Staying here 3 nights, rooms are nice, clean, housekeeping is great. Close to beach and activities. We will definitely stay here again.

Great location, rooms were nice.

The service was some of the best service we had it any hotel I've ever stayed at and I stay at about 200 hotels a year. Everyone from the front desk to the laundry lady to our maid Anna did everything they could to provide a service and in to have an enjoyable visit. The room was very comfortable we enjoyed the small kitchenette and we like the location very close to the bridge and within walking distance to Boardwalk.

Nice place on the water. Rooms are clean and inexpensive for the location. Staff is very friendly. Would definitely stay here again. Rooms have a full size refrigerator, small sink, toaster, coffee pot and a cook top. Cupboards are stocked with plates, silverware and cups. Walking distance to the beach and boardwalk.

One of the most disgusting places we have ever stayed. The room smelled horrible, was dirty, and rude staff. Had to go buy sheets to sleep on the bed and the floor was so gross we wore flipflops to walk around the room. Would avoid this dump like the plague!

Old, very old the owner the old white man very rude, then on top of that no elevator but u get what u pay for in Ocean City. Never again!

What a dump… unfriendly staff, unclean rooms (to include stains on the mattress covers and linens, ) and just a generally bad place to stay. Look elsewhere and avoid this place like the plague.

Absolutely horrible, we got there and the floor was so dirty … the lady brought the vacuum in and didn't know how to use it so my husband had to vacuum our hotel room. The shower curtain had black mold all over the inside the towels had hair all through them. The fridge smelled like dead fish. The neighbors room had mold in coffee pot. What a horrible experience for my children's first time at the beach, and to top it off the guy sweeping outside accused my husband of chewing and spitting it out over the balcony, I explained to him my husband did not chew and he continued to argue with me and call me a liar in front of my children. Absolutely a disgusting place to stay I would never go back. Funny they didn't offer any discount or money back and no way to contact online.

Friendliest And courteous stay in Ocean City was at the Talbot Inn. While figuring out where and how to unpack my equipment and bags a man came out of nowhere to me in the street gave me a pass and said you can stay here as long as you'd like. He handed me a pass to park in a almost full parking lot which turned out to have a lot of spaces that were not visible from the street. So I was constantly surprised by the Friendly and courteous care of the staff. The room was tasteful comfortable and like the staff with the pass, Little things were thought through. The location was right behind the bridge that enters Ocean City and surprisingly none of the bridge noise was really a bother nor was any activity from the Marina and fishing boats that right next door. On the contrary having a Mirena with some of the best fishing boats and a head boat right nearby made it very convenient. And we ended up going out on the fishing boat Ocean City Girl and the crew and the office experience were perfect even if the fish didn't bite as much as we hoped. Getting back to the childhood end.

Rooms are clean and simple, great views from the Bayside rooms!

Simply amazing! I had the bay side room and completely LOVED IT! Rates were super reasonable the staff helpful and courteous. The owner was super nice as well. I am glade I chose this hotel after our other accommodations were horrible! You made our vacation THANK YOU!

Nice location but an out dated hotel.

Very accommodating. Room includes cups, plates, a stove, salt and pepper… a toaster and coffee maker and more. A very excellent surprise, love this place.

Stayed 7/9 to 7/12 room was filthy, no sheets for the pull out called maid to get sheets she stated that she didn't have any we had to use a top sheet from the bed and had no cover, on that bed but the filthy blanket on top, towels were stained and sheets on bed were stained floor made our feet black fridge didn't work, never cleaned the room the whole time we stayed, we called for clean towels and was told she only had two she could bring that they didn't have any clean. We had 5 people staying in the room. We would have found another place but was from out of town and couldn't find another on such short notice. Years ago we use to stay here every summer, Shocked the dump it has turned out to be. What can I say but WOW!

Family of 5 stayed here. Very likable place EXCEPT the Wi-Fi did not work. There was so many people for two buildings to use the Wi-Fi and none of your computers or cell phones would connect BUT it gets four stars for the nice bathroom, clean atmosphere, location, beautiful scenery and wonderful restaurant right underneath us. We would all be back!. The Wi-Fi does not really matter. As long as your having fun in the sun and what better place than the Talbot Inn.

Like everything about the hotel except the towels. It's time to buy new! Your towels are terrible.

Although the location and the bayside view are wonderful, my latest stay was extremely disappointing. In the room, the spread had blood on it, the toilet constantly needed the back opened and the stopper put in place, there were ants in the kitchen, freezer did not freeze ice trays, the electrical plug in the bthrm did not work, or reset. We went to the front desk to buy ice, and the boy on smoke break outside had to tell the one sitting at the desk texting that he had a customer. To top it off, on check-out morning, we had to leave the room for awhile. We had packed our clothes, but left behind an expensive instrument, and a bottle of booze, to be packed into a hot car last. While away, (and still not 11 AM check out time) we got a call that we left behind our instrument. What about the booze. Dunno. When we returned to the room, the instrument was returned from the front desk, as well as the booze. Now in a bag? When we asked the front desk/owner why our call did not include that we left behind booze, it was acceptable that the maids thought 1) that we checked out, and 2) that they took the booze, and only reported the $2000. Instrument as left behind. From the desk person, to the top maid, to the owner, not one apology was offered, only rudeness, throwing arms into the air, and exclamations that "No One is trying to steal your booze. PPL leave booze all the time for the maids, and after hours they split it up, and its OK because they are all over 21! " HUH?

We only ate there, but was very satisfied with the food, price and service. Would definitely go back. Nice view of the bay.
