Beautiful grounds for a wedding, staff was courteous. We had a great time.

Went for cocktails and was impressed with the beautiful inn and parklike grounds. Very friendly staff and the small plates were very good. I'll be back.

Wow! Beautiful historic Manor that is very well kept. They were so nice and accommodating. We want to come back sometime! Rooms are large with the most comfortable bed in room 203. Continental breakfast was delicious with all types of flavors of cream cheese, muffins, juices and more. Pretty grounds too. We will be back!

Great night in a wonderfully old inn with incredible character. It was decorated for Christmas and looked beautiful. Breakfast was served in the sunroom porch with the bright morning sun warming the scene. We highly recommend staying for a few nights at the KMI. Do so soon, because urban sprawl is rapidly encroaching on this 250+ acre property.

Family-friendly, white-tablecloth, all-you-can-eat buffet with a bar and a wait staff who remembers you. Highly recommended.

Had a reservation AND a confirmation number, Long day of travel and really just wanted to just relax. Told us that they didn't have a room and that the online service made a mistake. Lesson learned. Not handled well at all. Wound up having to stay on the other side of the Chesapeake and cost us an additional 200 a night from all other hotels being sold out. Beware.

Absolutely breathtaking. The food was amazing. The staff was attentive and the venue was perfect.

My husband and I had our wedding at the Inn in September 2017. The venue is absolutely beautiful. Our biggest complaint is with the wedding coordinator, Ashley Clough. Ashley was available over the phone but most often said she would have to call me back with the answers to my questions, then did not. We finally scheduled a time to view the venue and ask more questions but still had to keep following up with her for a final response. Email seems to be the best way to communicate with her. She unapologetically informed us that we would not be offered the Sunday Brunch because there was another event the following day. This was disappointing as we had planned to have our family enjoy Sunday brunch the morning after our ceremony. At this point, we had already booked the date and since we were planning our wedding in 4 weeks, did not have another option. The day of our wedding, Ashley was nowhere to be found. Someone whom I had never met came to the room to see "how things were going" while I was getting ready but no staff was there to assist with telling me when to walk out the door towards my future husband. When we asked the front desk if someone was available to help with coordinating by walk down the aisle, we were told that no one was available. The venue itself is so beautiful which is the ONLY reason we went through with our event. I found Ashley to be more of a challenge than helpful.

Ruined my Easter brunch. I had so high expectations but it did not live up to it. The oysters were not even separated from the shell and completely dry. Deserts seemed picked up from the grocery store and options were scarce. Visitors seemed much older than me and my wife. (About 70+). If you want a good brunch and willing to pay the extra $$ go to the 4 seasons in Baltimore or DC.

Beautiful historic estate tucked into a waterfront location. Very charming. Two separate reception venues on site for weddings and such. Room was nice and bed was comfy. Bruch in the restaurant was excellent. The only negative was the tub was old and rusty, but was clean. Would stay again.

I attended my cousins wedding. Everything went off without a hitch. The tent was beautiful. The atmosphere was beautiful. From the minute the ceremony started to the last song, everything went smooth. The food was played and served. The bartenders were quick and polite.

This review is for the Sunday Brunch. The food was hit or miss. Some was very tasty while others were cheap and flavorless. The potatoes were half hot, half under cooked. Some of the meat was very fatty. Certain dishes were very tasty. I used a groupon, the waiter gave me the bill to show me what the usual price is (I guess so I can know how much to tip him). For two people it would have been 67 dollars. That is far overpriced for what you are getting. I would recommend only if you are using a groupon.

Well… I haven't been there, but people say it is haunted!

We went in for Sunday brunch with the family. Very nice setting, partially ruined by a horrible new housing developement. Overall it was decent. The dishes were a little hit & miss for my taste. We had a Groupon deal, I'm not sure it's worth paying their normal full price.

A wonderful inn. The décor is wonderful and the staff super friendly.

I have been coming here for many years. Back when it was a full time restaurant it was a favorite; my wife and I had our wedding reception here and it was an amazing experience; we were here for New Years Eve in 2000 for a blow-out celebration. The staff is always eager to help and the accommodations are wonderful.

Our stay at the Kent Manor Inn was lovely. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the room was beautiful, breakfast was good. We were sad that the paddle boats were in for the season and the weather didn't give us a chance to try out some of the other activities they offer. Easy to find, very convenient to get to from the highway, but with the size and layout of the grounds, it was quiet and felt very private. Had a lovely time.
