Excellent rooms with a nice restaurant and friendly service.

Clean rooms, Keurig coffee maker in the room, staff is super friendly, I bought a microwave meal and forgot to get silverware and the housekeeper brought up a set without hesitation. I can't recommend this hotel enough.

Beautiful hotel, but during covid — like a ghost town for staff. Pool and hot tub open. Room was clean and comfy.
Breakfast was delicious, prepaid for when checked in. BONUS OUR SERVER, ROY, DID AN OUTSTANDING JOB! Very polite and attended to our every request promptly and curtious! For the only server on a Sunday morning he gets a 10! plus. Thank you Roy and COOK for making our start to a a beautiful day.
We asked service desk about Gettyburg museum, he had updated text from Hilton, that was open June 15. We went there and the park was closed, including museum, which on their website it was open, museum only. Due to open June 26th. On our way back home, 6 hour drive. Thank you again Roy for making the start of our day very plesent!

Love this hotel! The staff is wonderful!

The bed clothes had blood stains on them. I was not a fan of the hotel itself. Wi-Fi was too slow, and not enough amenities for the price. Too much for too little; but overall the cleanliness is a big issue.

I had a problem, Miki and Maggie were excellent! Told care of everything! All the staff was great$

Other than 2 people, the front desk personnel are very rude. The hotel is very clean, pool is very nice. Lots of parking. The room was clean, comfortable bed, spacious, big shower. Dont drink the bottles of water they charge you 2 bucks a bottle. I would give place a 7 out of 10.

Other then the heat not working in the pool our visit was great and we had great servers at breakfast Stacey and Sherry the host shay was delightful and the food was awesome thank you heather and Jen.

Hotel is very clean and beds are very comfortable. All of the staff have also been very pleasant to deal with. My only complaint is the outdated rooms. Furniture and overall style is reminiscent of the early 2000's. The outdated room decor would be over looked if technology was up to date… the mere fact that all power supplies in room require an AC adapter is quite annoying.

We stayed there for 2 nights while visiting the Gettysburg National Park.
After a day long ride we were glad to have a small restaurant in the hotel.
The food was great and exactly what we ordered not iff the menu. Breakfast the next morning was also great.

Brunswick clean hotel is new. Service was very good. Breakfast wasn't so great pancakes or very dry and hard.

We had a car trailer at another hotel that was a muddy mess. My wife and I are Hilton people. They really made sure that we had a dry area to store and unload our cars. The Gettysburg crew are awesome. Really some of the best people we have encountered and we travel a lot. Can't give this crew enough praise.

Service at the hotel was good. The hotel restaurant had very good food and the staff was pleasant. The rooms were clean and tidy. It's difficult to find the entrance to the hotel from the road, and the sign on the road is placed after where you have to turn to enter.

Good hotel. Very helpful and friendly staff. Good clean rooms. Downtown Gettysburg is nearby. It's got a gym and restuarant attached. I stay there everytime I am in town.

The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable about the town. The lobby area was bright and cheery. The room was spacious and clean. Plenty of towels. I was pleasantly surprised with the breakfast. I will stay here again if I visit again and I will recommend staying here to others.

It was very nice. We had issues with our shower drain not draining the 1st day and they came immediately to fix it. Very attentive and coffee and tea around the clock was out for people in the lobby. Breakfast was available to purchase daily and it was delish! Omleys, frecnh toast, waffles. Yum.

It was clean, well maintained. However our neighbors were extremely loud which I was suprised that we could hear them being in such a nice hotel. The breakfast was OK, however there were a ton of people and not enough seating.

My family loved the stay here. The hours for the bar could have been expanded. The pool was very well kept and kids loved it. Room was well stocked and clean. Our upstairs neighbor must have been in a rush becasue we heard him pacing his room (loudly) at 6am on a Sunday morning. Breakfast was good… you can either self-serve or order food.

This is one of my favorite places to eat! I absolutely love the friendly staff, the atmosphere, and the delicious food! I highly recommend the ribs, steak fries, and mashed potatoes — absolutely amazing! You can tell the manager, Roy, takes pride in his restaurant to have such friendly employees working. Roy is always so hard working and you can tell he is very dedicated. Don't forget about the all you can eat breakfast! Omelettes are my go-to here with the french toast! During holidays or special events Roy will create unique specials which are so cool and awesome that he takes the time to think of unique meals for the guests!

Should have been great. Usually a great pick as I travel often on business and I use Hilton Properties. This booking not so great. BEDBUGS! Left in the middle of the night in pajamas.

We booked this hotel for an overnight stay and birthday party for our son. Susanne the coordinator did an awesome job in getting the paperwork and ideas for the General Meade room set up. Very friendly and courteous. The front desk representative Kendra did a great job with interacting with us and making us feel welcomed and comfortable from the start of our experience. The evening front desk representative Tim interacted and joked with the kids and made them feel at home. In the morning Nick our son enjoyed a personalized waffle and lots of personalized signs throughout the 1st floor announcing his party and that he turned 7 years old. We are definitely returning for our other 2 children's winter birthdays and feel we will be lifetime patrons of this hotel. Nick received gifts and cards from the staff and just had an overall great time in spite of the weather we had yesterday. Even though the weather kept a lot of people from coming to the party the staff was ready to jump in and take over as back up for singing and making it great. The kitchen staff was eager and helpful in keeping the cake and cupcakes safe and ready for the party. I just can't say enough about our overall experience at this hotel. I feel they need more then 5 stars. Love love love them here at the Hilton Garden Inn Gettysburg Pennsylvania. Thank you all for going above and beyond and making us feel like family!

Super, great and great again, because … … No other hotel — on our round trip through various USA states — liked as much as the "Hilton Garden Inn Gettysburg. "
This is where the price-/performance ratio is really right. Unfortunately, we were only in the hotel for one night, but here we could have endured it longer. The hotel is very quiet near the US-30 and to Gettysburg in and there is also a short distance away. Nearby are numerous restaurants and shops such as "Walmart, " the "Gettysburg Factory Outlets, " which is always worth a visit.
We particularly liked the great ambience in the hotel. Everything just fits together here. The indoor pool (with background music), hot tub and fitness area (which are open 24 hours a day) are small but fine. In our room we finally had a real shower without a bathtub, as we like this and for the car, there are enough free parking spaces.
The highlight for us, of course, was the breakfast, which was freshly prepared at the barbecue and was therefore the best breakfast, which we got on our round trip through more than 10 hotels.
In summary, we have the hotel (staff, rooms, hotel atmospheric cleanliness) and its special location for a visit of e. G. The "Gettysburg Battlefield" were "VERY ZUFRIEDEN" were and would go back to the "Hilton Garden Inn Gettysburg" at any time.

For $111 a night one might expect better amenities. Knock off coffee. Pay-for breakfast. Room was not exceptionally clean. Expected more yet attractive setting and conveniently located across from a Walmart.

The usual you come to expect from Hilton garden inn but last time I visited this place was not a pleasant experience with their restaurant so this time was a big difference very well staffed and a decent menu… Super friendly staff and overall very clean…

We were given an absolute filthy room. Dirty bed and shower with wet towels on the floor and the room literally smelled like a sewer. It was disgusting. The front desk tried to make it right by moving us to another room, a $10 gift card and a little taken off the bill. They said no management was available at 6 p. M. On a Thursday night?!? Personally, I will not stay there again.

Great stay. Room was clean with a comfortable bed. Staff was friendly and shared travel tips in the area. I would stay at a Hilton Garden again.

Our stay has been good — the room is spacious and clean, with a lot of floorspace for our son to play.

Great staff. Extremely friendly front desk and restaurant staff. The made-to-order breakfast was the best that I had during a 10 day holiday along the east coast. I strongly recommend staying 2 or 3 nights to see Gettysburg in a meaningful manner. You can hire a guide for a day at Gettysburg National Park.

Beautiful! Great attention to detail. Everyone very friendly. Breakfast was cooked to order and very yummy. Breakfast hostess was top notch. An extra bonus was the gazebo where I enjoyed a cigar. Highly recommended!

I was over charged twice for my 3 night stay. I called multiple times and even asked for manager. I was informed that my complaint would be followed up to find out want happened. After 3 months! Nothing! I had to dispute the charge with my bank and never was contacted by hotel about being over charged.

Good service, breakfast available as cook to order, and offered a lunch during the blizzard for guests to not have to fend for themselves during the storm. People complaining about breakfast should acquaint themselves with real hotels offered by Hilton, Hyatt and Marriott. Free breakfasts are most associated with low value pit stops not quality establishments. Not only that but at $69 a night this was $10-$20 below many value inns making up for the cost of breakfast. HGI also tend to be best Hilton value for people with Gold Status and above because then breakfast is free, along with free Wi-Fi. At the rate we got this place is a steal.

No internet the 3 days we were there.

Was a bad experience. Requested 2 rooms side by side. Called when we were 6 hrs out and confirmed that we had the rooms. When we arrived not only were the rooms not together but they were 2 floors apart. We were told the continental breakfast was from 6-10 and when we went down to get it it turns out that for 5 people it cost 42 dollars. I have never been to a place that charged for the continental breakfast. When we had asked the girl up front about all of these mix-up's we received a poor attitude and I personally am not interested in ever using Hilton again as a choice when on the road.

The GM Christina Turley is a testament to why the Hilton brand is held in the highest regard by guest travelers and industry partners. Her wonderful staff are very well equipped to serve the needs of guests. They pride themselves on ensuring every step of your stay is one you would not want to reverse. I I was absolutely impressed with how Christina handled a early morning malicious fire alarm pull and the evacuation that followed. Christina was clear and concise with directions for the emergency and all the while worked to ensure that the guests still felt comfortable at the hotel. Nick, the front desk clerk worked quickly to make sure that I was not dissatisfied with any aspect of my stay. He is a true customer service representative. I highly recommend staying here at this establishment.

My husband and I stayed two nights. Hotel is beautiful, and very clean. Our room was perfect. No problems during stay. The front desk staff was friendly and very helpful. Housekeeping did a wonderful job, and the housekeeping staff was also friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

I take away a star for the incident breakfast the last day. I ordered and never did, and wanted to charge me the worst full service. Fortunately a young attentive helped me, and although I had breakfast, not diminishing the excellent service of the hotel.

A one night stay was about $155 but the room and facility was quite nice. I stayed in room 100 and I think the folks above me were working out like in a gym because they were loud. Breakfast wasn't included but free coffee in the morning. All things considered I would stay here again.

$ 189.00 / night and no bteakfast. This hotel reminds me of and old Holiday Inn or Howard Johnsons. Shame on you hilton what lousy value in a hotel room.

Everything about this hotel is nice, the way a good business travel hotel should be. Nice rooms, nice lobby, good breakfast, nice beds, fast internet. 8/10.
