I tried putting a review on booking. Com but it wouldn’t let me do I will do it here. This was our first time staying here and it was absolutely amazing! Jenelle was so nice and friendly. The rooms were super neat and clean. The location is great, you are only a few steps from the hoard walk and the balconies with a water view are a plus. We will definitely be back and this will be our regular hotel from now on.

We absolutely loved our stay here. Vicky, Charlie, Ken, scout, and everyone are just so friendly. Looking forward to our trip next year already. Breakfast each morning was phenomenal!

Such a wonderful place to stay! Quiet, family-friendly atmosphere, exceptionally clean rooms, helpful and down to earth owners and staff, close proximity to the boardwalk with beach view, ample parking, and great rates. Highly recommend this lovely little spot. Looking forward to revisiting Beach Walk Hotel in the future.

This is a very affordable hotel with AMAZING location. Just a few steps from the beach and boardwalk. The hotel is always in clean condition, am I've been staying there off an on for the past 12 years! my favorite hidden gem.

Been going here my entire life, and have never wanted to stay anywhere else. Clean, friendly, comfortable — and most importantly, steps from the Boardwalk.

We have visited OC many times before but first time staying on the boardwalk. If you’re looking for a place that feels like home, the Inn on the Ocean is for you. Vickie and Charlie are excellent hosts. The rooms are very warm and welcoming. My wife really enjoyed the gourmet style breakfast in the morning on the porch overlooking the beach and ocean. The only B&B on the boardwalk is located on 10th Street. They also have beach chairs, umbrellas, towels, refrigerator and plenty of ice. Parking is conveniently located in the back. We will definitely be coming back.

One of the cleanest hotels I have ever stayed in. That's saying a lot because I'm a clean freak and I travel often. The location is perfect! 1 building off the boardwalk and a couple blocks from the free fishing dock on the bay. The owner is extremely friendly and very accommodating. We are bicyclist, the owner allowed us to secure the bikes to the back of the stairs which kept them safe and out of the way. The outside showers are great for cleaning the sand off everything. The covered porches on the front of the hotel are awesome (drank my coffee each morning while enjoying the view of the ocean). If you are someone looking for a luxurious hotel then this isn't the place for you. If your looking for an affordable, clean, great location hotel then you must stay here. I can't say enough good things about this hotel.

This hotel was fantastic, 1 building off the boardwalk, super clean, and quiet. They have umbrellas, and chairs for your use if needed. We came just for a couple of days, and didn't bring an umbrella, and they had one. The owner was very nice at check in too.

Been coming here for 10 years. Great spot by the boardwalk. Not too noisy not too dead. Close to the beach.

We didn't get towels because we're under 21 and there was no microwave in our room. Also house keeping just barges in your room after telling them to wait. Overall not worth the money.

I absolutely can not recommend this sweet and homey Inn enough. My husband and I recently stayed here for a weekend and we both agreed-we could never go back to a stuffy hotel! What an amazing and relaxing weekend. We had a lot to celebrate and this was absolutely the perfect place for it! Not to mention the breakfast was amazing and the homemade cookies were outstanding!

Of all the years coming to ocean city, the beach walk is probably our favorite spot. Great location, staff, and super clean.

My husband and I made relatively last-minute plans to do a long weekend in OC. Our usual go-to places were incredibly over priced, even though it was after Labor Day. It turned out well for us because it led me to make reservations at the Beach Walk. One block off the beach with great ocean views, cozy, incredibly clean, and the owner was as nice as could be. We ended up staying an extra day, and feel quite lucky we ran across this gem. This is our new go-to place.

This hotel was built in 1930. What a great place to stay. This was our first stay and I will definitely stay there again. The rooms are beautiful along with the woodwork. Only. A. Few steps from the boardwalk and the beach. The owner was awesome. I just can't say enough good about this place. Can't wait to go back.

Loved our stay! The hotel is a 1930's renovated boarding house and the owners reside on the first floor. The rooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable. And it's just steps to the beach! I would definately stay again and I will recommend the Beach Walk Hotel to my family and friends.

Such a quaint, clean hotel. It's got a great location, and owned by two of the nicest people. They are a family, that lives right there at the location. We will be back, year after year. Can't wait to come see them again.

One of my all time favorite places to stay. I feel like I have come home when I stay with Vickie and Charlie. They make you feel like part of the family. I have Celiac and Vickie always makes sure to take care of me. I do hate leaving good reviews for places I love as I am selfish and don't want the word to get out how great this place is. :) But, they have everything you need for a trip to the beach; beach chairs, towels, umbrellas, bikes, refrigerator in the basement. The breakfasts are outstanding and sitting on the porch eating breakfast with a view of the ocean is the best. Then sitting on the porch, relaxing and people watching is one of my favorite activities. If you go away disappointed, well then you just can't be pleased.

My fiancé and I have stayed here three times now and each time we've had an amazing stay! The owners and staff are super friendly and helpful! It's an affordable place to stay, especially it being so close to the beach! We park our car and don't need to get in again until we go home. I highly recommend to anyone looking for a quiet, clean, and convenient place to stay in OC!

Stayed there for senior week. Upon arrival ready who we believe to be the owner looked down upon us and talked to us as if we were stupid. However we did speak with the maid and she was super friendly and had a puppy that girlfriend loved. The rooms were clean but our room was literally a broom closet but it worked for us as we didn't spent much time there, the bed also wasn't the most comfy and the location was great.

Vickie and Charles are excellent hosts! They are warm and always helpful. The house and the rooms look exactly as shown on the pictures! The house was Beautiful and clean, the rooms were well equipped — downstairs they have bikes, beach chairs, and umbrellas, with a refrigerator/ freezer with ice. We fully enjoyed the homemade breakfast which was delicious and it was great to meet other couples from around the country. On our last day we went to the beach early and missed breakfast, Miss Vicky brought us breakfast on the beach — We feel that was over and above nice! We would definitely recommend "Inn on the Ocean" and would stay there again.

Great place to come. Vicky and Charlie are wonderful hosts! The food was excellent, the rooms are large and beautifully decorated. The personalized robes are a great touch. So much better than staying at a hotel!

We stayed at the Beach Walk Hotel on Wednesday 8/10. When my girlfriend said we were staying there while in Ocean City, I was excited due to the fact its a small family owned place with tons of character, and just steps away from the boardwalk. When we arrived I was not disappointed. The view from our 3rd floor porch was awesome and relaxing. The room was updated and cozy! We wanted to stay an extra night but the room was booked… bummer! We will definitely be coming back to stay there again!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The room was the perfect size for two people and came with a fridge so you can plan ahead and bring food. It's right off of the boardwalk so it's close enough without being right on the boardwalk and worrying about hearing the loud drunk people at night. They kept the place clean and someone came to our room everyday to clean or give us fresh towels. They had an awesome porch with rocking chairs that gave you a great view of the beach. I would stay here again.

Never even made it to the hotel. I booked my vacation here under my name. My girlfriend decided she had no money and didn't want to go she called and canceled my trip. They never even called me and told me she canceled maybe I wanted to come down myself. What if I didn't call them down there and just drove down to find out my hotel was canceled and have nowhere to stay that's why im mad. Who Ever calls and puts there name on the hotel to hold that should be the only person that should be able to cancel the reservation.

I love it there I've been going there since 2002 It's very clean and staff is friendly. Perfect location to everything.

Once you have stayed at the Inn, you will never stay at a hotel in OC again. The Inn is beautiful, the food is out of the world. We love all the extras, not having To pack beach towels, beach umbrellas and beach chairs. There are bikes for your use also… the Inn is just a perfect place to stay.

Definitely the absolute worst hotel experience I've ever had. Myself, my brother, and two friends visited Ocean City for the 4th of July in 2014. From the moment we walked in the receptionist, who is also the owner, was a complete bitch to say the least. The first sentence out of her mouth was that she doesn't tolerate young adults and that she won't hesitate to kick us out (I know so warm and inviting, right? ). As young adults we wanted to go out and enjoy the fun nightlife that Ocean City has to offer but when we would come back around 2 a. M. She would blast us with questions about where we've been and what we were doing, apparently she didn't understand that she wasn't our mother and that we were on vacation. She was so childish that she used to vacuum outside of our door at 7 a. M. And ram the vacuum into the door because she thought that it bothered us. The housekeeping services were also just poorly done. We had to walk around to find a maid to get us fresh towels because she wouldn't bring any to our room and the same went for the toilet paper. They also did not clean inside of our room once for the entire week, that includes not emptying the garbage. I have a feeling that the bitch of an owner had the housekeeping staff do this on purpose because after we checked out we were charged an extra $300 for "cleaning and maintenance" costs. I called her multiple times to confront her on the issue but she always hangs up or forwards it to voicemail.
