The room was comfortable and well cleaned. Everything was stocked and neatly arranged in the room and bathroom. The service was friendly, helpful, and the airport transit was wonderful! The breakfast looked good but was not very substantial which would be my only complaint. It's not worth 12 bucks at all so I'm glad I had a free one with the room. I would recommend the hotel but go out for breakfast.

Hotel stay was fine, but the shuttle to pick you up after flying back from vacation is horrible. Second year in a row, last year I thought it was just a fluke, we will give them another try. Called the hotel when we were at baggage claim. They told us to go to door 15 where we waited 35 minutes to get shuttled back to the hotel. We had to call several times to find out where the driver was and he kept telling the front desk he already picked us up. Poor service, better off parking up the street at spot parking. Those vans come around multiple times, I believe they passed us 5 times while we waiting for our driver to arrive. Needless to say this is the last time we use their service!

Though our departure was seamless and a our overnight stay no problem. When we returned to BWI I called during before even departing the plane. The first person that answered the phone snapped and was not pleasant, and stated she had to know where to send the driver door 1 or 15. As soon as I knew we were at the baggage claim 11, which was 6:45. We waited and I phoned back after waiting 40 minutes. I was told the driver was assisting another guest. Thankfully after seeing us wait for nearly an hour another hotel driver offered to give us a ride back to the hotel. As a traveler utilizing the park and fly feature; I do not recommend this hotel. As IHG members this is a big disappointment.

The hotel itself is fine. We always make a point to stay at a Holiday Inn Express because of the consistent cleanliness, comfort & value for your money. When booking this hotel, I paid a bit more than I normally would because I thought a regular Holiday Inn was a step up from a HIE & I “thought” the amenities would be worth the extra money (parking, shuttle to the airport, breakfast, etc). We were looking for a hotel close to BWI & so I searched for the closest Holiday Inn/ Holiday Inn Express. We were basically just looking for a place to sleep for a few hours after driving up to Maryland late at night & getting to the airport by 7am. I read reviews that the parking at this hotel while flying out of BWI was great, and there was a free shuttle to/from the airport. I never saw anything in reviews, or on the website when booking the room, that stated that there was a “parking package” that needed to be purchased in advance… in fact, I thought the parking would be included with our stay. When we arrived at the hotel & checked in, we were told that we could NOT remain parked there for a few days because we didn’t purchase the parking package, and it was sold out so we could NOT purchase it even if we wanted to at that point. Luckily there was a parking place/shuttle nearby for $8/day. But again, one reason we even booked this hotel in the first place was because we thought we could leave the car there for a few days as part of our hotel rate.

We chose the holiday inn because we always try to stay with them. The front desk was very helpful and friendly, they even let my 4 year old help out. The rooms were nice and big, along with the bathroom. Can't comment on anything else because we literally just slept there. But the shower was nice.

This hotel has the best price in the area for a full service hotel. Rooms have been remodeled, bar and restaurant are fairly priced with a decent selection. Parking is is easy and there is a little Italian place to eat right behind the hotel. Staff A +++ Shuttle A++ Rooms A++ — You can spend way more and get a lot less!

I had reservations for two nights. My flight was delayed. When I finally reached Baltimore, the man in the shuttle told me my room was not held for me. I was taken to a Comfort Inn. I am in the rewards club. I appreciate another hotel to go to, but it was of lesser quality and I had to contact my ride the next day. Sorry, but this is not how you treat customers with reservations NOT through a third party!

Great hotel to stay for the night. Great staff and good complimentary breakfast. The walls are too thin and you can hear the occupants in the adjacent room. Nevertheless, we enjoyed our stay.

So nice. I wish I could live there. The bed was very comfy and the front desk staff was very welcoming. The breakfast was just enough for my taste and the room rate was affordable.

Had some issues during my stay, made them known on exit and management was quick to address. The room was really clean and nice. It was a pretty good value given the proximity to Baltimore.

4 minutes from long term parking at BWI, also have shuttles or long term parking at hotel, which has to be arranged in advance. Very clean, friendly staff. Decent food in restaurant.

I took an unusual pic out the window at emergency vehicles. Reason? You can see all the pics of this place on their website. I want you to see the busy activity outside and let you know it cannot be heard in your room! Very quiet except for all of the electronics in the room — tv, fridge, microwave etc. Very clean and new looking. Great place.

The staff especially Dion was wonderful, kind and beer gracious. It makes it so nice when we have to fly in late or out early.

Friendly staff, easy check in and check out with clean rooms and great smelling soap. The shuttle staff was excellent.

This hotel is right next to the airport and has 24 hour free shuttle service. The single king room for $79 was excellent for the price. I would have paid $120 for such a room. Free coffee in room from a keurig machine. The bed was very comfortable and the room was perfectly clean. Customer service was great too. The bar/restaurant had decent food, not fantastic, and a large liquor selection. Breakfast was not free so I didn't partake. Side note, the water pressure on the shower was very high, almost too high. Overall high quality with everything a person needs, but not quite 5 star.

The maids started knocking on doors before 7:30 waking guests up and we're very load in the hallway talking very load and slamming rooms doors. I never had that problem before and I travel alot staying in alot of Holiday Inns. Other then that the hotel was fine.

Great place to stay, friendly service. Kim was very attentive and Manny at restaurant gave great service. Rooms are nice and clean. You get 4 big fluffy pillows. They have a restaurant on site plus little shop for all your necessities. Complimentary coffee, tea and citrus water. Great place for family or business meetings. A+++++ overall.

Staff at front desk and the restaurant were very nice and helpful. Modern updated facilities and rooms but no free breakfast. They have a small buffet or you can order from the menu. My suggestion is the menu which was cheaper than the buffet.

Great place to stay. Was surprised by the quality of the food. Very convient to BWI. I should also mention that at a prior stay in August of 2014, they were very pet friendly.

Stayed here last night and it was very clean and comfortable. The two ladies at the desk when we checked in were very nice and went out of there way to answer our questions and lookup further info to help get us around. We definitely will be back!

Friendly staff, great shuttle drivers, quiet, clean rooms. Cafe a disappointment. Shuttle does not go to car rental area — probably an issue with getting a place at the curb for the shuttle.

My husband and I visited USNA today. This HI is beautiful and immaculate. I will definitely return to this hotel when visiting Annapolis, MD again.

Rooms are clean and staff is friendly, but in town for a convention downtown and the location is not good for it. Close to the airport but nothing about it days Baltimore. Was hoping to have a better experience in the surrounding area.

Clean and quiet. Would be nice if IHG rewards had breakfast included for members especially Spire members.

Staff is super friendly and over-the-top helpful. We stayed here with two dogs. Everything is clean and comfortable. Loved it.

Nice hotel. The double Queen with a pullout room is spacious. Came with a fridge and microwave. Pizza spot next door is pretty good too.

The hotel is good for the price. The rooms are clean, you get breakfast in the morning, and you'll be delighted to know that this hotel is a few minutes walking distance to food locations like Chipotle and Chick-fil-A. There's also an Italian place right behind the hotel. If you're looking for an all-around economy stay, this should be top of your list!

Excellent staff, clean rooms, quiet, water pressure ok. The only things I'd change are the restaurants food (my grilled veggie panini had blanched veggies quite raw) and the pillows were lumpy and the mattress was hard. But we would definitely stay there again it was a nice experience.

We stayed overnight as part of a long layover for our flight overseas. We are moving on military orders, and our connecting flights had a 12 hour layover and landed at the airport after midnight. The hotel was very accommodating with the late check in and allowed us to do late checkout without any issues. All of the staff were very professional and welcoming! The price was very affordable for being 5 min away from the airport, and their 24/7 shuttle service was a life saver! The rooms were clean and comfortable. The only issue that we had was that there was no free breakfast for paying $100 a night and the breakfast buffet was good but not $13/person good. Otherwise a good stay!

Quick access to airport with quick shuttle pick up. Friendly staff and room was nice. Traditional free breakfast did not seem included, which was sad but there is a restaurant onsite.

The hotel is very conveniently located near the airport, highways, and restaurants. It is nicely appointed and clean. Our room was spacious and comfortable. But the best part of our stay was the staff. They were helpful and friendly, and made us feel welcome. The entire experience was everything you hope for but rarely obtain in a hotel property.

Wonderful! The room was neat and clean. The staff was very friendly and answered all of my questions with a smile. The restaurant in the hotel is delicious! The water pressure I the shower was great I disn't want to get out. Only complaint was the 5:00 am wakeup call that we did not request! I would recommend staying here.

Was my favorite hotel to stay at when I was near Baltimore but didn't want to stay IN Baltimore. Very convenient to the airport, clean, free breakfast. But little changes started to creep in, like what time room service would be. However, there's a microwave and refrigerator in the room, so at that rate, you still can't beat it.

What a terrible experience with this hotel; first when I arrived they said my reservation was cancelled; then I contacted the third party that I booked thru who said it wasn't cancelled; then they tried to get me to pay more for the room that what I previously booked for. The manager and the person up at the front made it seem like it was all my fault and became quite upset with me, but after they found out they had to honor my original reservation, wasn't much they could do, so then they became nice. At check-in I gave two credit cards for split billing, but of course at checkout one card was charged and now they received two payments from me. So, yesterday and today I have been trying to get that worked out to no avail so far. Although the staff was courteous and nice after the fiasco, first impressions is always what I go with, so I will not stay with this hotel again and I will also recommend to my company that they not list them as a preferred hotel under our hotel contracts any longer.

Wow! I will be back. I stayed here last week and I have a few compliments. First off — free shuttle service was convenient, but we rented a car. Free parking. Appropriate price for amenities. Hotel check-in staff were very friendly. Facilities and room were excellent, fresh, clean. And the delicious breakfast was a buffet, included in the stay I purchased. The waitress was wonderful. Thank you guys, for a wonderful stay! Also — close to mall/casino and Chili's.

I stayed on a Saturday night before departure and again on the return Monday night. Outstanding! I travel a lot, and I love a great hotel, and the Holiday Inn at BWI completely exceeded my expectations! Beautiful rooms, very clean, quiet, lots of space and a extremely kind staff from the shuttle driver to the front desk to the Bartender, everyone just seemed to be having a goodtime. What a nice change. Thank you & well done!

I was at the hotel for Otakon 2013 and my first time in Baltimore. The hotel's staff were very friendly and helpful and got me situated to my surroundings immediately (which was a huge relief). This was especially important as a number of people in Baltimore were less than helpful in directing me to major landmarks in the city (which, shockingly, included Baltimore transit staff). You would think being out by the airport would be inconvenient, but you would be wrong. The hotel offers a shuttle to anything within a 2 mile radius which includes the airport, and the light rail (which I used often — — very convenient, staff can explain how that works too). Cheaper than most of the hotels in Baltimore — — with superior service and the rooms were nice and spacious considering what I paid for them. It really made the trip that much more enjoyable and couldn't recommend them more highly. Great place. If I'm back in Baltimore I'll be going here again.
