The service was outstanding. They made snacks at night, which other Hampton's don't do. The staff also seemed really concerned that the guests had a wonderful experience.

Arrived at the Hampton Inn at 2AM and check in was easy. Our room looked really nice and was clean. Breakfast was better than expected and filling. Staff was friendly.

I only had an over night stay but it was one of the best I've had in a long time. The only negatives were the neighbors being a bit loud doesn't the hall.

This place was what I needed; quiet, friendly staff, very good food and the room had nice furniture, the pillows were great. I almost overslept and missed breakfast but I got down there just in time. This will be my go-to hotel, even tho it's $15 more a night than I normally pay.

Great attention, gorgeous location. Plus the price is super-competitive.

Outstanding Room and rate, my only complaint is low low water pressure in shower.

SUPERB HOTEL Cleanliness, Staff, Amenities, TV, Bed, Etc. Everyone was incredibly friendly and welcoming. There were even several free perks for staying.

Wi-Fi didn't wanna work in our room but the beds were comfortable.

Wow, what an experience! This is the only review I have ever written ever but it is more than well deserved. The customer service myself and my colleagues received from the staff here was unmatched and exceptional. We have stayed at many places in our careers and this one topped them all. We were the area assisting with keeping the local power plant online due to the extreme cold temperatures working a late night that ended at 5 AM. We arrived to the hotel late around 9:30 PM and there was nothing nearby for food. Guess what? The staff made us dinner! Hot dogs, chili, chips, coleslaw, cupcakes, drinks, etc. If that wasn't great enough when we arrived back to the hotel at 5 AM they brought out the breakfast early for us and allowed us to get first servings! Nicest staff and the most exceptional customer service I have ever experienced at a hotel. Whenever I am close to area for work I would go out of my way just to stay there again!

I wish I could give this place a million stars. Never have I encountered such kind people. We were checked in so fast, given a comp iten from the suite shop and when I asked for extra pillows — omg they delivered. After traveling for almost 14 hours with an 8 year old it was pure heaven. They even had dinner — chicken sandwiches. My son loved them and Jessica was absolutely amazing and so sweet, encouraging him to eat until he was full insisting it was fine. She was great the whole time. If I am ever in the area again I will stay here. Everyone should stay here.

Beyond excellent customer service! One of the best hotels I've ever been to! Had an issue with bed frame sticking out (pictured), I did cut my leg but they offered to comp a night and gave me an Amazon gift card.

The staff is so nice and helpful. Yhe breakfast was amazing for a hotel buffet. It was right off the interstate and close to work.

This Hampton Inn ROCKS! Wife and I checked in around 5:30 pm and we were in our room in minutes… fastest checkin ever. Then we were surprised that Genny (Night Manager) put on a Beet Stew and/or Chicken N Dumplings buffet for the guests at 7pm. Wife and I did not have to leave the INN and spend another $40 for dinner. We figure we saved about $30 on breakfast and another $40 for dinner. Winchester Hampton Inn is awesome.

Beautiful hotel! Clean big king size room, we stayed 2 nights for a family party down the road. Our room was quiet and accommodating, everything very clean and impressed with the hair dryer! We will definitely stay here again for future visits with our family living in Winchester! I gave 5 stars but I would have given 10…

Greeted with warm cookies and appetizers. King bed comfortable, room beautiful. Neutrogena toiletries. Probably the best hotel breakfast I have had in a long time! Waffles, oatmeal, Canadian bacon, fresh fruit, seriously the best! Even had breakfast to go bags for those folks. Stay here!

Very nice & clean. Friendly staff. Breakfast was yummy. Convenient to shopping & restaurants. Beautiful historic town.

The staff here is the friendliest and most accommodating we have ever had in a hotel. They went out of their way to make sure we had all of our needs met. We also left a valuable possession here and the staff made sure to keep it safe until we came back for it. We highly recommend this location and will definitely stay here again.

We stayed there Friday night and somehow they accidentally charged our card twice. I called and talked to Lynn, who by the way is awesome, and she sorted it out. I was kinda stressed being it's almost Christmas, I think I apologized twenty times for freaking out but Lynn was very sweet and took care of it and my nerves.
Oh and the room was wonderful very tidy and the bed was super comfortable. Not all higher end hotels can say their beds are comfy but ours was so nice!

Well we got bedbugs from it the room service cursed my 8 year old out and I found spit in my omlet.

Great experience at this hotel. It was very very clean and the rooms were nice and updated. The staff was extremely friendly, especially Alicia who runs the continental breakfast. Thanks for a great stay.

Pleasant experience. Room was clean and the bed were comfortable — which is to be expected of a Hampton Inn. Breakfast the next morning was good and the staff was friendly. Hampton Inns are usually my first choice when visiting a new town for a reason.

One of the cleanest and comfortable hotels I've stayed in. I will be looking for other Hampton Inn hotels when I travel.

July, 14th 2010*** Once again, this hotel is head & shoulders above the rest! Sorry that I did not get to visit w the owner this year, but I look forward to seeing him next year. Alisha, Beth, & the whole staff are beautiful & service ready. Thank you The hotel & staff are excellent! Clean, fresh rooms. All beds, linens, & towels are in good shape & are very fresh looking & smelling. There is ALWAYS food out morning & evening… soups, eggs, chili, crackers, cookies, chips, fruits, etc. Stayed while working. 2nd only to home. highly recommended!
