The hotel was wonderful. The people were Beyond helpful. The friendliest staff I have ever experienced. Cheryl and Reggie at the front desk were exceptional. They made us feel valued as a guest and very much at home. Rooms were large, the beds were comfortable. The views we're gorgeous especially the sunsets. I have been going to Ocean City Maryland for 40 years. Staying at the Coconut Malorie was one of the best visit ever. My only complaint was the ceramic tile floors. They were not in the best shape and very hard on your feet.

Very peaceful. I always go in the off season. Rooms are nice for couples does have a pullout sofa but with 1 bath I think this is a couples resort but if you choose to bring kids there is space. Lots of places to eat within walking distance.

Water pressure was low but it's a great place to stay and a happening spot within walking distance.

Coconut Malorie has a great location, exquisite scenery, and lovely walking bridges. Fager’s Island (a terrific restaurant with casual & fine dining) is an easy, over a wooden bridge walk away. A top-floor workout room contains an elliptical, treadmills, bike, ping pong table and incredible scenery. A wood-paneled billiards room and library are directly under the gym. Rooms are spacious and contain kitchenette, dining room-living room, and bath tub jets. Balcony overlooks water. Front desk staff, Vicky & Nicole, have been extremely helpful and hospitable. All staff encountered have been gracious and professional. Coconut Malorie has been perfect for us. We have had no complaints.

Employees are very nice&helpful. Mid apr visit. Not many people here yet. Quiet&comfortable. Found things to do. Enjoyed our stay.

The coconut Malorie is an older building it has a lot of good workers very nice people there trying their hardest to keep the upkeep of the building and keep it updated… Before I went there I read a lot of different reviews so I brought my own cleaning supplies just in case being that I do clean houses for a living my husband is a maintenance man for five different hotels in the West Virginia area. So he is really about inspecting things and looking at mechanical upkeep on places and he couldn't find anything our room was great a lot better than what I thought I was going to come into I had a full kitchen living room bedroom bathrub and shower… the rooms have coffee pots toasters utensils for cooking like spatulas big spoons with strainer holes in them there's even a stranger in the room a bowl the whole dish set glasses coffee cups spoons forks butter knives pretty much all the Comforts that you need at home.

Very nice place my room is what I expected and then some pretty massive room all around very nice place best best to go to the grocery store people are nice.

We had a great visit. The Wi-Fi is slow. The water pressure was low. But I would come back. The staff was very nice and helpful.

This is a nice resort. The staff is good, and busy. We have somtimes had to wait a few minutes at the check in desk. Rooms are adequate with attentive maid service. Kitchenette has very basic dishes. There is a step to remember from the bedroom to living area in the 1 bedroom units. The billiards room and gym get a fair rating. Outdoor pool is a nice size but not a lap pool. It is open Memorial day to Labor day. Over all, a nice but not superior location.

Lobby looked nice. No hot water for a shower. Place was extremely dirty. After walking around for about an hour barefoot I had to wash my feet before I got into bed (with cold water of coarse). However the bay view was spectacular.

Beautiful scenery, rooms are great, gym pool table and lounge for reading in top of the tower u can see 80% of oc such beautiful sunsets.

Staff stole from our room, manager denied any wrong doing on the hotel's part despite recently firing employees for "unrelated events. " He then became hostile. Screw this place. Good bay views, but don't leave anything in your room that you value…

My hubby & I stayed for 2 nights (studio 416) and it was really nice. CHERYL at the desk was very pleasant and helpful. Will definitely return for another stay. Thanks for all your help.

Overall very nice stay. Only things I can fault, beds were very hard and room temperature was hard to control. Rooms recently painted, staff very friendly.

The place is nice, but needs a Good clean and needs to be updated. The room I was in was surfaced clean and this was off season should have been spotless.

Nice location and staff. Dirty hotel though with few amenities. If you are used to Hilton's/Marriott type accommodations you'll be disappointed, but not enough to justify not putting up with it.

Spent a week here for a last minute getaway with my partner. Inviting lobby area with waterfall, nice pool and hot tub! Not a bad place, but does need some TLC. If you're a light sleeper (or have trouble sleeping from time to time), make sure you bring some ear plugs, as the walls are not especially thick. Though we didn't get room service as often as we expected, the staff was friendly enough. Overall, I'd give it 3.5 stars or a C grade.

Some most welcomed updates from last year but more needed. Tile floors need to be scubbed in between guests. Miss not having coffee table.

Spectacular views of Assawoman Bay. Near restaurants and only 3 blocks from the beach. Great workout tower. Pool table.

No stars here. Place needs a complete overhaul; beds are horrible and the couch was so disgusting we covered it with a sheet. Very disappointed. Used to be beautiful. Website is misrepresentation the entire place. Can't leave your balcony door open unless you want the constant noise from Fagers Island nightclub which starts in the early evening and goes till 2 a. M. We would have checked out but there was no vacancy anywhere.

The rooms are very nice. Excellent view of the Bay if you happen to have a room that gives you that view. I really like the recreation or relaxing room where there is a pool table and old books that you can grab and just read. It has a nice exercise room and if there's no one in the room you have a pull out ping pong table. I would have given the hotel four stars however staff needs to be retrained to handle maintenance issues. Our closet sliding door was a jar and when the maintenance person came up to fix the door he was unable to. Instead of taking the loose sliding door out of the room it was left in the closet which created a hazard. The staff was very nice and friendly. By the way there is a small bridge that can walk from the hotel to Fager's restaurant. It's a three-minute walk to the restaurant.

Well I am blessed to be able to attend Coconut Malorie. The pool is glistening and the fitness center is an upgrade that most hotels do not have. One thing I would say to make it better would be to have many towels and blankets available especially for larger families and have different view changes because for some reason we always end up with the same room and view.

Room is clean and well equipped. Responsive and friendly staff. Resort is in a central location on the boardwalk so most activities are in walking distance or a short drive away. Will definitely book this location again!

Hotel was very nice and clean inside, least the one I had. Balcony is super small tho, stand up only but its walking distance to the beach and all the attractions. The pool and Jacuzzi was very nice and well maintained, I'll be going back there soon.

So far our stay has been awesome. Beautiful hotel. Could use very minor updates but nothing to be talked about. Location is awesome half mile from Seacrets and in front of Fagers Island.

The hotel was nice place to stay for 4 nights. Clean, well maintained, descent price. Close to the beach, restaurants & shopping. Not a fancy place but you can see they try to keep it up. While we were there, they upgraded the hall lights. I would stay there again.

I'm only hear on my 2nd day, so far everything has been great. Woooooo!

Just drove 4 hours for family vacation we booked in January or February. Just got here to check in, and they telling us our room doesn't have air conditioning. The best they can do is box fans in the room. Didn't even offer to pick up the tab at another hotel or discount a future book. They sent us on our way with nothing. Everywhere is booked, so we on our way home. Thanks for ruining our family vacation. Don't book with this resort. Not about their guests.

Amazing! We lucked out and got the last bay view side room and it is the best!

We brought our two children down here with us for our vacation and the front desk gave us gave us brochures to family friendly attractions in the area. We found the suites to be very clean, nicely furnished and the best part was the kitchenette. Everything we needed was supplied, even dish soap. There are laundry facilities on each floor, which also have soap and softener for purchase, the machines are coin operated. We were close enough to walk to the beach, shops and restaurants. When we woke up in the morning we had a pelican on our balcony, and there were white herons around too, as we faced on to The Isle of Wright Bay. We loved having the great view and birds around. We only stayed two nights, and we will return soon.

This is a very nice hotel that is a managed time share. It was clean and the front desk was helpful. The pool and spa where the only extras I used but the fitness and game area where clean and well kept also. This is a slightly secluded place with great bay views, the only drawback is the bar called Fager s Island nearby. The people leaving can be a little noisy if you leave the sliding door open, it was very quiet otherwise. I will stay here again and it was a great value for the money.

My boyfriend and I stayed here this past week because we had purchased a groupon. I must say that we will never return. I'll start from the beginning, when we checked in everything seemed great. The hotel was beautiful from the outside, front desk employees were friendly and welcoming. We got to our room and it seemed nice enough. We hit the AC on and discovered to our dismay that it just plain didn't work. So we attempted to open some windows. And none of the windows open. They aren't broken, they just don't open. So then we opened the french doors that had sliding doors onto the balcony and the sliding doors just kept coming off the track. Infuriating. So we dealt with all of those things and went out to explore. When we returned it was rather late. My boyfriend used the bathroom and the toilet clogged. We went down to the front desk and they gave us a plunger. This would be fine if it only happened this one time but it happened this time and every time we used the bathroom following. Can I tell you how mortifying it is to have a maintenance man come in to fix your very clogged toilet on your vacation? This happened over and over and they just would give us a plunger or send maintenance. Finally the night before we left, I spoke to a manager and he gave us a new room. This was appreciated but having to move all of our stuff the night before we leave was super frustrating.

This hotel is now part of Festiva Hospitality and seems to be improved over previous comments, no food with our stay.

Its okay. Rooms are small so I recommend up to 2-3 people only.
