bang for your buck.

It’s beautiful place it’s right on the ocean they have a beautiful view from the front rooms and they also serve good food and they have a big variety of drinks at the beach. Also they have beach staff they are very hard-working and polite and respectful. The food area and the dinner it’s OK is not something special. They do a bunch of events around the summer which is great they have a a lot of things for kids like kids corner and they play all kids games. This year we do not like the managers of the place and they were not respectful and they did not know how to do their job.

Visited during the off season, so it was nice and quiet. Private beach access is a plus. Lots of shells to collect on the beach! Not a fancy place but it’s nice to be right on the beach.

Had a Awesome experience here! :) Room was directly on the ocean, with a Full breakfast! :) Best hotel Ever! :) Manager was alway's around asking if we needed anything, very attentive! :) he even put the fireplace on for us cause he overheard we like fireplaces! :) Room was exquisite, Very Clean and Elegant! I cannot wait to go there again!

I would moat defiantly stay here again are son loved it exp the other side he enjoyed the little kid play area they had toys on the beach for kids a boxed in sand box with toys chairs wherw already pulled out so u just had to grab one and put it where you want we went during off season so it was nice an peaceful and relaxing I will definitely be coming back to this hotel again!

Beautiful view from the ocean view rooms. Love that the beach is just a couple steps away with lounge chairs to relax on either directly on the beach or up top looking over the beach. Decent sized pool with an outdoor bar. Friendly and accommodating staff and much better than the resorts offered on the main street.

The rooms weren't anything special but nothing to complain about. It's the location that makes this place worth visiting. Being able to walk right out into the beach or the pool is huge.

Just stayed there for 8 days and it was amazing. Very clean rooms. Services in room was impeccable. Beautiful view of water and prestine beach. Loved the music, children movie night, beach party night all so much fun for the family. From towel service at beach to outside patio bar and restaurant, everything you need is at your fingertips. Loved the pools and especially the hot tub. Highly recommend to anyone with or without a family. You won't be disappointed.

We loved it here. Right on the beach! They have tons of activities for the whole family. They have a kids club in the morning which was great for my kids. They made friends that we would run into throughout the week.

Just returned from a vacation at Blue Water Resort and we could not be more pleased with our experience there. The staff is friendly and very helpful. The place is neat and in great condition. The outdoor and indoor pools were very clean and the hot tub was just wonderful. The maid staff did a fantastic job. We are definitely planning another trip there soon. This place was the best part of our vacation on the Cape. Watching the sun rise and set on the beach was lovely. On top of all that, they were so nice to our dog! Great job staff at Blue Water!

Came here off season for the weekend. Its your standard hotel (so don't expect anything crazy). We had a comfortable stay in the hotel room. There is a jacuzzi and heated pool, but we didn't use it. The beach is literally feet from the hotel. I bet its a fun place to stay during the summer months.

Great stay, staff is excellent. Indoor pool was beautiful but most of all the sunset and sunrise at this location is breath taking. Love this place.

Earlier this month my husband and I spent 3 nights at Blue Water Resort. It's a great property, right on the beach, clean, comfortable, great bar and wonderful customer service. The entire staff was super friendly and helpful. They all seemed to go above and beyond what we expect at a hotel normally! We can't wait to go back, next time with the kids. They have wonderful activities for kids each day.

Excellent customer service? clean rooms? No longer so, at the Blue Water in W. Yarmouth! We've been going to BW for over 10 years. Beware… huge difference now since two years ago. Perhaps new management? VP of Red J's unknowledgeable. Property manager rude as can be. Promised me an email response in 24 hrs with NO avail. (Assist. Manager was a doll! ) Between all my families bills (staff had no idea how to even check us out! ) total was over $4, 000.00. No internet on the property. Asked us to call their provider to fix… Rooms 228 and 226 was infested with mildew! Reporting to health dept as well as chamber of commerce. People from the neighborhood permitted to use resort's chairs, umbrella's and towels. Chairs were all taken by 10:00 am and so were the umbrella's. Manager offered us 100.00/bill off of our stay… sorry that won't do! Don't waste your $$$$.

My Mom & I have been going to the cape for years. We have stayed everywhere. Our favorite place is Blue Water Resort. Their customer service is excellent. They are friendly & treat you like family. The rooms are very clean, the beach sand is white & soft. If you want to relax or are they outdoorsy type; there is something for everyone. I can not say enough about the hard working, dedicated staff — They are all awesome.

Tolles Hotel, direkt am Strand. Schöne saubere Zimmer und sehr freundliches Personal. Indoorpool und Aussenpool schauen sehr gut aus. Jederzeit wieder.
Nice hotel, directly on the beach. Beautifull and clean rooms and very friendly employers. Indoor Pool and Outside Pool looks very good. Everytime we would come back again.
