Hotel was convenient to several food options, and the shuttle driver (Keith) was awesome. Besides that it was mediocre at best. The minifridge in the room was not cold, and the water pressure in the shower was terrible. Honestly, I'd recommend Hyatt, it's just around the corner and seemed nicer from speaking with my coworkers who stayed there.

Room was clean and quiet, staff was courteous and quick, everything I was looking for when getting off a 5 hour flight, except for one thing. The pool had horribly reduced hours. 5pm — 10pm during the week, and with a flight that got in at 10, I was screwed out of an evening or morning swim even though I picked this hotel specifically for the indoor pool. I was super annoyed so did some research. In Baltimore County, hotel pools are required to have a lifeguard on duty when open. Horrible legislation, in my personal opinion, but for the price of the room and size of the hotsl surely Marriott could afford to hire a lifeguard for a few more hours and add some weekday morning swim time. Beware late travelers who like a soak even if there isn't a lifeguard: find a hotel outside of Baltimore county.

First time here very nice Marriott and I do from time to time got to grab a room and almost most of the time it'll be a Marriott any one in Baltimore or just going through the area this is a fantastic hotel to stop rooms are nice well stock very comfortable beds and just right enough of everything to fill as home. The staff well got to say top notch group here there staff if fantastic helping not just me but my friends as well so again please take advantage and stop by this fantastic Marriott you wont regret it plus here's a plus inside they make Starbucks drinks so that's a plus in my side for morning coffee.

This is one of the original courtyards where there is actually a courtyard… fun. The front and rooms have since been upgraded. Very convenient to the airport. Not too far from downtown, ~15 lyft.

Incompetent and rude staff, lousy service. Room didn't have the sheets, blankets, and pillows needed for the pull-out couch. After going down to the front desk — twice — they finally brought just a set of sheets. A further call for pillows was met with "Maybe he couldn't carry it all in one trip. " from the front desk. Also experienced problems with the airport shuttle. The number given for the shuttle was unanswered after multiple calls. We ended up taking a taxi from the airport to get back to the hotel.

We stayed at this hotel last night so that we could make an early flight. The ladies at the front desk and the Bistro were fantastic and went above and beyond pertaining to an issue I had with the computer. Additionally, the manager (who was one of the ladies helping me with the computer) also made it possible for us to be driven to the airport a bit earlier then they typically transport. The driver was fantastic! I highly recommend this hotel if you need a shuttle to the airport and an overall fantastic customer service.

The hotel is great and the staff is very friendly for the most part. They provide free shuttle service to guests to the BWI airport.

Very nice place to stay. Rooms were clean, staff was friendly, and it's looks like they went through a recent renovation so everything looks very new and modern. I'll definitely stay here again.

Was a great hotel the lobby is nice and so is the bistro restraunt. The rooms were clean and well kept as well.

Great rooms with balcony nice size flat screen TV soaps n shampoo have tea tree m them fluffy pillows lol.

Fast, easy check-in, clean room, comfortable bed, 5 mins from the airport. Fair price for an acceptable place to sleep while in transit.

I stay at Courtyard hotels all the time. I am always told if I need coffee early, before the bistro opens, just tell the front desk clerk. They are all able to make me a coffee or a latte any time, day or night. The front desk clerk this am… ”there is a Starbucks down the street”. Really? Make a customer go back to his room to get a jacket and then make him walk down the street in the cold ay 5 am? All because you are too lazy to make a customer some coffee. Come on Marriott…

Location is only a 5 minute drive from the airport, which is nice. The provide supper and breakfast at the hotel which is nice. The workers are also all nice and helpful. I also liked the workout room and pool. My only dislike is that they don't have any free water fountains around the place.

We had an all day conference this past weekend, 2/17/18 which started at 7am. We elected to come early and stayed over the night before. Though the hotel was very clean, there were no amenities. You had to buy coffee, and had to pay for the fruit offered in the lobby. We brought all of our food because of the limited time between class and glad we Did! I told them by phone I was a diabetic and needed to be sure I was fed and the man when I called basically said Too bad, they start at 7. Good customer service, I believe would have at least offered so fruit. Other hotels do!

This Place is beautiful, Mini gym and pool, and the rooms are so clean with a very nice decor, I wud definitely recommend, the only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because the restaurant menu selection is blah, not a large variety.

Hotel was great, breakfast was fantastic and the rooms are nice. I give 3 stars because they said the shuttle came to the location I was at at 5 and not shuttle ever came. Had to get an Uber.

My retired coworkers and myself stayed on August 19, 2017. The front desk service was excellent and the lounge also provided excellent service. The food was very good for a limited menu. The rooms were neat and very clean. Staying again on December 01, 2017

Great staff that cares for their guests. Rooms are OK and clean. Interesting concept of the lobby restaurant — healthy food options available almost round the clock in no time vs sticky, tiny and stinky fast food BF rooms in other hotel chains.

Extremely helpful staff made the experience great. Room was clean and well kept. The food was decent enough. Just a small Cafe setting. Surprisingly lively at night though with a lot of seating.

The room and location to airport was excellent. 5/5. The reason I rate so low is due to the completely lack of professionalism from the staff. Every person at the front desk and bistro Cafe was rude with a condescending tone.

It was ok. The employees were nice but the bed was just ok and I could easily hear the people staying next to me have normal conversations. The rooms just didn't seem insulated too much. I heard much more from those around me.

I've stayed here once before and both times the staff was excellent. I got breakfast and dinner at the cafe during my previous visit. The food was pretty good and came out quickly. The room was very nice and clean. I will definitely stay there again on my next trip.

I wouldn't recommend hosting any business meetings or trainings here if you have anything you'll need them to ship out. I told the front desk I'd have UPS come pick up my packages and they went and hid them in the back. Good thing I asked later in the evening to check because they told me the boxes were in storage. If I hadn't checked they wouldn't have been picked up for days. The rooms are clean and there's a shuttle to and from the airport.

Very clean hotel. However, they could have told me when I made my reservation that the elevator was out. I had to carry my stuff up the stairs. The elevator was not just out for the day, it was being replaced. I think if I ran a hotel and the elevator went out, I would hire some temp help to lug the guests stuff upstairs for them. It's not that expensive and would really make a difference.

The location is very near the airport, which makes it convenient. Cost less than $10 for a cab from the airport to the hotel. The rooms are very nicely furnished and actually quite spacious for the price. There is a pool with a small hot tub, but it was locked when I was there (in early August). Also, the walls were quite thin; I could hear a small child talking next door and I could also hear the housekeeper playing music in the same room as she was cleaning. There is a fitness room but it consists of two ellipticals, two treadmills, and about 12 free weights. There is a very small restaurant/bar in the front, though I didn't eat there. No complimentary breakfast, but the Wi-Fi was free and pretty strong. They also have about 5 computers with 2 printers up front. Overall good experience, especially for the price.

A nice place to stay. The rooms are clean and comfy. The Bistro has good food. The best part is Donna. She is one of the kindest, warmest women you will ever meet. She provides excellent service and really seems to care.

It was nice and clean, with classy decor. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The location isn't great. There isn't much you can walk to as far as restaurants or sights. And being on the first floor I heard a lot of noise at night while trying to sleep. But overall not a bad place to spend an evening or two.

The rooms were nice and clean. We only stayed one night so we didn't get a chance to see if there was a complimentary breakfast. We don't think there was.

Hotel is close to the airport so it is very convenient and accessible. The room was clean and had all the standard amenities. No free continental breakfast which is a shame.

Food was good (bit pricey, but what were you expecting? ), room was nice and service was good. Shuttle from airport is convenient.

Company paid for my stay, service was excellent and accommodated my late arrival. Caesar Salad from the to-go store was good. All good stuff.

We like to stay there when flying out of BWI airport outside Baltimore. Prices are good, and, if you are a member of Marriott rewards, you can use points to stay for free. You can also leave your car there until you return with a low, price of $5 per night; the first night is free. Breakfast is included at no extra charge. The rooms have always been clean and well furnished. They have a shuttle service to and from the airport with door-to-door service that is free. Hard to beat it.

Check in was very quick and painless. Room and as very nice. No issues. Would definitely stay again!

I stay at this hotel for all of my business trips to Baltimore. Granted, it's the preferred lodging for my company so I don't have much choice, but it is very nice. Everyone is extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms are always very clean and noise is rarely an issue. There is a restaurant/bar and the staff is super accommodating! The choices are limited with a hefty markup, but that's the price of convenience. There are dozens of other restaurants in minutes if preferred.
